Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of work order intelligent filling, in particular to a developed work order content comparison system which comprises a database, a template preview module, a template selection module, a computer, a scanning module, a graph comparison module, a character recognition module and a character verification module. According to the invention, various types of work order templates are set and pre-created and stored in the database, and then the required work order and the work order template stored in the database are screened by the character recognition module and the image comparison module for selecting the work order template corresponding to the required work order, and the content on the work order template is modified or filled by the computer, so that the processing quality of the customer service work order is greatly improved, the effect of the customer service work order is higher than that of training, the customer service work order template is beneficial to a novice to quickly become familiar with the work flow, meanwhile, the rollback rate of the customer service work order is greatly reduced, and the work quality is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of work order intelligent filling, in particular to a method and a system for comparing contents of a development work order.
Background
At present, a plurality of processing department form filling butt-joint persons belong to concurrent functions, accurate elements of a customer service form filling are not completely mastered, so that the situations that a service dispatch returns for many times or a company visits a user because of lack of the elements and a customer is unsatisfied to return the form are caused, and the like.

s3, after selecting the needed work order template, the computer downloads the work order template to the computer through the template selection module, and at the moment, the special position in the work order template needs to be modified or new content needs to be filled in;
and S4, after the content in the work order template is modified, transferring the work order in the scanning module to the printing module, and printing the content of the work order template in the computer to a corresponding table in the work order through the printing module.
Preferably, in S1, after creating the various types of work order templates, the created work order templates are subjected to numerical labeling processing by a computer, and the numbers of the labels are different and are arranged in sequence.
Preferably, if the number of the selected work order templates in S2 is large, the template preview module may preview a plurality of work order templates for selecting the required work order template.

the character recognition module is used for recognizing the character contents in the work order, comparing the character contents in the work order template in the database through a computer, and finding out similar or identical work order templates through the matching with the image comparison module, so that the time is saved;
and the character checking module is used for checking the character contents in the work order template, so that the occurrence of wrong characters is avoided, and the character contents and sentences in the work order are smooth.
Preferably, the computer is connected with an input module through a USB, the input module comprises a keyboard and a mouse, and the input module is used for filling or modifying corresponding contents in the work order template.
Preferably, the download recording module is arranged in the database and used for recording the history of all downloaded work order templates, so that the working personnel can directly download the corresponding work order templates through the download recording module according to the familiarity of the working personnel with the work orders, and the working time is saved;
preferably, the database is internally provided with a retrieval template, and the digital marks on the work order template can be directly input into the marks on the corresponding work order template for retrieval through the familiarity of the staff to the work of the staff, so that the function of saving the working time is also achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for comparing contents of work orders is developed, which comprises the following steps:
s1, pre-creating various types of work order templates through a computer, and storing the created work order templates in a database;
s2, when intelligent form filling is needed, firstly, the needed filled work form is recorded into a computer through a scanning module, the computer compares the surface shape of the work form through a graph comparison module, then the characters on the work form are identified through a character identification module, and then the obtained information data are compared with the work form template stored in the database for selecting a proper work form template;

s2, when intelligent form filling is needed, firstly, the needed filled work form is recorded into a computer through a scanning module, the computer compares the surface shape of the work form through a graph comparison module, then the characters on the work form are identified through a character identification module, and then the obtained information data are compared with the work form template stored in the database for selecting a proper work form template;
s3, after selecting the needed work order template, the computer downloads the work order template to the computer through the template selection module, and at the moment, the special position in the work order template needs to be modified or new content needs to be filled in;
and S4, after the content in the work order template is modified, transferring the work order in the scanning module to the printing module, and printing the content of the work order template in the computer to a corresponding table in the work order through the printing module.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the created work order templates of different types are subjected to numerical labeling by a computer in step S1, and the labeling numbers are different and arranged in sequence.
3. The method for comparing development work order contents as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the number of the selected work order templates in S2 is large, the template preview module can preview a plurality of work order templates for selecting the required work order template.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, after the content of the work order is modified or filled, the content in the work order template is checked by a text checking module to check whether the content in the work order template is filled correctly.
5. The system for developing a work order content comparison method as claimed in claims 1-4, wherein said system for developing a work order content comparison comprises:
the database is used for storing, importing and importing the work order template data;
the template previewing module is used for previewing various types of work order templates when searching various types of work order templates in the database and checking whether the types of the work order templates are the same as the types of the required work orders;
the template selection module is used for selecting the work order template and downloading the selected work order template into a computer through a network;

and the character checking module is used for checking the character contents in the work order template, so that the occurrence of wrong characters is avoided, and the character contents and sentences in the work order are smooth.
6. The system for developing work order content comparison as claimed in claim 5, wherein said computer is connected to an input module through USB, the input module includes a keyboard and a mouse, the input module is used for filling or modifying corresponding content in the work order template.

The system for developing work order content comparison as claimed in claim 5, wherein the download recording module is configured in the database for recording all history records of the downloaded work order templates, so that the worker can directly download the corresponding work order template through the download recording module according to his familiarity with the work order, thereby saving working time.
