Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Note that, in the present application, the height direction of the outer cylinder assembly 10 is the vertical direction in fig. 1. A
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a washing machine for washing laundry by steam, comprising a tub assembly 10, a heating device 20, and a pressure adjusting device 30. Wherein the laundry and the washing water are placed in the tub assembly 10. A heating device 20 is provided to the tub assembly 10, and the heating device 20 is used to heat the washing water to generate steam. A pressure adjusting device 30 is communicated with the inside of the tub assembly 10, and the pressure adjusting device 30 is used to adjust the air pressure inside the tub assembly 10 to change the boiling point of the washing water.
In the above arrangement, the pressure adjusting device 30 changes the boiling point of the washing water by adjusting the air pressure in the outer tub assembly 10. This ensures that steam at a predetermined temperature can be generated within the tub assembly 10, thereby ensuring that the laundry can be cleaned at the predetermined steam temperature, and thus, the cleaning requirements thereof can be satisfied. In addition, the pressure regulating device 30 can ensure sufficient generation of steam within the tub assembly 10, thereby ensuring efficiency of steam generation at a preset arbitrary set temperature. Thereby better meeting the cleaning requirement of the object to be washed.
It should be noted that the evaporation rate of water at a normal atmospheric pressure is temperature dependent, the higher the temperature is, the faster the evaporation is, and when the temperature reaches the boiling point, the temperature of water does not rise any more, in other words, the evaporation rate reaches the highest, and the boiling point of water is 100 ℃ at a normal atmospheric pressure. If it is desired to maintain the maximum evaporation rate of water at any temperature, in other words, to allow the water to boil at any temperature. According to the physical property that the boiling point of water changes along with the change of the air pressure, the boiling point of water can be controlled by artificially controlling the air pressure, so that the speed of the generated steam is kept to be the highest, and the temperature of the generated steam changes along with the boiling point of water. Thus, the steam washing at any temperature can not affect the steam generation speed, for example, if steam at 30 ℃ is required, the air pressure is only reduced to the boiling point of water to 30 ℃.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the heating device 20 includes a heating chassis disposed at the bottom of the outer cartridge assembly 10.
In the above arrangement, the heating base plate can heat the bottom of the outer tub assembly 10, thereby ensuring that the washing water in the outer tub assembly 10 can be heated to become steam. Thereby ensuring the normal operation of the washing machine.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the pressure regulating device 30 includes a pumping member 31 and a pressure monitoring member 32, and both the pumping member 31 and the pressure monitoring member 32 communicate with the interior of the tub assembly 10.
In the above arrangement, the internal pressure of the outer cylinder assembly 10 can be adjusted to a preset pressure value by using the pumping member 31 in cooperation with the pressure monitoring member 32. Thereby ensuring that steam with preset temperature can be generated in the outer barrel assembly 10, and further ensuring that the to-be-washed objects can be washed at the preset steam temperature so as to meet the washing requirements.
It should be noted that the pressure monitoring member 32 can display the real-time pressure in the outer cylinder assembly 10, and the pumping member 31 can adjust the pressure value in the outer cylinder assembly 10 in real time. In this way, the pressure can be dynamically adjusted according to the real-time pressure value in the outer cylinder assembly 10 displayed by the pressure monitoring part 32 until the pressure value is the same as the pressure value corresponding to the preset temperature.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the washing machine further includes a liquid level monitoring device 40, and the liquid level monitoring device 40 is disposed inside the outer tub assembly 10 for monitoring a liquid level height of the washing water.
In the above arrangement, the liquid level monitoring device 40 can monitor the liquid level of the cleaning water in the tub assembly 10. This facilitates subsequent replenishment of the wash water, thereby ensuring that sufficient wash water is stored within the tub assembly 10, and thus ensuring that sufficient steam is generated to meet the wash requirements of the articles to be washed.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, in one embodiment, the fluid level monitoring device 40 includes a plurality of fluid level probes 41 spaced along the height of the tub assembly 10.
