Background
The carton is a widely used packing carton, can be used as gift package, shoes box etc. in the manufacture process, need to wait to fold the position to carry out the rubber coating to it, accomplish the rubber coating process, in order to wait for subsequent folding equipment, the rubber coating process of the past is all accomplished through the manual work of staff, work uses the brush to wait to fold the position for folding carton and carry out the rubber coating, this kind of rubber coating mode work efficiency is lower, consequently adopt the spreading machine to carry out the rubberizing, but the present technical consideration is not perfect enough, has the following shortcoming: the glue spreader generally puts the glue block on a glue heating fixed groove to be heated and melted, the roll shaft rotates to drive the glue to be attached to the surface of the paper box, the glue in the fixed groove is transferred onto the roll shaft and is in a flowing state in the process of being smeared on the paper box, the glue is easy to gather and drip, and the glue on the surface of the paper box is not uniform; meanwhile, the glue has bubbles after being heated, and after the glue with the bubbles is smeared on the paper box by the roll shaft, the bubbles are broken, so that the glue is lacked in the paper box, and the gluing effect of the paper box is reduced.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the glue coating device is matched with the glue coating roll shaft through the glue conveying pipe, bubbles of heated glue can be effectively eliminated when the surface of the paper box is coated, and the situation that the glue with the bubbles is coated on the surface of the paper box and the bubbles break to cause glue shortage of the paper box is avoided; simultaneously, glue is conveyed through negative pressure, glue in the fixing groove is prevented from being transferred to the roller shaft, and the glue is gathered and dripped on the roller shaft in the process of smearing the glue on the paper box, so that the condition of uneven gluing on the surface of the paper box is avoided, and the gluing effect is effectively improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement objects and the effects of the present invention easy to understand, fig. 1 to 8 schematically show the structure of a glue brushing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention provides a glue brushing device for assembling a paper box by using pressure to glue, which structurally comprises a paper box placing table 1, a brushing machine main body 2, a speed regulating device 3, an equipment electric cabinet 4 and a switch handle 5, wherein the brushing machine main body 2 is vertically arranged on the ground, the left end and the right end of the paper box placing table 1 are fixed with the front surface of the brushing machine main body 2 through bolts, the back surface of the speed regulating device 3 is closely leaned against the front surface of the brushing machine main body 2 and is electrically connected with the brushing machine main body 2, the left end of the equipment electric cabinet 4 is welded with the right side surface of the brushing machine main body 2, the switch handle 5 is arranged at the right side of the brushing machine main body 2 and is mechanically connected with the brushing machine main body 2, and the brushing machine main body 2 consists of a gluing structure 21, a glue heating fixing groove 22, a brushing machine shell 23, a driving motor 24, a driving belt, The glue coating device comprises a conveying roller 26, the bottom of a driving motor 24 is fixed with the inner bottom surface of a coating machine shell 23 through bolts, a glue heating fixing groove 22 is of a hollow trapezoidal structure and is welded with the coating machine shell 23, a glue coating structure 21 is located above the glue heating fixing groove 22, the conveying roller 26 is nested at the inner top of the coating machine shell 23, and a transmission belt 25 is meshed with the glue coating structure 21, the driving motor 24 and the conveying roller 26 respectively.
Referring to fig. 3-5, the glue spreading structure 21 includes a suction valve 211, a glue delivery pipe 212, a transmission gear 213, and a glue spreading roller shaft 214, wherein a side surface of the transmission gear 213 is engaged with the transmission belt 25, the glue spreading roller shaft 214 is a hollow cylindrical structure and welded to the transmission gear 213, the glue delivery pipe 212 is hermetically connected to the glue spreading roller shaft 214, and a top end of the suction valve 211 is connected to a bottom of the glue delivery pipe 212 through an internal thread. The gluing roller 214 comprises a permanent magnet ring a1, a glue flowing pipeline a2, a roller main body a3 and a gluing device a4, wherein the roller main body a3 is of a hollow cylindrical structure, the left end and the right end of the roller main body a are welded with the transmission gear 213, the left side surface and the right side surface of the permanent magnet ring a1 are abutted against the transmission gear 213 and the roller main body a3, the gluing devices a4 are uniformly distributed around the roller main body a3 at equal intervals, and the flowing pipeline a2 is nested in the middle of the roller main body a 3. The gluing devices a4 on the roller shaft body a3 are distributed in a staggered mode, so that the situation that the two gluing devices a4 are spaced to cause incomplete gluing is avoided, and glue is applied to the surface of a paper box more uniformly. The permanent magnet ring a1 is a circular ring structure formed by two fan-shaped magnets, the fan-shaped magnet with the arc angle of 40 degrees at the top is an S-pole magnet, the fan-shaped magnet at the other part is an N-pole magnet, and meanwhile, the permanent magnet block a42 is also an N-pole magnet, so that when the permanent magnet block a42 rotates to the top of the permanent magnet ring a1, attractive force exists, and the permanent magnet block a42 extrudes the telescopic conduit a41 to convey glue to be discharged through the glue feeding pipe a43 and is brushed by the glue brush a 44.
