Referring to fig. 3 and 6, an upper left limit plate 27 and an upper right limit plate 28 extend from a side of the upper frame 1 adjacent to the upper limit plate 19, the upper left limit plate 27 and the upper right limit plate 28 are respectively distributed at two sides of the upper limit plate 19, the upper left limit plate 27 and the upper right limit plate 28 respectively abut against two sides of an upper end of the upper guard rail 17, so as to fix the position of the upper guard rail 17, and glue may be filled between the upper left limit plate 27 and the upper right limit plate 28 and the upper guard rail 17, so that the upper guard rail 17 is fixed more firmly.
Referring to fig. 4, 8 and 9, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the lower guard rail 18 are matched with the corresponding limiting bolts 20 through limiting grooves 22, one end of the lower guard rail 18, which is far away from the lower outer frame 2, is connected with a lower fixing member 25, one side of the lower fixing member 25, which is close to the limiting member 21, is integrally formed with a lower fixing limiting plate 26 matched with the limiting groove 22, and the lower fixing member 25 is fixedly connected with the glass 5 through glue, so as to limit the position of the lower guard rail 18;
a lower left limiting plate 29 and a lower right limiting plate 30 extend from one side of the lower fixing member 25 close to the lower fixing limiting plate 26, the lower left limiting plate 29 and the lower right limiting plate 30 are respectively distributed at both sides of the lower guard rail 18, the lower left limiting plate 29 and the upper right limiting plate 28 respectively abut against both sides of the upper end of the lower guard rail 18, so as to fix the position of the lower guard rail 18, and glue can be filled between the lower left limiting plate 29 and the lower right limiting plate 30 and the lower guard rail 18, so that the lower guard rail 18 is fixed more firmly.
Referring to fig. 6 to 11, reinforcing ribs 38 are integrally formed on the upper, lower, left and right frames 1, 2, 3 and 4 to reinforce the strength of the upper, lower, left and right frames 1, 2, 3 and 4, the two reinforcing ribs 38 constituting a reinforcing groove 39, and a reinforcing rubber strip (not shown) is provided in the reinforcing groove 39.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 8, fig. 10 and fig. 11, an aluminum alloy rubber strip 34 is extruded between two glass 5, the periphery of the glass 5 is respectively connected with the upper section bar 6, the lower section bar 7, a rubber partition strip 35 is arranged between the left section bar 8 and the right section bar 9, so that the buffering between the glass 5 and the upper section bar 6, the lower section bar 7, the buffering between the left section bar 8 and the right section bar 9 are increased, and further the glass 5 is protected, the outer sides of the left section bar 8 and the right section bar 9 are connected with an extrusion rubber strip 36, so that the buffering is arranged between the left section bar 8 and the right section bar 9 and between the left wall connecting piece and the right wall connecting piece, and further the glass 5 is protected.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, an L-shaped baffle 37 is bolted to one side of the glass 5, one end of the L-shaped baffle 37 is connected to the right wall connector, and of course, one end of the L-shaped baffle 37 may also be connected to the left wall connector, and the other end of the L-shaped baffle 37 abuts against the outer side of the glass 5, thereby further reinforcing the position of the glass 5 relative to the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4.
The operation process comprises the following steps: before the glass 5 curtain wall is installed, the glass 5 and corresponding upper section bars 6, lower section bars 7, left section bars 8 and right section bars 9 are installed, then an upper outer frame 1, a lower outer frame 2, a left outer frame 3 and a right outer frame 4 are connected with corresponding upper wall connecting pieces, lower wall connecting pieces, left wall connecting pieces and right wall connecting pieces, then the finished glass curtain wall is transported to an installation site, then an installer clamps the glass curtain wall with locking grooves 33 on the upper outer frame 1, the lower outer frame 2, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4 through locking hooks 42 on the upper section bars 6, the lower section bars 7, the left section bars 8 and the right section bars 9, and then the L-shaped baffle plates 37 are installed, so that the installation of the glass 5 curtain wall can be completed, the upper protective guard 17 and the lower protective guard 18 can be installed indoors, and the inconvenience of high-altitude operation is avoided.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 1 to 11, a method for installing a glass curtain wall, for installing an easy-to-install glass curtain wall of embodiment 1,
step 1, installing a window sash, and firmly welding an upper section bar 6, a lower section bar 7, a left section bar 8 and a right section bar 9 to form an outer frame of the window; meanwhile, the glass 5 is placed between the outer frames of the windows and is filled and bonded firmly through the glass 5 glue;
step 2, fixing the upper wall connecting piece, the lower wall connecting piece and the left and right wall connecting pieces on the corresponding upper wall, the lower wall, the left wall and the right wall;
step 3, respectively fixing the upper outer frame 1, the lower outer frame 2, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4 on the corresponding upper wall connecting piece, the lower wall connecting piece, the left wall connecting piece and the right wall connecting piece;
step 4, mounting the window outer frame on the upper outer frame 1, the lower outer frame 2, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4, and clamping the window outer frame with the locking grooves 33 on the upper outer frame 1, the lower outer frame 2, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4 through the locking hooks 42 on the upper section bar 6, the lower section bar 7, the left section bar 8 and the right section bar 9;
step 5, fixedly connecting limiting pieces 21 to the peripheries of the upper protective guard 17 and the lower protective guard 18;
step 6, gluing the upper fixing piece 23 and the lower fixing piece 25 on the glass 5 through the glass 5 glue;
step 7, fixing the upper guard rail 17 among the upper outer frame 1, the upper fixing piece 23, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4 through the limiting piece 21;
and 8, fixing the lower guard rail 18 among the lower outer frame 2, the lower fixing piece 25, the left outer frame 3 and the right outer frame 4 through the limiting piece 21.