It should be noted that, most of the washing machines in the related art use a liquid level sensor, and the liquid level sensor determines the height of the water level according to the pressure by detecting the pressure of the water at the bottom of the drum, but the liquid level sensor must be used under the standard atmospheric pressure, and if the air pressure changes, the detection will have errors. Therefore, the liquid level monitoring device 40 in the present application cannot employ a liquid level sensor, but employs a liquid level probe 41.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the washing machine further includes a first inlet and outlet pipe 50, a second inlet and outlet pipe 60, and a third inlet and outlet pipe 70, and the first inlet and outlet pipe 50, the second inlet and outlet pipe 60, and the third inlet and outlet pipe 70 are all communicated with the inside of the tub assembly 10.
In the above arrangement, the first inlet/outlet pipe 50 is a water replenishing channel for replenishing the cleaning water, the second inlet/outlet pipe 60 is an air outlet channel for discharging the air in the tub assembly 10, and the third inlet/outlet pipe 70 is a water discharge channel for discharging the cleaning water in the tub assembly 10. Three inlet and outlet pipes are provided to ensure that the washing machine can work normally.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the washing machine further includes control valves 80, and the control valves 80 are respectively disposed on the first inlet and outlet pipe 50, the second inlet and outlet pipe 60, and the third inlet and outlet pipe 70.
In the above arrangement, the control valve 80 is used to control the on/off of the corresponding inlet/outlet pipe, so as to ensure that the washing machine can normally supply water, drain water or exhaust air. Thereby ensuring the normal operation of the washing machine.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, in one embodiment, the control valve 80 is a gas-tight valve. The airtight valve provided in the first inlet/outlet pipe 50 is a water inlet airtight valve, the airtight valve provided in the second inlet/outlet pipe 60 is a pressure relief airtight valve, and the airtight valve provided in the third inlet/outlet pipe 70 is a water discharge airtight valve.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the washing machine further includes an air duct assembly 90, the air duct assembly 90 includes an air duct pipe 91 and a fan 92 disposed on the air duct pipe 91, wherein both ends of the air duct pipe 91 communicate with the inside of the outer tub assembly 10.
In the above arrangement, the air duct assembly 90 can accelerate the flow circulation speed of the steam in the tub assembly 10, thereby improving the steam cleaning efficiency of the washing machine and further enhancing the cleaning effect of the washing machine.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the washing machine further includes a drying module 100, and the drying module 100 is disposed on the duct 91.
In the above arrangement, the drying module 100 can generate hot and dry air, and the hot and dry air is sent into the tub assembly 10 to dry the laundry under the action of the blower 92. Thereby realizing the drying function of the washing machine and further meeting the multifunctional requirement of the washing machine.
It should be noted that the drying module 100 includes two modules, an evaporator and a condenser. The evaporator is used for absorbing heat, and the condenser is used for releasing heat, and its specific theory of operation does: moist hot air firstly passes through the evaporator, the evaporator absorbs the heat of the air, moisture is condensed, the air becomes cold and dry, then the air passes through the condenser, the condenser releases the heat to heat the air, the air becomes hot and dry, and the air is sent into the barrel through the fan to be dried. The compressor is used for providing or absorbing heat for the copper pipe, the copper pipe is connected with the compressor, and the fin increases the contact area of the copper pipe and air.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the washing machine further comprises a control module, the control module is connected to the pressure regulating device 30, and the control module can control the pressure regulating device 30 to act according to a preset steam cleaning temperature value so as to adjust the air pressure in the tub assembly 10.
In the above arrangement, the washing machine integrates the control module, so that the washing machine has an automatic pressure regulating function, and can regulate the air pressure in the outer cylinder assembly 10 according to the preset steam cleaning temperature value. Thereby improving the working efficiency of the washing machine and meeting the automatic control requirement of the washing machine.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a control method, which includes:
adding wash water to the outer drum assembly;
stopping adding water when the cleaning water reaches a first preset water level;
adjusting the air pressure in the outer cylinder assembly to a preset air pressure value through a pressure adjusting device;
when the air pressure in the outer cylinder component is adjusted to a preset air pressure value, the heating device is started;
when the water level in the outer barrel assembly reaches a second preset water level, starting the fan to circularly clean the articles to be washed;
wherein, the first preset water level is greater than the liquid level height of the second preset water level.
