Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an anti-theft lock cylinder according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an anti-theft lock cylinder according to the present invention; fig. 3 is an exploded view of the structure of an anti-theft lock core of the present invention.
The embodiment provides an anti-theft lock core, which comprises a lock shell 1, a lock liner 2, a hidden verification device, a cover piece 7, a constraint device 9 and a reset positioning device 5. The lock core 2 is rotatably disposed in the lock case 1, the concealing verification device is disposed in the lock case 1 and above the lock core 2, and the cover 7 is disposed on the lock case 1 and used for fixing the concealing verification device.
The inside of this lock shell 1 is provided with first installation cavity 11, second installation cavity 12, second key slot 15, and this second installation cavity 12 communicates with each other and is located the top of this first installation cavity 11 with this first installation cavity 11, and the rear end of this second installation cavity 12 communicates with each other with this lock shell 1 outside, and this second key slot 15 sets up between this first installation cavity 11 and this second installation cavity 12.
The lock core 2 is rotatably disposed in the first mounting cavity 11 of the lock housing 1, a key slot 21 is disposed at the front end of the lock core 2, the key slot 21 extends toward the rear end of the lock core 2 to form a first key slot 22, a first surrounding slot 23 and a second surrounding slot 24 are disposed at the rear end of the lock core 2, the first surrounding slot 23 is communicated with the second surrounding slot 24, and a surrounding slope rail 241 is disposed in the second surrounding slot 24.
The lock core 2 is provided with a surrounding concave rail 25 for accommodating a protruding anti-dropping point of the first key 61, and the lock shell 1 is provided with a surrounding protrusion 14 matched with the surrounding concave rail 25 for filling a space where the surrounding concave rail 25 connects the first key slot 22 and the second key slot 15, so that the lock core 2 is more stably connected with the lock shell 1, and the rotation process is smoother.
The concealed authentication device is arranged in the second mounting cavity 12 in the lock housing 1 and comprises a first authentication member 3, a second authentication member 4 for mutual authentication with the first authentication member 3.
The first authentication member 3 comprises an authentication shaft 31, an unlocking head 32 and a first authentication member resetting part 33, wherein a driving head 311 which can move around the slope rail 241 is downwards arranged at the rear end of the authentication shaft 31, the unlocking head 32 is arranged at the tail end of the authentication shaft 31 and is used for unlocking, and the first authentication member resetting part 33 is used for promoting the first authentication member 3 to do resetting movement.
The unlocking head 32 has a contact unlocking head 32 or a magnetic unlocking head 32 or an inductive unlocking head 32.
The first verification member resetting part 33, the first pin resetting part 4122, the upper pin resetting part 4213, the first leaf resetting part 4323, the verification side column 442 resetting part and the second leaf resetting part 4414 are spring parts or magnetic parts.
The bottom of the second authentication member 4 is provided with a drive portion 45.
The cover 7 is arranged on the lock housing 1 and serves to fix the concealed authentication device.
The restriction device 9 comprises a restriction piece 91, a first engagement groove 92, a second engagement groove 93, and a third engagement groove 94, wherein the first engagement groove 92 is disposed on the cylinder core 2, the second engagement groove 93 is disposed on the lock housing 1, the third engagement groove 94 is disposed on the second key 62, or the end of the second key 62 is the third engagement groove 94, wherein an inner portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the engagement groove of the cylinder core 2 and rotates synchronously with the cylinder core 2, and an outer portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the second engagement groove 93 of the lock housing 1, the restriction piece 91 is used for abutting against the end of the second key 62 or being engaged in the third engagement groove 94 to restrict the second key 62 from moving axially when the first key 61 and the second key 62 are separated;
the reset positioning device 5 comprises a reset positioning bead 51, a positioning bead reset piece 52, a reset positioning bead groove 53 and a reset positioning groove 54, wherein the reset positioning bead groove 53 is arranged on the outer wall of the lock core 2, the reset positioning groove 54 is arranged on the inner wall of the lock case 1, the reset positioning bead 51 is telescopically arranged in the reset positioning groove 54 through the positioning bead reset piece 52, the positioning bead reset piece 52 enables the reset positioning bead 51 to do reset movement, and when the first key groove 22 of the lock core 2 and the second key groove 15 of the lock case 1 are aligned and reset, the reset positioning bead 51 enters the reset positioning groove 54.
