The fixing plate bracket 2 is connected with the ejector fixing plate 1 through a pin shaft. As shown in fig. 1, the longitudinal section of the ejector 5 is a rectangle with an opening on the left side.
Specifically, the fixed plate support 2 is mounted on a sliding shaft, after receiving the rejection signal, the sliding shaft moves from top to bottom to drive the fixed plate support 2 to move from top to bottom, further drive the rejector fixed plate 1 and the rejector 5 to move from top to bottom to perform the rejection of the tobacco strips, after the rejection is completed, the sliding shaft drives the fixed plate support 2, further drive the rejector fixed plate 1 and the rejector 5 to return to the upper initial position again, wait for the rejection signal again, and perform the next round of rejection.
Further, two of the through quick connectors 8 are connected to the middle position of the air chamber 6 in parallel with each other, and ventilation grooves respectively communicating with the two through quick connectors 8 are formed inside the air chamber 6. In the operation process of the YB65 strip packet packaging machine, when unqualified strip packet cigarettes are pushed to a rejecting station below a rejector 5, after receiving a rejecting signal, the rejector 5 moves from top to bottom to reject the unqualified cigarette strips, meanwhile, an electromagnetic valve is powered in response to the rejecting signal, compressed air passes through an inlet air pipe 11, is divided into two paths through a three-way quick connector 10, then reaches an air chamber 6 through two straight-through quick connectors 8, and blows towards the unqualified cigarette strips through air holes of the air chamber 6, so that the unqualified cigarette strips can fall quickly, and the phenomenon that the rejected strip packet cigarettes are not completely rejected and remain on a rejecting port to block equipment due to untimely falling of the rejected cigarette strips can be effectively avoided.