According to the above steps, the pressure adjusting device 30 changes the boiling point of the washing water by adjusting the air pressure inside the outer tub assembly 10.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the first preset water level is a water level higher than the uppermost liquid level probe 41, the second preset water level is a water level lower than the middle liquid level probe 41 and higher than the lowermost liquid level probe 41, and the third preset water level is a water level lower than the lowermost liquid level probe 41.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the control method further comprises:
when the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, selecting a drying mode;
the heating device is closed, the control valve on the first inlet and outlet pipe is closed, and the control valves on the second inlet and outlet pipe and the third inlet and outlet pipe are opened;
and the drying module is started to circularly dry the to-be-washed objects.
Specifically, in one embodiment, a determination procedure of whether the preset operation time of the steam washing mode is finished is further included before the drying mode is selected after the preset operation time of the steam washing mode is finished.
Specifically, in one embodiment, before adding the washing water to the outer drum assembly, further comprises:
setting a steam cleaning temperature on the control module, and starting a steam cleaning mode;
control valves on the first inlet and outlet pipe and the second inlet and outlet pipe are both opened, and a control valve on the third inlet and outlet pipe is closed.
It should be noted that, the customer can set the preset operation time and the steam cleaning temperature of the steam cleaning mode according to the actual requirements of the customer. Generally, the steam washing mode preset operation time is set to 30 to 60 minutes, and the steam washing temperature is set to 25 to 90 ℃. Of course, the method is not limited to the range values given above, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Specifically, in one embodiment, a determination process of whether the washing water reaches the first preset water level is further included before stopping adding the water when the washing water reaches the first preset water level.
Specifically, in one embodiment, when the air pressure in the outer cylinder assembly is adjusted to the preset air pressure value, a determination procedure of whether the air pressure value in the outer cylinder assembly reaches the preset air pressure value is further included before the heating device is turned on.
As shown in fig. 3, a complete embodiment of the control method of the present application is set forth below:
example one
Steam cleaning mode
Step one, setting steam cleaning temperature, starting a steam cleaning mode, and converting a program into a preset air pressure value according to the temperature;
opening a water inlet airtight valve, opening a pressure relief airtight valve, and closing a water discharge airtight valve;
step three, starting water inflow;
step four, if the water level reaches a first preset water level, namely the first preset water level, closing the water inlet airtight valve, closing the pressure relief airtight valve and closing the water discharge airtight valve; if the water level does not reach the first preset water level, returning to the third step;
turning on an air pump, and adjusting the air pressure of the outer barrel assembly;
step six, the air pressure sensor detects that the air pressure of the outer cylinder component begins to change, if the air pressure reaches a preset air pressure value, the air pump is turned off, the electric heating is turned on, and the heating chassis begins to heat to enable water to boil to generate steam; if the preset air pressure value is not reached, returning to the fifth step;
step seven, turning off the air pump, turning on electric heating, and starting heating the heating chassis to boil water to generate steam;
step eight, judging whether the water level reaches a preset water level two, if so, starting a fan and starting electric heating; if not, returning to the seventh step;
step nine, if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, the drying mode is not selected, and the whole washing program is finished (specifically comprising the steps of 1, closing electric heating, opening a fan, closing a water inlet airtight valve, opening a pressure relief airtight valve, opening a drainage airtight valve, and 2, reducing the temperature to the preset safe temperature, unlocking a door lock, and finishing the program); if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is not finished, judging whether the preset water level III is reached;
step ten, if yes, the electric heating is turned off, whether the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished or not is judged, and if not, the step seven is returned;
step eleven, if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, finishing the whole washing program (comprising the steps of 1, closing electric heating, opening a fan, closing a water inlet airtight valve, opening a pressure relief airtight valve and opening a drainage airtight valve, and 2, reducing the temperature to the preset safe temperature, unlocking a door lock and finishing the program); if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is not finished, judging whether the preset water level II is reached;
step twelve, if not, returning to the step ten of turning off the electric heating, then judging whether the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, and if so, returning to the step seven.
