Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an automatic reporting method of temperature measurement data according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the method for automatically reporting temperature measurement data according to the embodiment of the present invention; the temperature measurement terminal 1 and the management server 20 are in wireless network connection to realize data information transmission, the temperature measurement terminal 10 is a terminal device such as a handheld mobile temperature measurement gun which can be used for measuring the body temperature of a user and reporting the body temperature to the management server 20, and the management server 20 is a server side which can acquire body temperature measurement values from one or more temperature measurement terminals 10 to monitor and manage isolated personnel such as a server constructed by an enterprise or a government department. Fig. 2 shows only one temperature measuring terminal 10 and the management server 20 for information transmission, and in practical applications, the management server 20 may also perform information transmission with a plurality of temperature measuring terminals 10 at the same time. As shown in FIG. 1, the method includes steps S110 to S140.
And S110, receiving user basic information input by a user through the temperature measuring terminal.
The temperature measuring terminal can receive user basic information input by a user, wherein the user basic information is information for embodying user basic characteristics, and the temperature measuring terminal needs to be used by a single user for more than 14 days in an isolation way, so that the user basic information of the user can be input to the temperature measuring terminal during the isolation of the single user; if the previous user isolation is finished, the user basic information of the next user can be continuously input to the temperature measuring terminal. The specific basic information of the user at least comprises basic information related to the user, such as age, sex, physique (such as height and weight) and the like.
In addition, the user can directly input the user basic information into the temperature measuring terminal, and can establish wireless network connection (such as Bluetooth connection) with the temperature measuring terminal through the user terminal (such as a mobile phone) so as to send the user basic information to the temperature measuring terminal through the user terminal.
And S120, if the body temperature measurement value is obtained through measurement, acquiring a temperature template matched with the user basic information in a pre-stored template set.
The user needs to measure the body temperature regularly during the isolation period, if the body temperature is measured for three times at 8:00, 12:00 and 18:00 every day, the temperature measuring terminal can obtain the body temperature measurement value obtained by measuring the body temperature of the user, and record the current time as the measurement time corresponding to the body temperature measurement value. The temperature measurement terminal is provided with a template set, the template set is composed of a plurality of templates, each template is provided with a feature tag, the temperature template matched with the user basic information can be obtained from the template set, and specifically, the feature tags can be matched with the user basic information to obtain one template matched with the user basic information for use. The template may be a temperature curve composed of a plurality of body temperature values measured by a specific population in a day, and if a feature label of a template is middle-aged and female, the template is also a female, and the specific population with age between 41 and 55 has a temperature curve in a day (24 h), and the temperature curve includes a temperature value corresponding to each hour, and the temperature curve can be obtained by averaging body temperature measurements of a plurality of persons who are not fever in the specific population.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S1201 is further included before step S120.
And S1201, if the preset reminding time point is reached, sending out measurement reminding information to remind a user of measuring the body temperature.
Specifically, the temperature measuring terminal can also send out reminding information at a reminding time point, if the body temperature is required to be measured at 8:00 per day, the corresponding reminding time point can be set to be 7:50, and the sending form of the reminding information can be buzzing reminding, warning lamp flashing reminding and the like. The user using the temperature measuring terminal can be reminded to measure the body temperature in time by sending the reminding information.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, step S120 includes substeps S121 and S122.
And S121, extracting user characteristic information corresponding to a preset characteristic item from the user basic information.
The temperature measuring terminal is pre-configured with the characteristic item, and corresponding user characteristic information can be obtained from the user basic information based on the characteristic item. If the characteristic items are age and gender, item values corresponding to the age and the gender are correspondingly acquired from the user basic information and are used as user characteristic information.
And S122, matching the user characteristic information with the characteristic label of each template in the template set to obtain a template with the characteristic label matched with the user characteristic information as a temperature template matched with the user basic information.
Whether the feature tag of each template is matched with the user feature information or not can be sequentially judged, so that one template matched with the feature tag of the user in the template set is obtained and serves as a corresponding temperature template, and only one template is matched with the user feature.
