The invention provides a special tray for replacing a fan motor of a transformer, which comprises a fixed base, a movable rail and a motor tray, wherein the bottom surface of the fixed base is provided with a fixed screw thread, the surface of the fixed base is provided with a first slide way, the movable rail can move on the surface of the fixed base through the first slide way and does not fall off the fixed base, the movable rail is provided with a second slide way, and the motor tray can move on the surface of the movable rail through the second slide way and does not fall off the movable rail; a first fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the motor tray, a second fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the fixing base, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate can be fixedly connected through bolts; the bottom surface of the fixed base is fixedly connected with the liftable structure through the fixed screw threads; the special tray is used for special work of replacing the fan motor of the transformer, improves the working efficiency, and reduces the personal safety risk and the potential overload operation hazard of the transformer in the working site.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transformer maintenance, in particular to a special tray for replacing a fan motor of a transformer.
Background
The transformer produces a large amount of heats at the operation in-process, if the heat can not be effectively timely dispersed away, thereby can make transformer body high temperature cause the destruction to the body, influence the normal operating of transformer and can cause the large tracts of land of electric wire netting to have a power failure even. The cooling fan of the transformer is an important component of the cooler, and can improve the flow speed of air on the surface of the cooler and accelerate the heat exchange between the transformer oil as the internal cooling medium and the air as the external cooling medium. Therefore, it is very important to efficiently handle the failure of the fan motor of the transformer.
At present, when a fan motor positioned at a high position of a transformer needs to be repaired and replaced, 5 to 6 workers with strong and experienced bodies are needed, and meanwhile, the motor with the weight of nearly 40 jin is conveyed to the upper row of fans about 3 meters away from the ground by means of the ascending resultant force of a herringbone ladder. This not only occupies more manpower resources but also has the high altitude to fall and human risks such as mechanical injury. In addition, the operating state of the transformer is directly influenced by the replacement time of the fan motor, and if the replacement is not timely, the potential trip hazard of overhigh oil temperature of the transformer exists.
The lean management level of the equipment of the current maintenance company is continuously improved, the service life of the fan motor of part of the air-cooled transformer reaches the year limit, and the workload of replacing the fan motor of the transformer is increased. Along with the accurate ground that falls to the ground of company's point inspection system, overhaul on-the-spot technology management and control level has obtained obvious promotion, nevertheless is using the work site of current multiplexer utensil change transformer fan motor, and the safety management and control risk degree of difficulty of work responsible person, staff's intensity of labour are still very big.
Therefore, based on these problems, there is a need to develop a special tray for replacing a transformer fan motor, which can improve the standardization level of a work site, greatly improve the work efficiency, reduce the safety risk of the work site, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and have high field benefit.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the special tray for replacing a transformer fan motor provided in this embodiment includes a fixed base 1, a movable rail 2, and a motor tray 3, where a fixed screw 4 is disposed on a bottom surface of the fixed base, a first slide (not shown) is disposed on a surface of the fixed base, the movable rail can move on the surface of the fixed base through the first slide without departing from the fixed base, a second slide (not shown) is disposed on the movable rail, and the motor tray can move on the surface of the movable rail through the second slide without departing from the movable rail; a first fixing plate 5 is fixedly arranged on the motor tray, a second fixing plate 6 is fixedly arranged on the fixing base, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate can be fixedly connected through bolts;
the bottom surface of the fixed base is fixedly connected with a liftable structure through a fixed screw thread 4; in this embodiment, the lifting structure includes a four-leg bracket 7 and a lifting rod 8, one end of the lifting rod is fixedly installed at the top of the four-leg bracket, and the other end of the lifting rod is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the fixing base through a fixing screw thread; in addition, the lifting height of the four-foot support and the lifting rod can be adjusted, and the four-foot support and the lifting rod can be both products.

The matched special tray provided by the invention utilizes the vertical lifting function of the lifting structure and the developed motor tray to carry heavy objects (such as a fan, a motor and the like) and carry out horizontal displacement, so that the purpose of conveying the heavy objects to a specified position is achieved, and the tray is used for special work of replacing a fan motor of a transformer.

The special tray for replacing the fan motor of the transformer is characterized by comprising a fixed base, a movable rail and a motor tray, wherein the bottom surface of the fixed base is provided with a fixed screw thread, the surface of the fixed base is provided with a first slide way, the movable rail can move on the surface of the fixed base through the first slide way and does not fall off the fixed base, the movable rail is provided with a second slide way, and the motor tray can move on the surface of the movable rail through the second slide way and does not fall off the movable rail; a first fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the motor tray, a second fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the fixing base, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate can be fixedly connected through bolts;
the bottom surface of the fixed base is fixedly connected with the lifting structure through the fixed screw threads.

The tray as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting structure comprises a four-leg bracket and a lifting rod, one end of the lifting rod is fixed on the top of the four-leg bracket, and the other end of the lifting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the fixing base through a fixing screw.
3. The tray for replacing a fan motor of a transformer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the four-leg bracket and the lifting rod are adjustable in height.
4. The special tray for replacing a transformer fan motor as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the moving rail has a rectangular frame-shaped structure.