It should be noted that, when the water level is reduced to the preset water level, that is, the height of the second preset water level, the fan 92 is turned on, so that the fan 92 drives the steam to circulate in the drum. In the steam washing process, after the water level is reduced to the height of the third preset water level, the heating chassis stops heating, steam generation is stopped, and dry burning is avoided. In the steam washing process, after the water level is restored to the second preset water level from the third preset water level, the heating chassis is started to supplement the steam reduced due to cooling. After the steam washing time is over, the heating chassis is closed, the fan 92 is started, the pressure relief airtight valve is opened, the drainage airtight valve is opened, the air pressure of the outer cylinder assembly 10 is recovered to be normal, residual water in the cylinder is discharged, and the temperature begins to be reduced. Starting the fan 92, unlocking the door of the washing machine after the temperature is recovered to the safe temperature, and ending the steam washing program;

step nine, if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, the whole cleaning program of the drying mode is not selected to be finished (specifically comprising the steps of 1, closing electric heating, closing a water inlet airtight valve, opening a pressure relief airtight valve, opening a water drainage airtight valve, 2, opening a fan, opening two modules, 3, finishing drying, unlocking a door lock and finishing the program); if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is not finished, judging whether the preset water level III is reached;
step ten, if yes, the electric heating is turned off, whether the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished or not is judged, and if not, the step seven is returned;
step eleven, if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, finishing the whole washing program (comprising the steps of 1, closing the electric heating, closing the water inlet airtight valve, opening the pressure relief airtight valve and opening the water drainage airtight valve, 2, opening the fan, opening the two modules, 3, finishing drying, unlocking the door lock and finishing the program); if the preset running time of the steam washing mode is not finished, judging whether the preset water level II is reached;
step twelve, if not, returning to the step ten of turning off the electric heating, then judging whether the preset running time of the steam washing mode is finished, and if so, returning to the step seven.
After the steam washing time is over, the heating chassis is closed, the pressure relief air-tight valve is opened, the drainage air-tight valve is opened, the air pressure of the outer cylinder assembly is recovered to be normal, residual water in the cylinder is drained, and after the drainage is over, the fan and the two modules are opened to start drying. After drying, the door can be opened to take out the clothes.
It should be noted that the fan 92 and the two modules are provided with temperature sensors for sensing the temperature of the air inlet/outlet channel in the drum.
When the water inlet airtight valve, the pressure relief airtight valve and the water discharge airtight valve are closed, the outer cylinder assembly 10 is in a completely sealed state, the air pressure in the cylinder is controlled by the air pump, the boiling point of water in the cylinder changes along with the air pressure, and the temperature of steam in the cylinder also changes along with the boiling point of water. Therefore, the steam washing temperature can be controlled by feeding back the air pressure signal of the outer barrel assembly through the air pressure sensor.
Since this solution requires the control of the air pressure of the outer cylinder assembly 10, a general liquid level sensor cannot be used, and the determination of the liquid level height can be performed only by the conduction between the three metal liquid level probes 41. When the water level is between the uppermost liquid level probe 41 and the middle liquid level probe 41, the heating chassis is started, but the fan 92 is not started, so that the phenomenon that the steam quantity and the steam temperature are insufficient and the steam is condensed in the air duct to influence the efficiency of the generation of the initial steam is avoided. When the water level is between the middle liquid level probe 41 and the lowest liquid level probe 41, the amount of steam is sufficient, and then the fan 92 can be started to drive the steam to circulate; when the water level is lower than the lowest liquid level probe 41, the residual water in the cylinder is not much, dry burning is avoided, and the heating chassis needs to be closed; when the water level returns to the height of the middle liquid level probe 41, the heating chassis is started again to maintain the steam amount in the barrel.
Optionally, an auxiliary heating device is added at the air outlet of the air duct, so that the steam temperature can be maintained better.
As can be understood from the above description, the pressure adjusting device 30 changes the boiling point of the washing water by adjusting the air pressure inside the tub assembly 10.
