Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
Example one
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide an alcohol recovery method for a cryoablation surgical apparatus. Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the alcohol recovery method for a cryoablation surgical apparatus, and referring to fig. 1, the alcohol recovery method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, adjusting the liquid level of alcohol in the alcohol bottle to keep the alcohol at a preset liquid level.
Generally, alcohol refers to liquid alcohol which is more commonly used in medicine, unless otherwise specified. The term "gaseous alcohol" is used herein to refer specifically to alcohol when it is heated to become gaseous alcohol.
In the case where the thermal medium includes alcohol, the alcohol is generally recovered after the operation or the temperature adjustment process of the ablation needle is completed.
The method for determining the alcohol liquid level can place a weighing sensor below an alcohol bottle to weigh alcohol in real time. For example, during surgery, the required alcohol level is between 50 ml and 200 ml, and below 50 ml, the operation cannot be performed, and the alcohol level corresponds to the alcohol weight of between 50g and 450 g. The weight of the alcohol bottle is 200g, if the total weight of the alcohol bottle is detected to be lower than 250 g, the liquid level is insufficient, the user is prompted to need to add alcohol, and if the total weight of the alcohol bottle is detected to be higher than 650g, the liquid level is full, and the user is prompted to pour alcohol.
S102, conveying the alcohol to a heater to enable the heater to heat the alcohol and enable the alcohol to be changed into gaseous alcohol; wherein, the gaseous alcohol carries out heat exchange in the heat exchange area of the ablation needle, so that the temperature of the tissue of the area to be treated is increased.
In specific implementation, a spirit pump can be arranged at the bottle mouth of the alcohol bottle so as to realize the transportation of alcohol to the heater. The alcohol is heated in the heater and then changed into gaseous alcohol, and simultaneously, the temperature in the heater is increased, so that the internal pressure is increased, and the gaseous alcohol with certain pressure can flow through the ablation needle heat exchange area and then rewarming the target tissue.
S103, when the gaseous alcohol is changed into liquid alcohol after heat exchange with the ablation needle, the liquid alcohol flows back to the alcohol recovery bottle through the radiator.
The temperature of melting needle is less than gaseous alcohol's temperature, and gaseous alcohol can become liquid alcohol after gaseous alcohol and the heat transfer of melting needle, and liquid alcohol can flow to the alcohol recovery bottle at this moment. In order to ensure that liquid alcohol is filled in the conduit during backflow, a radiator can be arranged to ensure that the alcohol can be completely changed into liquid to flow into the alcohol recovery bottle.
In another embodiment of the invention, at the beginning of rewarming, the opening of the cold working medium output proportional valve is controlled to be reduced to 0, the opening of the hot working medium output proportional valve is controlled to be increased to 100%, and the two-position three-way valve is adjusted to enable alcohol to be conveyed to the heater from the alcohol bottle. However, in the rewarming process, the amount of the gaseous alcohol which flows back to the radiator is large, so that the gaseous alcohol cannot be completely changed into a liquid state, and the problem of reducing the recovery rate of the alcohol is caused. Therefore, the invention can adjust the heat radiation performance of the radiator by opening or closing the heat radiation fan of at least one radiator and adjust the opening degree of the thermal working medium output proportional valve to adjust the heat radiation efficiency so as to improve the recovery rate of the alcohol. Specifically, when the gaseous alcohol is changed into liquid alcohol after the heat exchange with the ablation needle is performed, the liquid alcohol is caused to flow back to an alcohol recovery bottle through a heat sink, and the method includes: a1, when the temperature of the radiator is in a first preset temperature range, opening a first preset number of radiator fans of the radiator, and adjusting the hot working medium output proportional valve to a first opening degree; a2, when the temperature of the radiator is in a second preset temperature range, adjusting the opening degree of the hot working medium output proportional valve to a second opening degree; and A3, when the temperature of the radiator is within a third preset temperature range, adjusting the opening of the hot working medium output proportional valve to a third opening, and opening a second preset number of cooling fans of the radiator.
In one specific embodiment, the first predetermined temperature range is: t is not less than 25 DEG C1<35 ℃, and the second preset temperature range is as follows: t is not less than 35 DEG C2<50 ℃, and the third preset temperature range is as follows: t is not less than 50 DEG C3. The specific control process is as follows:
when the temperature of the radiator is more than or equal to T at 25 DEG C1<When the temperature is within the range of 35 ℃, 1 heat radiation fan of the radiator is opened, and the thermal working medium output proportional valve is adjusted to a first opening degree, such as 90%, at this time, the temperature is not particularly high, so that only a small number of heat radiation fans need to be opened, such as 1 heat radiation fan, and at this time, the first opening degree of the thermal working medium output proportional valve can be a fixed value.
When the temperature of the radiator is more than or equal to 35 ℃ and less than or equal to T2<In the range of 50 ℃, because the quantity of the gaseous alcohol is large, the temperature of the radiator is increased quickly, so that the output of the hot working medium needs to be reduced, the quantity of the gaseous alcohol needs to be reduced, and at the moment, the opening degree of the hot working medium output proportional valve needs to be reduced. It is noted that when the temperature of the radiator is 35 ℃ ≦ T2<In the range of 50 deg.c, the temperature is raised but not too high, so that the second opening of the hot working medium output proportional valve may be regulated to control the output of the hot working medium properly. During fine adjustment, the second opening degree of the hot working medium output proportional valve can be finely adjusted according to the current temperature of the radiator. Wherein, the calculation formula of the second opening degree is as follows:
Figure 315609DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
wherein T represents the current temperature of the radiator; k represents a second opening degree; a is a fan power influence factor, and the value range of a is 1-30; b is a temperature influence factor, and the value of b is an integer greater than or equal to 1. Wherein, a and b are empirical parameters measured according to experiments, for example, when the fan power is 12W, a may be 3.98, and if the current temperature of the radiator is 38 ℃, b may be 2. In addition, K ranges from 0 to 0.9.
