1 materials and methods
1.1 materials
180kg of dried ginger decoction pieces, provided by Shandong Qianpu pharmaceutical Co.
1.2 methods
Taking the same batch of dried ginger decoction pieces, adding 8 times of water, and respectively adopting conventional volatile oil extraction equipment and the high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment to extract volatile oil. The aperture of the filtering hole 63 on the filter 6 of the high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment is 180 mu m. The extraction time for both experiments was 5 hours.
2 results
The results are shown in table 2, under the condition that the conditions such as extraction time, extraction temperature and the like are kept consistent, the yield of the volatile oil of two groups of the same formula is 0.35 percent and 0.45 percent respectively, and compared with the conventional volatile oil extractor, the yield of the volatile oil extractor disclosed by the invention is improved by more than 28 percent.

1.2 methods
Taking the same batch of mint decoction pieces, adding 12 times of water, and respectively adopting conventional volatile oil extraction equipment and the high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment to extract volatile oil. The aperture of the filter hole 63 on the filter 6 of the high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment is 125 mu m. The extraction time for both experiments was 6 hours.
2 results
The results are shown in table 3, under the condition that the conditions such as extraction time, extraction temperature and the like are kept consistent, the yield of the volatile oil of two groups of the same formula is 0.68% and 0.87% respectively, and compared with the conventional volatile oil extractor, the yield of the volatile oil extractor disclosed by the invention is improved by more than 27.9%.

According to the test results, under the condition that the conditions such as the extraction time, the extraction temperature and the like are kept consistent, the extraction amount of the mint volatile oil by the volatile oil extraction equipment is higher than that of the mint volatile oil extracted by the conventional volatile oil extraction equipment, and the volatile oil extracted by the volatile oil extraction equipment is free of impurities and has better quality.

Claims (9)

1. A high-efficiency volatile oil extraction device mainly comprises an extraction tank (1), a condenser (2) and an oil-water separator (3), and is characterized in that the extraction tank (1) is communicated with the condenser (2) through a steam conveying pipe (4), and the condenser (2) is communicated with a bell mouth (37) arranged in the middle of the oil-water separator (3) through an aromatic water conveying pipe (5);
the oil-water separator (3) is of an olive shape with a large middle and small two ends, the upper part of the oil-water separator is detachably connected with the light oil collecting pipe (31) through the upper sand grinding interface (13), and the lower part of the oil-water separator is detachably connected with the heavy oil collecting pipe (32) through the lower sand grinding interface (14).

The high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment according to claim 1, wherein an upper overflow pipe (8) is arranged on the side surface of the oil-water separator (3) at the same level with the upper frosted interface (13), and an upper overflow pipe valve (10) is arranged on the upper overflow pipe (8); the side face of the position where the oil-water separator (3) is flush with the lower sand grinding interface (14) is provided with an underflow pipe (7), and an underflow pipe valve (9) is arranged on the underflow pipe (7).

The high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the light oil collecting pipe (31) is marked with a metering scale mark, and the 0 datum line of the metering scale mark is flush with a tapping switch (35) of the light oil collecting pipe; the heavy oil separator (32) is marked with a metering scale line, and the 0 reference line of the heavy oil separator is flush with a liquid discharge switch (36) of the heavy oil collecting pipe.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the measurement scale has a measurement accuracy of 1 mL.
7. The high-efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment according to claim 3, wherein the filter (6) consists of an upper filter plate (61) and a lower filter plate (62), and the upper filter plate (61) and the lower filter plate (62) are both provided with filter holes (63).
8. The high efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment according to claim 7, wherein the pore size of the filter pores (63) is 125-180 μm.
9. The high efficiency volatile oil extraction equipment according to claim 8, wherein the aperture of the filtering holes (63) is 150 μm.
