本发明涉及农业领域。一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法。
背景技术
我国酒糟资源丰富,利用方式多样,如用作饲料原料、微生物发酵生产高附加值产品。但由于其原料特性使得很多运用仅限在实验室研究阶段。主要原因如下:(1)鲜酒糟含水量高,脱水干燥困难,很多都是自然风干,堆放久了容易霉变,并且容易产生霉菌毒素的污染。这给酒糟的进一步加工利用带来很大困难。很难大规模的利用酒糟生产生物饲料。(2)酒糟大量饲喂会引起动物中毒,生产性能降,降低经济效益。并且酒糟在动物饲料中的最大添加量超不过30%,利用率低。(3)酒糟纤维素含量高,蛋白质含量相对较低,这是制约酒糟利用的主要因素。纤维素很难降解,单胃动物很难利用,反当动物也只能利用消化率也不到50%,因此,酒糟只能少量添加于饲料中。这对于我国丰富的酒糟资源来说不异于杯水车薪。因此,要想大规模利用酒糟原料首先需要解决脱水烘干的设备问题。其次,在饲料资源的开发与利用上,必需解决酒糟纤维素降解及提高蛋白质含量的问题。微生物发酵处理能明显改善酒糟品质,提高了酒糟的营养特性及利用率,但还需进一步研巧完善酒糟固态发酵工艺,最大程度利用酒糟资源。目前国内对于白酒糟发酵的研究比较多,但是对于发酵酒糟的研巧还在初级阶段,发酵酒糟的营养物质与豆粕、鱼粉等优质的蛋白原料相比较,粗蛋白含量只有豆粕的55%~75%、鱼粉的40%~45%,而粗纤维含量是豆粕的4~5倍,真蛋白的提升幅度只有10%左右,影响发酵酒糟的利用价值,因此发酵酒糟有待进一步研究。
本发明利用微生物能够将酒糟中的淀粉、糖类等营养物质转化为自身的代谢产物,并同时产生脂肪酸,蛋白酶,纤维素酶等酶类降解酒糟中的纤维素含量,进而得多肽及蛋白质,使其成为物美价廉的绿色饲料添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对我国国情,提出了一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法。既可以添加到青贮饲料中喂养各种动物,又添加到全价精饲料中喂养各种动物,为一种物美价廉的绿色饲料添加剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其原料按重量计为:白酒糟780~800kg、麦麸皮90~95kg、玉米粉48~55kg、菜籽油饼48~55kg、尿素12~18kg、磷酸二氢钾为6~8kg,混合均匀后,边搅拌便加入加入生物霉菌剂2.5~3.5kg;
作为优选,所述的生物霉菌剂添加量为3kg;
进一步,一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其原料按重量计为:白酒糟780kg、麦麸皮95kg、玉米粉45kg、菜籽油饼55kg、尿素15kg、磷酸二氢钾为7kg、生物霉菌剂3kg;
进一步,所述的生物霉菌剂制备过程为:先将纤维素酶75U/g、木聚糖酶200U/g、3-葡聚糖酶20U/g混合后得酶制剂。再将产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌以2∶1∶1进行接种后再与以上三种酶制剂混合得生物霉菌剂;
制备如上所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉,包括以下步骤:
a.先将纤维素酶75U/g、木聚糖酶200U/g、3-葡聚糖酶20U/g混合后得酶制剂;