Where a increases with increasing fan power and b increases with increasing current temperature of the heat sink. Wherein, a and b are empirical parameters measured according to experiments, for example, when the fan power is 12W, a may be 3.98, and if the current temperature of the radiator is 38 ℃, b may be 2. In addition, K ranges from 0 to 0.9.
When the temperature of the radiator is more than or equal to 50 ℃ and less than or equal to T3Within the range, the amount of the gaseous alcohol is very large, so that the temperature of the radiator is very high, and the temperature of the gaseous alcohol needs to be rapidly reduced, so that the opening degree of the hot working medium output proportional valve can be reduced to a third opening degree, for example, 5%, and all the cooling fans of the radiator, for example, 3 cooling fans, are simultaneously turned on. The above embodiments are merely exemplary, and in practical implementation, each numerical value may be adjusted according to actual situations.
S104, conveying the liquid alcohol in the alcohol recovery bottle to the alcohol bottle.
When the embodiment of the invention is implemented, whether the alcohol in the alcohol recovery bottle is completely delivered into the alcohol bottle can be detected. Specifically, in the alcohol recovery process, the total weight of the alcohol bottle is weighed by the weighing sensor, and when the total weight of the alcohol bottle is not increased any more and the state of no weight increase is maintained for a period of time, for example, 2 minutes or more, the alcohol recovery is considered to be completed.
In other embodiments of the invention, the temperature of the heater can be detected in real time, and the on-off states of the heater, the alcohol pump and related valves can be controlled according to the temperature of the heater. When the heater temperature reached 120 ℃, open alcohol pump, two three-way valve alcohol filling passageways, with alcohol filling to the heater inside, the heater continues to heat, when the heater temperature reached 150 ℃, closed the heater, concrete step includes: a, collecting the current temperature in the heater; and B, when the current temperature in the heater is higher than the preset temperature, closing the hot working medium output proportional valve, closing the alcohol pump, and then stopping conveying alcohol to the heater.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the pressure of the heater can be detected in real time, and the output ratio of the thermal working medium can be adjusted according to the pressure. The method comprises the following specific steps: n, collecting the current pressure in the heater; and O, when the current pressure in the heater is greater than the preset pressure, opening the hot working medium output proportional valve, then continuously conveying alcohol to the heater, and simultaneously keeping the opening states of the alcohol pump and the two-position three-way valve alcohol filling channels so that the alcohol can enter the continuous heating state of the heater.
In other embodiments, when the ablation needle is rewarming, the temperature of the ablation needle needs to be detected in real time, a plurality of temperature measurement needles can be inserted into the surrounding tissue of the ablation needle according to the actual operation requirement so as to monitor the temperature of the surrounding tissue in real time, and the temperature of the ablation needle can be adjusted according to the temperature feedback. The method comprises the following specific steps: p, detecting whether the reflux temperature of the needle tip of the ablation needle is within a preset temperature range; and Q, if the temperature is not within the preset temperature range, adjusting the hot working medium output proportional valve to enable the reflux temperature to reach the preset temperature range.
The method can realize that the alcohol recovery device is arranged when the ablation needle is cooled or rewarmed in the cryosurgery, thereby recycling the alcohol, reducing the waste of hot working medium and reducing the operation steps of users.

The main function of the alcohol recovery device is to provide a hot working medium with a certain pressure, and simultaneously, the output power of the heater 206 is adjusted according to the temperature feedback in the cold tank, so that closed-loop control is realized. The heated alcohol can be recovered by the alcohol recovery device, and the recovered alcohol can be drawn back into the alcohol bottle 201 and can be repeatedly recycled.
The method can realize that the alcohol recovery device is arranged when the ablation needle is cooled or rewarmed in the cryosurgery, thereby recycling the alcohol, reducing the waste of hot working medium and reducing the operation steps of users.
Further, the controller is further configured to:
detecting whether the reflux temperature of the needle tip of the ablation needle is within a preset temperature range;
if the temperature is not within the preset temperature range, the hot working medium output proportional valve is adjusted to enable the reflux temperature to reach the preset temperature range.
Further, the controller is further configured to:
when the temperature of the radiator is within a first preset temperature range, opening a first preset number of radiating fans of the radiator, and adjusting a thermal working medium output proportional valve to a first opening degree;
when the temperature of the radiator is within a second preset temperature range, adjusting the opening degree of the hot working medium output proportional valve to a second opening degree;
and when the temperature of the radiator is within a third preset temperature range, adjusting the opening degree of the thermal working medium output proportional valve to a third opening degree, and opening a second preset number of radiating fans of the radiator.
The embodiment can realize the temperature fine adjustment of the ablation needle in the cooling and rewarming processes, and simultaneously can also recover the hot working medium so as to avoid the waste of resources.
To solve the above technical problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the present invention also provides an alcohol recovery system for a cryoablation surgical apparatus, which includes the device according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