The connection between the driving head 311 and the verification shaft 31 is arc-shaped, so that the stress area is increased, the structural stability is stronger, and the driving head is not easy to bend.
The embodiment further comprises a second anti-falling device 8, wherein the second anti-falling device 8 comprises a first anti-falling groove 82 and a second anti-falling groove 83, the first anti-falling groove 82 is arranged at the rear end of the lock core 2, the second anti-falling groove 83 is arranged at the rear end of the lock shell 1, the inner part of the anti-falling piece 81 is located in the first anti-falling groove 82, the outer part of the anti-falling piece is located in the second anti-falling groove 83, and the anti-falling piece is used for preventing the lock core 2 from falling off or being violently pulled out.

The second authentication member 4 is a bullet joint authentication member 41, and the bullet joint authentication member 41 includes a first bullet group slot 411 and a first bullet group 412; the first pin group slot 411 is disposed in the second mounting cavity 12, and the first pin group slot 411 includes a plurality of first pin slots 4112; the first ball set 412 is disposed in the first ball set groove 411, the first ball set 412 includes a plurality of first balls 4121, and the first balls 4121 are provided with verification grooves 4412; the driving portion 45 is disposed at the bottom of the first pin 4121.
A first pin returning element 4122 is arranged above the first pin 4121, and the first pin returning element 4122 is used for promoting the first pin 4121 to perform a returning motion.
The cover 7 is arranged on the lock housing 1 and serves to fix the concealed authentication device.
The restriction device 9 comprises a restriction piece 91, a first engagement groove 92, a second engagement groove 93, and a third engagement groove 94, wherein the first engagement groove 92 is disposed on the cylinder core 2, the second engagement groove 93 is disposed on the lock housing 1, the third engagement groove 94 is disposed on the second key 62, or the end of the second key 62 is the third engagement groove 94, wherein an inner portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the engagement groove of the cylinder core 2 and rotates synchronously with the cylinder core 2, and an outer portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the second engagement groove 93 of the lock housing 1, the restriction piece 91 is used for abutting against the end of the second key 62 or being engaged in the third engagement groove 94 to restrict the second key 62 from moving axially when the first key 61 and the second key 62 are separated;
the reset positioning device 5 comprises a reset positioning bead 51, a positioning bead reset piece 52, a reset positioning bead groove 53 and a reset positioning groove 54, wherein the reset positioning bead groove 53 is arranged on the outer wall of the lock core 2, the reset positioning groove 54 is arranged on the inner wall of the lock case 1, the reset positioning bead 51 is telescopically arranged in the reset positioning groove 54 through the positioning bead reset piece 52, the positioning bead reset piece 52 enables the reset positioning bead 51 to do reset movement, and when the first key groove 22 of the lock core 2 and the second key groove 15 of the lock case 1 are aligned and reset, the reset positioning bead 51 enters the reset positioning groove 54.
The connection between the driving head 311 and the verification shaft 31 is arc-shaped, so that the stress area is increased, the structural stability is stronger, and the driving head is not easy to bend.
The present embodiment further includes a second anti-separation device 8, the second anti-separation device 8 includes an anti-separation sheet 81, a first anti-separation groove 82, a second anti-separation groove 83, the first anti-separation groove 82 is disposed at the rear end of the lock core 2, the second anti-separation groove 83 is disposed at the rear end of the lock housing 1, the inner portion of the anti-separation sheet 81 is located in the first anti-separation groove 82, and the outer portion is located in the second anti-separation groove 83, which is used for preventing the lock core 2 from falling off or being violently pulled out.