本发明具备以下优点:
1.将大量废弃的白酒糟经过二次发酵后变废为宝;
2.与未发酵的白酒糟相比较,干物质基础,真蛋白提高了67.6%,粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、粗脂肪(化)分别降低了42.3%、32.5%、27.8%、22.5%,总钙磷分别提高了18.6%、总氨基酸提高了26.7%,其中赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和脯氨酸等必需氨基酸分别提高了39.3%、41.3%、68.8%、29.6%、11.4%、9.82%,经济效益极佳;
3.既可以添加到青贮饲料中喂养各种动物,又添加到全价精饲料中喂养各种动物,为一种物美价廉的绿色饲料添加剂;
4.既取得了环保效益、又取得了经济效益,一举两得;
5.制备方法简单合理,产品质量稳定,且易于操作、投入较低。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其原料按重量份计为:白酒糟780kg、麦麸皮95kg、玉米粉45kg、菜籽油饼55kg、尿素15kg、磷酸二氢钾为7kg、生物霉菌剂3kg。
制备如上所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉,包括以下步骤:
a.先将纤维素酶75U/g、木聚糖酶200U/g、3-葡聚糖酶20U/g混合后得酶制剂;
b.再将产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌以2∶1∶1进行接种后再与以上三种酶制剂混合得生物霉菌剂;

b.再将产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌以2∶1∶1进行接种后再与以上三种酶制剂混合得生物霉菌剂;
c.将白酒糟785kg、麦麸皮90kg、玉米粉50kg、菜籽油饼50kg、尿素15kg、磷酸二氢钾为6kg,混合均匀后,边搅拌便加入加入生物霉菌剂4kg,用水稀释的食用碱调节pH为5、水份含量为50%时,进入恒温发酵塔在30~32℃密封发酵8天后,再进行烘干粉碎成为260~300目,得饲料多肽蛋白粉;
经检测,多肽含量为10%,蛋白质含量为47.3%,经济效益极佳。
实施例3:一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其原料按重量份计为:白酒糟780kg、麦麸皮92kg、玉米粉47kg、菜籽油饼53kg、尿素18kg、磷酸二氢钾为6kg、生物霉菌剂4kg。
制备如上所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉,包括以下步骤:
a.先将纤维素酶75U/g、木聚糖酶200U/g、3-葡聚糖酶20U/g混合后得酶制剂;
b.再将产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌以2∶1∶1进行接种后再与以上三种酶制剂混合得生物霉菌剂;
c.将白酒糟780kg、麦麸皮92kg、玉米粉47kg、菜籽油饼53kg、尿素18kg、磷酸二氢钾为6kg,混合均匀后,边搅拌便加入加入生物霉菌剂4kg,用水稀释的食用碱调节pH为5、水份含量为50%时,进入恒温发酵塔在30~32℃密封发酵9天后,再进行烘干粉碎成为260~300目,得饲料多肽蛋白粉;
经检测,多肽含量为10%,蛋白质含量为48.6%,经济效益极佳。

Claims (4)
1.一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其特征在于,将将白酒糟780~800kg、麦麸皮90~95kg、玉米粉48~55kg、菜籽油饼48~55kg、尿素12~18kg、磷酸二氢钾为6~8kg,混合均匀后,边搅拌便加入加入生物霉菌剂2.5~3.5kg,用水稀释的食用碱调节pH为5、水份含量为50%时,进入恒温发酵塔在30~32℃密封发酵8天后,再进行烘干粉碎至260~300目,得饲料多肽蛋白粉。经检测发现,与未发酵的白酒糟相比较,干物质基础,真蛋白提高了67.6%,粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、粗脂肪(化)分别降低了42.3%、32.5%、27.8%、22.5%,总钙磷分别提高了18.6%、总氨基酸提高了26.7%,其中赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和脯氨酸等必需氨基酸分别提高了39.3%、41.3%、68.8%、29.6%、11.4%、9.82%,经济效益极佳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其特征在于,其原料按重量计为,白酒糟780~800kg、麦麸皮90~95kg、玉米粉48~55kg、菜籽油饼48~55kg、尿素12~18kg、磷酸二氢钾、发酵剂2.5~3.5kg。
3.根据权利要求要求1或2所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的发酵剂制备过程为:先将纤维素酶75U/g、木聚糖酶200U/g、3-葡聚糖酶20U/g混合后得酶制剂。再将产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌以2∶1∶1进行接种后再与以上三种酶制剂混合得生物霉菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用白酒糟生产高含量饲料多肽蛋白粉的制备方法,所述的纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、3-葡聚糖酶、产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均为市售产品。