Claims (8)

1. A glass curtain wall convenient to install comprises an upper outer frame (1) fixedly connected with an upper wall connecting piece, a lower outer frame (2) fixedly connected with a lower wall connecting piece, and a left outer frame (3) and a right outer frame (4) fixedly connected with a left wall connecting piece and a right wall connecting piece, wherein glass (5) is arranged among the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4);
the glass locking device is characterized in that one ends of the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) close to the glass (5) are respectively provided with a locking groove (33), the corresponding locking grooves (33) are clamped with corresponding locking hooks (42), the corresponding locking hooks (42) are connected with an upper section bar (6), a lower section bar (7), a left section bar (8) and a right section bar (9), and the periphery of the glass (5) is connected with the corresponding upper section bar (6), the lower section bar (7), the left section bar (8) and the right section bar (9);
an upper fixing groove (10) is formed in the upper outer frame (1), a sealing rubber strip (11) is arranged in the upper fixing groove (10), a fixing rubber strip (12) is arranged on the inner side wall of the upper fixing groove (10), the fixing rubber strip (12) is obliquely arranged towards the bottom of the upper fixing groove (10), a fixing bolt (13) is arranged on the sealing rubber strip (11), and the fixing bolt (13) is connected with the upper outer frame (1);
one end, close to the locking groove (33), of the lower outer frame (2) is provided with a ball groove, the ball groove is matched with a fixing pin, the fixing pin comprises a spherical head (15) and a pin body (16) connected with the spherical head (15), and the pin body (16) is fixed on the lower wall connecting piece;
the inner side of the glass (5) is provided with a protective guard, and the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) are respectively provided with a limiting component for limiting the position of the protective guard;
the protective guard comprises an upper protective guard (17) and a lower protective guard (18), wherein the upper protective guard (17) is arranged on the upper side of the glass (5), and the lower protective guard (18) is arranged on the lower side of the glass (5);
the limiting component comprises an upper limiting plate (19) and limiting bolts (20), the upper limiting plate (19) is arranged on one side, close to the upper guard rail (17), of the upper outer frame (1), the limiting bolts (20) are arranged on one side, close to the lower guard rail (18), of the lower outer frame (2), and the limiting bolts (20) are arranged on one sides, close to the upper guard rail (17) and the lower guard rail (18), of the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4);
the periphery of the upper guard rail (17) and the periphery of the lower guard rail (18) are both connected with limiting parts (21), the limiting parts (21) are provided with limiting grooves (22), the upper side of the upper guard rail (17) is matched with an upper limiting plate (19) through the limiting grooves (22), the left side and the right side of the upper guard rail (17) are matched with corresponding limiting bolts (20) through the limiting grooves (22), the lower side of the upper guard rail (17) is connected with an upper fixing part (23), one side, close to the limiting parts (21), of the upper fixing part (23) is provided with an upper fixing limiting plate (24) matched with the limiting grooves (22), and the upper fixing part (23) is fixedly connected with the glass (5) through glue;
the lower side, the left side and the right side of the lower guard rail (18) are matched with corresponding limiting bolts (20) through limiting grooves (22), one end, far away from the lower outer frame (2), of the lower guard rail (18) is connected with a lower fixing piece (25), one side, close to the limiting piece (21), of the lower fixing piece (25) is provided with a lower fixing limiting plate (26) matched with the limiting grooves (22), and the lower fixing piece (25) is fixedly connected with glass (5) through glue;
locking groove (33) are kept away from one side of bottom and are extended towards locking hook (42) and have locking arch (31), locking hook (42) one end seted up with locking arch (31) matched with hook slot, locking hook (42) have the bending type, locking hook (42) offset with the inner wall of the both sides that lock groove (33).