The second verification member 4 is a pin tumbler clutch verification member 42, and the pin tumbler clutch verification member 42 comprises a second pin tumbler group 421 and an upper pin tumbler groove 422; the second marble group 421 includes a plurality of second marbles, the second marbles include an upper marble 4211, and a lower marble 4212 clutchable to the upper marble 4211, the upper marble 4211 is disposed above the lower marble 4212; the upper pin groove 422 provided on the authentication shaft 31, the upper pin groove 422 being for mounting the upper pin 4211; the driving portion 45 is provided at the bottom of the lower pin 4212.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a first verifying member for verifying the clutch of the marble in the anti-theft lock cylinder of the invention.
An upper marble reset piece 4213 is arranged above the upper marble 4211, and the upper marble groove 422 on the verification shaft 31 comprises a through hole or no through hole; wherein when the upper pin groove 422 is through, one end of the upper pin returning member 4213 acts on the top end of the upper pin 4211, and the other end of the upper pin returning member 4213 acts on the cover member 7; when the upper pin groove 422 is non-penetrating, one end of the upper pin returning element 4213 acts on the top end of the upper pin 4211, and the other end of the upper pin returning element 4213 acts on the bottom of the upper pin groove 422.
When the upper pin groove 422 is through, the upper pin groove further includes a second cover member, the second cover member is fixed on the first verification member 3, and the second cover member adopts a seal bead or a cover plate; when the second cover member is a seal bead, one end of the upper pin resetting member 4213 acts on the top end of the upper pin 4211, and the other end of the upper pin resetting member 4213 acts on the seal bead; when the second cover member is a cover plate, one end of the upper pin returning member 4213 acts on the top end of the upper pin 4211, and the other end of the upper pin returning member 4213 acts on the cover plate.
The seal bead is a magnetic seal bead, the upper pin 4211 is a magnetic upper pin 4211, the magnetic seal bead is arranged in the upper pin groove 422, and the magnetic seal bead and the magnetic upper pin 4211 are mutually repelled.
The cover 7 is arranged on the lock housing 1 and serves to fix the concealed authentication device.
The restriction device 9 comprises a restriction piece 91, a first engagement groove 92, a second engagement groove 93, and a third engagement groove 94, wherein the first engagement groove 92 is disposed on the cylinder core 2, the second engagement groove 93 is disposed on the lock housing 1, the third engagement groove 94 is disposed on the second key 62, or the end of the second key 62 is the third engagement groove 94, wherein an inner portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the engagement groove of the cylinder core 2 and rotates synchronously with the cylinder core 2, and an outer portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the second engagement groove 93 of the lock housing 1, the restriction piece 91 is used for abutting against the end of the second key 62 or being engaged in the third engagement groove 94 to restrict the second key 62 from moving axially when the first key 61 and the second key 62 are separated;

Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an anti-theft lock cylinder according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an anti-theft lock cylinder according to the present invention; fig. 3 is an exploded view of the structure of an anti-theft lock core of the present invention.
The embodiment provides an anti-theft lock core, which comprises a lock shell 1, a lock liner 2, a hidden verification device, a cover piece 7, a constraint device 9 and a reset positioning device 5. The lock core 2 is rotatably disposed in the lock case 1, the concealing verification device is disposed in the lock case 1 and above the lock core 2, and the cover 7 is disposed on the lock case 1 and used for fixing the concealing verification device.
The inside of this lock shell 1 is provided with first installation cavity 11, second installation cavity 12, second key slot 15, and this second installation cavity 12 communicates with each other and is located the top of this first installation cavity 11 with this first installation cavity 11, and the rear end of this second installation cavity 12 communicates with each other with this lock shell 1 outside, and this second key slot 15 sets up between this first installation cavity 11 and this second installation cavity 12.
