the anti-blocking rotating part is arranged at one side of the anti-blocking driving part, an anti-blocking resetting piece is arranged between the anti-blocking rotating part and the anti-blocking transmission part, and the anti-blocking resetting piece is fixedly connected with the anti-blocking rotating part and the anti-blocking transmission part respectively;
