Because of the honeycomb structure of the honeycomb paper, most of regional glue solution on the rubber roll does not contact with the honeycomb paper during gluing, and the glue solution which is not contacted can remain on the surface of the rubber roll, which can cause uneven distribution of the glue solution on the surface of the rubber roll on the one hand, and on the other hand, the glue solution stays on the surface of the rubber roll for a long time, which can cause the passage of water and the mixing of external impurities, and influence the subsequent gluing effect, in order to solve the problem, the temporary storage cavity 3131 is arranged, under the normal condition, along with the rotation of the second gluing roll 31, the glue solution in the glue storage cavity 312 can be thrown into each temporary storage cavity 3131 under the action of centrifugal force, the glue outlet hole arranged in the temporary storage cavity 3131 is smaller, the surface tension of the glue solution is large, the glue solution cannot be thrown out, the temporary storage cavities 3131 in the two second glue application rollers 31 at the glue application position are close to each other, opposite magnetic poles of the magnetic blocks 3134 in the opposite temporary storage cavities 3131 are arranged oppositely, the piston plate 3133 extrudes the glue solution in the temporary storage cavity 3131 under the action of the attraction force of the magnetic blocks 3134, the glue solution is coated on the honeycomb paper, when the second glue application rollers 31 continue to rotate, the two magnetic blocks 3134 are far away from each other, the attraction force is weakened, the magnetic blocks 3134 re-adsorb the iron sheets 3132, the discharged glue solution is sucked back into the temporary storage cavities 3131, and the glue storage cavity 312 supplements the glue solution under the action of centrifugal force. The working principle of the invention is as follows: the core paper is paid out by the first unreeling roller 11, the core paper is tensioned by the first tensioning roller, the strip-shaped gluing component 12 is used for gluing two sides of the core paper, the extrusion ring 12241 and the core paper which are positioned at the gluing position are mutually extruded in the gluing process, the corresponding inner groove plate 12242 moves downwards, the communication holes in the inner groove plate 12242 and the outer groove plate 12243 are aligned, the local pressure of the glue solution is increased in the process that the extrusion ring 12241 is pressed, the pushing force of the glue solution after the pressure is increased is larger than the surface tension of the glue solution which is discharged from the communication holes, the glue solution is extruded, and after a certain amount of extrusion is carried out, the local pressure is recovered and is smaller than the surface tension of the glue solution, and the glue solution is not continuously discharged. The upper surface and the lower surface of the core paper subjected to the primary gluing are respectively introduced with one piece of core paper, under the action of a first pressing roller 141 and a second pressing roller 142, the three pieces of core paper are adhered in a strip shape, the adhered core paper is conveyed into an oven to be dried, the outer side of the dried composite paper is glued by a strip-shaped gluing component 12 at a second position, the glued paper core is input into a transverse cutting component, and the paper core is cut off and cut off.
