Detailed Description
Hereinafter, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As will be recognized by those of skill in the pertinent art, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.
FIG. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a method of claim data processing according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1, the claim data processing method may include:
s101, determining an associated business object according to the acquired claim information to be processed;
s102, determining at least one corresponding rule service object according to the associated service object; wherein the rule business object comprises: at least one special contract;
s103, screening at least one rule service object based on claim settlement history information corresponding to the at least one rule service object to obtain a screened rule service object;
and S104, summarizing the screened rule business objects to obtain the claim settlement result.
Illustratively, the claim information to be processed may include: name of applicant, type of claim to be settled (such as inpatient fee, outpatient fee, etc.), total amount of fee. The general claim information to be processed is an invoice image uploaded by a user, and characters on the invoice image can be directly identified by the existing image identification method, so that information such as the name of an applicant, the type of the claim to be processed (such as hospitalized fee, outpatient fee and other fee types), the total amount of the fee and the like can be obtained. In this embodiment, after obtaining the information of the claim to be processed, whether the information of the claim to be processed exists is searched in the history information of the claim to be processed; if the information exists, the information of the claim to be processed is refused to be processed if the information of the claim to be processed is already processed; if the information does not exist, the information to be processed for the claims is not processed, and the claims processing is continued.
Illustratively, the associated business object may be an application scheme and/or liability information. It should be noted that, when rule service types are configured, it is necessary to select the associated service object as the application scheme and/or responsibility information. For example, when the associated business object is an insurance scheme, then its insurance scheme may be determined based on the name of the applicant obtained. When the associated business object is liability information, the associated business type, such as hospitalization benefits, comprehensive medical hospitalization, accidental injury medical treatment, sudden death, million medical hospitalization, comprehensive medical clinic (emergency) diagnosis, major illness, automobile accidental injury, special medicine, female fertility, accidental hospitalization benefits, employer mistakes, employer disability, employer extended 24 hours, non-medical liability type, supplementary medical hospitalization, supplementary medical clinic (emergency) diagnosis, etc., can be determined according to the acquired name of the applicant and the type of claim to be resolved.
Illustratively, in order to make the special conventions available directly in the rule center, a rule business object is created in the rule center that contains the special conventions of the individual applicant during the application process. The rule business object is provided with a template of special contract, and a worker can change the template according to the requirement of the applicant so as to generate the special contract of the applicant.
For another example, when the applicant needs to set some wind control rules and blacklist rules, a rule service object may be newly created in the rule service object (as shown in fig. 2), and may be named as a wind control rule and a blacklist rule, and relevant information of the rules is added.
In this embodiment, in the case where the associated service object is an application scheme, then a plurality of special conventions in the entire application scheme may be determined; in the case where the associated business object is responsibility information, then only the special commitments under the associated business type can be determined.
According to the technical scheme, the related service object is determined according to the acquired information of the claim to be processed, at least one rule service object is determined according to the related service object, and at least one rule service object is screened based on the history information of the claim corresponding to the related service object, so that the screened rule service objects are summarized to obtain the claim settlement result, the problem that the claim settlement can be carried out after the claim settlement personnel read and understand each specific appointment in sequence is avoided, the automatic claim settlement of the specific appointment is realized, the claim settlement speed is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In one embodiment, where a rule business object exists for multiple business types, at least one rule business object comprises a rule business object for multiple business types.
In particular, as shown in FIGS. 3-4, when a worker configures a particular appointment for an applicant, multiple business-type terms may be added under a particular appointment, such as dentistry, dentistry (partial commitment), significant symptomatology, and the like. And sets fields under each term, such as a payoff limit, a payoff proportion, and the like. Then the information of the claim to be processed of the applicant is information related to the dentistry, and a plurality of dental related terms are determined. Thereby ensuring that all relevant terms in the special agreement are acquired, and further ensuring the accuracy of the claim settlement result.
In one embodiment, where the service type of the rule service object includes multiple versions, at least one rule service object includes a rule service object under each version.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, each specific contract may have multiple versions, and when adding terms of a certain service type, the versions of the terms also need to be determined. For example dental version 1, dental version 2.
Illustratively, when the applicant first makes an application of dental version 1. The second time the warranty is continued, the version is updated, this time the warranty is dental version 2. When the information of the claim to be processed is relevant to the dentistry, the terms of the dentistry version 1 and the dentistry version 2 are found out simultaneously. Thereby ensuring that all relevant clauses in the special agreement are acquired, and further ensuring the accuracy of the claim settlement result.
In one embodiment, filtering at least one rule service object based on claim history information corresponding to the at least one rule service object to obtain a filtered rule service object includes:
determining screening conditions based on the associated business objects;
and screening the at least one rule service object based on the claim settlement history information corresponding to the at least one rule service object and the screening condition to obtain the screened rule service object.
Illustratively, the screening conditions are determined according to the application scheme, such as the number of times of the restrictions on the payouts, the age of the applicant, and the like. For example, after the name of the applicant is obtained, the application scheme of the applicant may be directly obtained, the age of the applicant is determined, and whether the age of the applicant satisfies the age limit is determined, so that the special contract is screened. And then, the special conventions are further screened by combining the historical claim information, so that at least one special convention is screened from multiple dimensions, and the screened special convention is more accurate.
In this embodiment, the data of the rule business object, the association business object, may be spliced based on the blockchain query language (BQL, blockchain Query Language). And determining a plurality of screening conditions according to the spliced plurality of data. Different screening conditions can be selected according to different claim information to be processed.
In one embodiment, filtering at least one rule service object based on claim history information corresponding to the at least one rule service object to obtain a filtered rule service object includes:
for each rule service object in the at least one rule service object, determining the rule service object as the filtered rule service object under the condition that the rule service object does not exceed the pay limit times.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the number of times of the pay limit and the pay ratio can also be customized when the service type is configured. The associated business object corresponding claim settlement history information can determine the historical claim payment times of the rule business object of the claim type in the claim settlement information to be processed. And screening out the rule business objects of which the historical odds do not exceed the odds limit number, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the odds settlement.
In one embodiment, summarizing the rule service objects after screening to obtain the claim result, including:
and calculating the pay amount of the rule service object after screening according to a preset settlement rule to obtain a settlement result.
Specifically, the rule is to collect the screened special conventions. For example, the amount that each special contract should be paid may be determined based on the field (i.e., the paylimit) of each special contract, and then the special contracts may be aggregated.