Referring to fig. 6-8, the gluing device a4 includes a telescopic guide tube a41, permanent magnets a42, a gluing tube a43, a glue brush a44, a fixing groove a45, a gluing guide rail a46, and a glue suction tube a47, the fixing grooves a45 are uniformly distributed in an array in a roller shaft main body a3, two gluing guide rails a46 are arranged and welded with the fixing grooves a45, the permanent magnets a42 and the gluing guide rail a46 are in clearance fit, the glue suction tube a47 and a glue flow pipeline a2 are communicated with each other, the top of the telescopic guide tube a41 is connected with the bottom of the glue suction tube a47 in a sealing manner, the top end of the glue suction tube a43 is connected with the bottom of the telescopic guide tube a41 by a bolt, and the glue brush a44 and the bottom of the glue suction tube a43 are abutted against each other. Glue conveyer pipe 212 comprises conveyer pipe main part b1, blast pipe b2, bubble elimination needle b3, conveyer pipe main part b1 and glue flow tube a2 sealing connection, blast pipe b2 is hollow cylindrical structure and nests in the middle of conveyer pipe main part b1, bubble elimination needle b3 equidistance evenly distributed is around blast pipe b 2. The diameters of the exhaust pipe b2 and the bubble eliminating needle b3 are the same as the pipe diameter of the delivery pipe main body b1, so that the glue is contacted with the bubble eliminating needle b3 in the delivery process, and bubbles are effectively removed. The glue feeding pipe a43 and the glue suction pipe a47 are of a one-way conduction structure, so that glue enters the telescopic guide pipe a41 from the glue suction pipe a47 and is discharged through the glue feeding pipe a43 and conveyed into the glue feeding pipe a 43. The bubble eliminating needle b3 is provided with a waterproof breathable film, so that bubbles in glue can be collected into the exhaust pipe through the waterproof breathable film and discharged.
The side, needing gluing, of the paper box is placed downwards into a gap between the gluing structure 21 and the conveying roller 26, the driving motor 24 is controlled to be started through the switch handle 5, the driving motor 24 drives the gluing structure 21 and the conveying roller 26 to drive through the transmission belt 25, and glue is coated on the surface of the paper box and conveyed rightwards.
When the glue block is placed on the glue heating fixing groove 22 and heated and melted, the suction valve 211 sucks the glue into the conveying pipe main body b1 and conveys the glue into the glue flowing pipeline a2, and in the glue sucking process, the glue is contacted with the tip of the bubble eliminating needle b3, so that bubbles in the glue are punctured and simultaneously flow into the exhaust pipe b2 through the waterproof breathable film to be discharged, and the glue with the bubbles is prevented from being coated on the surface of the paper box; when the driving motor 24 starts to work, the driving motor 24 drives the driving gear 213 to rotate through the driving belt 25, and permanent magnet ring a1 remains stationary, so that when glue applicator a4 is rotated to the top of permanent magnet ring a1, the permanent magnet block a42 with N pole is attracted with the permanent magnet ring a1 with S pole, and the glue sucking pipe a47 is a one-way conduction structure, therefore, the permanent magnet a42 extrudes the telescopic conduit a41 along the gluing guide rail a46 and discharges the glue from the gluing pipe a43, the glue is evenly coated on the surface of the paper box through the glue brush a44, after the gluing device a4 leaves the top of the permanent magnet ring a1, the permanent magnet a42 has the same magnetic pole as the permanent magnet ring a1, so the permanent magnet a42 drives the telescopic catheter a41 to reset, meanwhile, glue is sucked through the glue sucking pipe a47, glue is circularly applied to the paper box, the situation that glue is gathered and dripped on the roll shaft to cause uneven glue application is effectively avoided, and the glue application effect is improved.