The lock core 2 is rotatably disposed in the first mounting cavity 11 of the lock housing 1, a key slot 21 is disposed at the front end of the lock core 2, the key slot 21 extends toward the rear end of the lock core 2 to form a first key slot 22, a first surrounding slot 23 and a second surrounding slot 24 are disposed at the rear end of the lock core 2, the first surrounding slot 23 is communicated with the second surrounding slot 24, and a surrounding slope rail 241 is disposed in the second surrounding slot 24.
The lock core 2 is provided with a surrounding concave rail 25 for accommodating a protruding anti-dropping point of the first key 61, and the lock shell 1 is provided with a surrounding protrusion 14 matched with the surrounding concave rail 25 for filling a space where the surrounding concave rail 25 connects the first key slot 22 and the second key slot 15, so that the lock core 2 is more stably connected with the lock shell 1, and the rotation process is smoother.
The concealed authentication device is arranged in the second mounting cavity 12 in the lock housing 1 and comprises a first authentication member 3, a second authentication member 4 for mutual authentication with the first authentication member 3.
The first authentication member 3 comprises an authentication shaft 31, an unlocking head 32 and a first authentication member resetting part 33, wherein a driving head 311 which can move around the slope rail 241 is downwards arranged at the rear end of the authentication shaft 31, the unlocking head 32 is arranged at the tail end of the authentication shaft 31 and is used for unlocking, and the first authentication member resetting part 33 is used for promoting the first authentication member 3 to do resetting movement.
The unlocking head 32 has a contact unlocking head 32 or a magnetic unlocking head 32 or an inductive unlocking head 32.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an exploded view of a structure for vertically verifying a blade in an anti-theft lock cylinder according to the invention.
The second authentication member 4 is a sheet vertical authentication member 44, and the sheet vertical authentication member 44 includes a second sheet set slot, a second sheet set 441, an authentication side post 442, a second driving ramp 443, or a second driving protrusion 4422; the second vane pack slot is disposed in the second mounting cavity 12, the second vane pack slot 431 includes a plurality of second vane slots 4413; the second blade group 441 is arranged in the second blade group groove, the second blade resetting group comprises a plurality of second blade resetting pieces 4414, and the second blade resetting pieces 4414 are used for promoting the second blade 4411 to do resetting movement; the second sheet 4411 is mounted in the second sheet groove 4413 by a second sheet reset 4414;

The cover 7 is arranged on the lock housing 1 and serves to fix the concealed authentication device.
The restriction device 9 comprises a restriction piece 91, a first engagement groove 92, a second engagement groove 93, and a third engagement groove 94, wherein the first engagement groove 92 is disposed on the cylinder core 2, the second engagement groove 93 is disposed on the lock housing 1, the third engagement groove 94 is disposed on the second key 62, or the end of the second key 62 is the third engagement groove 94, wherein an inner portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the engagement groove of the cylinder core 2 and rotates synchronously with the cylinder core 2, and an outer portion of the restriction piece 91 is located in the second engagement groove 93 of the lock housing 1, the restriction piece 91 is used for abutting against the end of the second key 62 or being engaged in the third engagement groove 94 to restrict the second key 62 from moving axially when the first key 61 and the second key 62 are separated;
the reset positioning device 5 comprises a reset positioning bead 51, a positioning bead reset piece 52, a reset positioning bead groove 53 and a reset positioning groove 54, wherein the reset positioning bead groove 53 is arranged on the outer wall of the lock core 2, the reset positioning groove 54 is arranged on the inner wall of the lock case 1, the reset positioning bead 51 is telescopically arranged in the reset positioning groove 54 through the positioning bead reset piece 52, the positioning bead reset piece 52 enables the reset positioning bead 51 to do reset movement, and when the first key groove 22 of the lock core 2 and the second key groove 15 of the lock case 1 are aligned and reset, the reset positioning bead 51 enters the reset positioning groove 54.