S130, judging whether the body temperature measurement value is matched with the temperature template according to a preset abnormity judgment rule to obtain a judgment result of whether the body temperature measurement value is abnormal.
Whether the body temperature measurement value is matched with the temperature template can be judged based on an abnormal judgment rule, namely whether the body temperature measurement value exceeds a normal fluctuation range on the basis of the temperature template is judged, if the body temperature measurement value exceeds the normal fluctuation range, the body temperature measurement value is not matched with the temperature template, and a judgment result that the body temperature measurement value is abnormal is obtained; and if the temperature does not exceed the normal fluctuation range, matching the body temperature measurement value with the temperature template to obtain a non-abnormal judgment result of the body temperature measurement value.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step S130 includes sub-steps S131, S132, and S133.
S131, obtaining a basic temperature value matched with the measuring time of the body temperature measuring value from the temperature template.
The body temperature of a common person is changed periodically, the change period is 24 hours, generally, the body temperature in the early morning is low, the body temperature in the afternoon is high, a plurality of temperature values contained in the temperature template are continuously changed along with time, the measurement time corresponding to the body temperature measurement value can be determined, and the matched basic temperature value is obtained from the temperature template based on the measurement time. The temperature template includes a temperature value corresponding to each hour, and the temperature value corresponding to an hour closest to the measurement time in the temperature template can be used as a basic temperature value matched with the measurement time.
For example, if the measurement time is "7: 51", the hour closest to the measurement time is "8 hours", and a temperature value corresponding to "8 hours" is obtained from the temperature template as a base temperature value.
And S132, calculating to obtain a corresponding temperature fluctuation interval according to the fluctuation range in the abnormality judgment rule and the basic temperature value.
The body temperatures of different people at the same time point may also be different, and in order to avoid the influence of normal difference on the accuracy of the judgment result, the temperature fluctuation interval can be calculated based on the abnormal judgment rule. Specifically, the abnormality determination rule includes a fluctuation range, and a corresponding temperature fluctuation range can be calculated according to the fluctuation range and the basic temperature value. In addition, because different groups of people have different body temperature fluctuation ranges, the fluctuation ranges matched with the different groups of people can be obtained correspondingly based on the different groups of people, the group classification can be carried out based on the user basic information, and the user basic information can also comprise information related to users such as marital conditions, pregnancy conditions, physiological conditions (such as whether women are in menstrual periods or not); the abnormality judgment rule further comprises a fluctuation range mapping set, the fluctuation range mapping set comprises a plurality of crowd categories and a fluctuation range which is mapped with each crowd category respectively, users can be classified based on age, gender, constitution, marital conditions, pregnancy conditions and physiological conditions in user basic information so as to determine the crowd category to which the users belong, a fluctuation range which is mapped is obtained based on the crowd category to which the users belong, and a more accurate temperature fluctuation interval is obtained by calculation based on the fluctuation range and a basic temperature value.
For example, if the fluctuation range is ± 0.5%, and the basic temperature value is 36.2 ℃, the temperature fluctuation range can be calculated to be 36.02-36.38 ℃.
S133, judging whether the body temperature measurement value is located in the temperature fluctuation interval or not so as to judge whether the body temperature measurement value is matched with the temperature template or not.
Whether the body temperature measurement value is located in the temperature fluctuation interval can be judged so as to judge whether the obtained body temperature measurement value is matched with the temperature template, if the body temperature measurement value is located in the temperature fluctuation interval, the body temperature measurement value is judged to be matched with the temperature template, and the judgment result that the body temperature measurement value is not abnormal is also obtained; otherwise, the body temperature measurement value is judged to be not matched with the temperature template, and a judgment result that the body temperature measurement value is abnormal is obtained.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step S133 is followed by steps S134 and S135.
S134, if the body temperature measurement value is not matched with the temperature template, judging whether the body temperature measurement value is smaller than the lower limit value of the temperature fluctuation interval; and S135, if the body temperature measurement value is smaller than the lower limit value, sending out abnormal measurement reminding information to remind the user to measure the body temperature again.