The easy-to-mount glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper left limit plate (27) and an upper right limit plate (28) extend from one side of the upper outer frame (1) close to the upper limit plate (19), the upper left limit plate (27) and the upper right limit plate (28) are respectively arranged at two sides of the upper limit plate (19), and the upper left limit plate (27) and the upper right limit plate (28) respectively abut against two sides of the upper end of the upper guard rail (17).

The easy-to-install glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower left limiting plate (29) and a lower right limiting plate (30) extend from one side of the lower fixing limiting plate (25) close to the lower fixing limiting plate (26), the lower left limiting plate (29) and the lower right limiting plate (30) are respectively arranged at two sides of the lower guard rail (18), and the lower left limiting plate (29) and the lower right limiting plate (30) respectively abut against two sides of the upper end of the lower guard rail (18).

The glass curtain wall convenient to mount according to claim 1, wherein an aluminum alloy adhesive tape (34) is arranged between the two pieces of glass (5), rubber partition strips (35) are arranged between the periphery of the glass (5) and the upper section bar (6), the lower section bar (7), the left section bar (8) and the right section bar (9) respectively, and extrusion adhesive tapes (36) are connected to the outer sides of the left section bar (8) and the right section bar (9).

The easy-to-install glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealant strip (11) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of natural rubber, 10-25 parts of flame retardant additive, 14-35 parts of modified carbon black, 6-11 parts of dibasic lead phosphite, 4.5-6.5 parts of paraphenylenediquinone and 0.4-0.6 part of mildew preventive.
8. A method for installing a glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 2,
step 1, installing a window sash, and firmly welding an upper section bar (6), a lower section bar (7), a left section bar (8) and a right section bar (9) to form a window outer frame; meanwhile, the glass (5) is placed between the outer frames of the windows and is filled and bonded firmly through glass cement;
step 2, fixing the upper wall connecting piece, the lower wall connecting piece and the left and right wall connecting pieces on the corresponding upper wall, the lower wall, the left wall and the right wall;
step 3, respectively fixing the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) on the corresponding upper wall connecting piece, the lower wall connecting piece, the left wall connecting piece and the right wall connecting piece;
step 4, installing the window outer frame on the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4), and clamping the window outer frame with locking grooves (33) on the upper outer frame (1), the lower outer frame (2), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) through locking hooks (42) on the upper section bar (6), the lower section bar (7), the left section bar (8) and the right section bar (9);
step 5, fixedly connecting limiting pieces (21) around the upper guard rail (17) and the lower guard rail (18);
step 6, the upper fixing piece (23) and the lower fixing piece (25) are bonded on the glass (5) through glass cement;
step 7, fixing the upper guard rail (17) among the upper outer frame (1), the upper fixing piece (23), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) through the limiting piece (21);
and 8, fixing the lower guard rail (18) between the lower outer frame (2), the lower fixing piece (25), the left outer frame (3) and the right outer frame (4) through the limiting piece (21).