The connection between the driving head 311 and the verification shaft 31 is arc-shaped, so that the stress area is increased, the structural stability is stronger, and the driving head is not easy to bend.
The embodiment further comprises a second anti-falling device 8, wherein the second anti-falling device 8 comprises a first anti-falling groove 82 and a second anti-falling groove 83, the first anti-falling groove 82 is arranged at the rear end of the lock core 2, the second anti-falling groove 83 is arranged at the rear end of the lock shell 1, the inner part of the anti-falling piece 81 is located in the first anti-falling groove 82, the outer part of the anti-falling piece is located in the second anti-falling groove 83, and the anti-falling piece is used for preventing the lock core 2 from falling off or being violently pulled out.

The working principle of examples 1 to 8 is as follows:
in step 1, the key 6 (i.e., the first key 61 and the second key 62) is inserted into the key slot 21 in the lock shell 1 and the lock cylinder 2 at the same time, the unlocking slot 621 of the second key 62 dials the second verification member 4, when the key 6 is completely inserted into the key slot 21 (i.e., the first key 61 is inserted into the first key slot 22, and the second key 62 is inserted into the second key slot 15), the second key 62 is completely inserted into the second key slot 15 and cannot move, and the driving portions 45 of all the blades or pins are completely matched with the corresponding unlocking slot 621, and simultaneously, the verification groove 4412 of either (one) of the blades or pins is completely matched with the verification tooth 412 of the verification shaft, or (two) of the upper pin 4211 is completely located in the upper pin slot 422 and the lower pin 4212 is completely located in the lower pin slot 433, or (three) of the verification side column 442 is completely matched with the verification groove 4412.
And step 2, continuing to rotate the first key 61 to drive the lock cylinder 2 to synchronously rotate, and clockwise rotating from the angle of 0 degree to the angle of 90 degrees or anticlockwise rotating from the angle of 0 degree to the angle of 270 degrees, wherein in the process, the first key 61 and the second key 62 are completely overlapped to be completely staggered (namely separated), namely the first key slot 22 and the second key slot 15 are completely staggered and not communicated.

When the first key slot 22 and the second key slot 15 are not completely staggered, the verification tooth 4111 on the verification shaft and the second verification member 4 are not contacted, the lower column 4423 on the verification side column 442 is not contacted with the leaf, and the upper pin slot 422 and the lower pin slot 423 are regarded as the same pin slot, and the lower pin slot 423 is not blocked when being shifted, so that the second verification member 4 is shifted to be invalid, if the lock container 2 is continuously rotated to ensure that the first key slot 22 and the second key slot 15 are completely staggered, the first key slot 22 of the lock container 2 and the second key slot 15 of the lock shell 1 are not communicated with each other, the first key slot 22 cannot touch the second verification member 4 in the second key slot 15 for shifting, and after the lock container is continuously rotated, if the original key 6 or the unlocking groove 621 on the original unlocking tool cannot pass the final password verification of the second verification member 4, the first authentication member 3 is unable to move axially to cause the unlocking head 32 to move axially to unlock and eventually only idle.

1. An anti-theft lock cylinder, comprising:
the lock shell is internally provided with a first installation cavity, a second installation cavity and a second key slot, the second installation cavity is communicated with the first installation cavity and is positioned above the first installation cavity, the rear end of the second installation cavity is communicated with the outside of the lock shell, and the second key slot is arranged between the first installation cavity and the second installation cavity;

the hidden verification device is arranged in the second installation cavity in the lock shell and comprises a first verification member and a second verification member mutually verified with the first verification member, the first verification member comprises a verification shaft and an unlocking head, the rear end of the verification shaft is downwards provided with a driving head capable of moving around the slope rail, the unlocking head is arranged at the tail end of the verification shaft and used for unlocking, and the bottom of the second verification member is provided with a driving part;