In addition, if the body temperature measurement value obtained by judgment is not matched with the temperature template, whether the body temperature measurement value is smaller than the lower limit value of the temperature fluctuation interval or not can be further judged, if so, the result shows that the body temperature measurement value obtained is low due to incorrect operation of the user during body temperature measurement, at the moment, the temperature measurement terminal can send prompt information of abnormal measurement, the user is reminded through the prompt information of the abnormal measurement, and the user can use the temperature measurement terminal again to carry out body temperature measurement after receiving the prompt information.
And S140, if the judgment result is abnormal, uploading the body temperature measurement value to the management server.
And if the judgment result is that the body temperature measurement value is abnormal, immediately uploading the body temperature measurement value and the corresponding measurement time to the management server. Specifically, the obtained body temperature measurement value can be uploaded based on the Lora internet of things transmission technology, the management server can record the received body temperature measurement value and the corresponding measurement time and generate a record log corresponding to each temperature measurement terminal, and the body temperature measurement value with an abnormal judgment result is marked in the record log so as to facilitate management of prevention and control personnel.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, step S140 is followed by steps S150 and S160.
And S150, if the judgment result is not abnormal, storing the body temperature measurement value into a preset data table.
If the judgment result of the body temperature measurement value is not abnormal, the body temperature measurement value and the corresponding measurement time are stored in a data table which is configured in the temperature measurement terminal in advance, namely, the body temperature measurement value of which the judgment result is not abnormal is not immediately uploaded to the management server, but is transferred to the data table for temporary storage, and the data table is the data table which is configured in the temperature measurement terminal and used for temporarily storing the normal body temperature measurement value of the user and the corresponding measurement time.
And S160, if the preset data uploading time point is reached, generating measurement integration information according to the body temperature measurement values stored in the data table and uploading the measurement integration information to the management server.
If the preset data uploading time point in the measurement terminal is reached, the data uploading time point can be one time point in each day, the body temperature measurement values stored in the data table are uploaded when the data uploading time point is reached in each day, namely if the judgment results of the body temperature measurement values in each day are all non-abnormal, the data uploading is carried out only once when the data uploading time point is reached, and by reducing the data uploading times, the temperature measurement terminal can be prevented from reporting the temperature measurement data frequently, so that the power consumption of the temperature measurement terminal is reduced, the one-time working time of the temperature measurement terminal is prolonged, the temperature measurement terminal is prevented from being replaced or a battery module in the temperature measurement terminal is prevented from being replaced in the isolation period, and the possibility of cross infection of viruses through the temperature measurement terminal can be avoided.
And immediately uploading the temperature measurement value with the abnormal judgment result, caching the temperature measurement value with the non-abnormal judgment result and uploading the temperature measurement value at the data uploading time point, so that the purpose of uploading the temperature measurement value at different time intervals is realized.
For example, the data uploading time point can be configured to be 23:00, and then the temperature measuring terminal automatically uploads the body temperature measuring values stored in the data table to the server when 23:00 of each day is reached.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, step S160 includes sub-steps S161 and S162.
And S161, integrating the body temperature measurement values stored in the data table according to a preset data format to obtain measurement integration information.
Specifically, the body temperature measurement values stored in the data table are integrated to obtain measurement integration information corresponding to a preset data format, specifically, one or more body temperature measurement values and corresponding measurement time stored in the data table are obtained, the measurement integration information is integrated with a terminal identifier corresponding to a temperature measurement terminal to obtain integration information, and format conversion is performed on the integration information according to the data format to obtain corresponding measurement integration information.
For example, the preset data format may be a JSON format, and the obtained measurement integration information is a character string represented in the JSON format.
And S162, uploading the measurement integration information to the management server and emptying the data table.
The temperature measurement value stored in the data table can be emptied after the obtained measurement integration information is uploaded to the management server, specifically, the measurement integration information can be uploaded to the management server based on the Lora internet of things transmission technology, and other body temperature measurement values acquired one day after the data table is emptied can be stored.
