Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of processing of biological consumables, in particular to a dispensing device for processing of a cell factory.
Background
Due to the rapid development of the bioproduct industry, the method of obtaining bioproducts from animal tissues by biochemical techniques alone has been far from meeting the market demand. A cell factory (cell factory) is a cell culture device with exquisite design, can utilize a culture surface to the maximum extent in a limited space, and saves culture space and culture solution consumption. The fourth reciprocating translation mechanism of the dispensing jig pushes the plate accommodating frame to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, and when the plate is fed or discharged, the fourth reciprocating translation mechanism pushes the plate accommodating frame to leave the lower part of the dispensing gun; when the plate is glued, the fourth reciprocating translation mechanism pushes the plate accommodating frame to return to the lower part of the glue dispensing gun, so that the feeding and discharging of the plates in the cell factory can be realized quickly, and the glue dispensing efficiency is improved.

The dispensing and positioning mechanism comprises a first reciprocating translation mechanism 2, a second reciprocating translation mechanism 3, a third reciprocating translation mechanism 4, a dispensing gun 6 and a control system. The first translation mechanism 2 is fixedly arranged on the table board 1, one end of the second reciprocating translation mechanism 3 is vertically arranged on a horizontal slide rail of the first translation mechanism 2, the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 is vertically arranged on a horizontal slide rail of the second reciprocating translation mechanism 3, and the glue dispensing gun 6 is arranged on a vertical slide rail of the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 through the mounting plate 5.
The first translation mechanism 2 pushes the second reciprocating translation mechanism 3, the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 and the dispensing gun 6 to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, the second reciprocating translation mechanism 3 pushes the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 and the dispensing gun 6 to reciprocate along the Y-axis direction, and the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 pushes the dispensing gun 6 to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction, so that the precise positioning in the three-dimensional space of the dispensing gun 6 is realized, and the requirements of various dispensing routes and dispensing heights are met.
The glue dispensing jig is arranged below one side of the glue dispensing and fixing mechanism and comprises a plate accommodating frame 7, a support 8 and a fourth reciprocating translation mechanism 9. When the plate is fed or discharged, the fourth reciprocating translation mechanism 9 pushes the plate accommodating frame 7 to leave the lower part of the dispensing gun 6; when dispensing the plate, the fourth reciprocating translation mechanism 9 pushes the plate accommodating frame 7 back to the lower side of the dispensing gun 6.
The control system controls the pushing direction and the pushing stroke of the first reciprocating translation mechanism 2, the second reciprocating translation mechanism 3, the third reciprocating translation mechanism 4 and the fourth reciprocating translation mechanism 9.
