The generating module 62 is configured to generate an electronic proof file representing the current life status of the target object based on the relevant information.
The storage module 63 is configured to store the electronic certificate in a shared database, where the electronic certificate in the shared database can be shared with at least one organization management platform.

For the above embodiments, the present application further provides a device for managing documents, please refer to fig. 9, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the device for managing documents of the present application. The certification document management apparatus 70 includes: a receiving module 71, an obtaining module 72 and a sharing module 73, wherein the receiving module 71, the obtaining module 72 and the sharing module 73 are connected.
The receiving module 71 is configured to receive a sharing instruction of an electronic certificate of a target object, which is input by a user, wherein the electronic certificate is generated based on information related to a current life state of the target object.
The obtaining module 72 is used for obtaining the electronic certificate file of the target object from the private database to which the target object belongs.
The sharing module 73 is configured to share the electronic certificate to other organization management platforms or a shared database, wherein the electronic certificate in the shared database can be shared to at least one organization management platform.
For the above embodiments, the present application also provides a system for managing a document, please refer to fig. 10, where fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of the system for managing a document of the present application. The certification documentation management system 80 includes an information management system 81 and an organization management platform 82, wherein the information management system 81 is connected to the organization management platform 82, and the information management system 81 and the organization management platform 82 are used in combination to implement the steps in any of the embodiments of the method described above.
The specific implementation of this embodiment can refer to the implementation process of the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the management system of the present application document. The certification documentation management system 80 may further include an information collection system 83, and the information collection system 83 is connected to the information management system 81 and the organization management platform 82. The information collecting system 83 may be configured to collect information related to the current life state of the target object, and send the collected information related to the current life state of the target object to the information management system 81. The information management system 81 may include a shared database 811, the organization management platform 82 may include a private database 821, and the shared database 811 and the private database 821 may be used to store and share electronic certification files.

The computer device 90 comprises a memory 91 and a processor 92, wherein the memory 91 and the processor 92 are coupled to each other, the memory 91 has program data stored therein, and the processor 92 is configured to execute the program data to implement the steps in any of the above-described embodiments of the method.
In the present embodiment, the processor 92 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 92 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 92 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor 92 may be any conventional processor or the like.
The specific implementation of this embodiment can refer to the implementation process of the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
For the method of the above embodiment, it can be implemented in the form of a computer program, so that the present application provides a storage device, please refer to fig. 13, where fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the storage device of the present application. The storage means 100 has stored therein program data 101 executable by a processor, the program data being executable by the processor to implement the steps of any of the above-described embodiments of the method.
The specific implementation of this embodiment can refer to the implementation process of the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The storage device 100 of this embodiment may be a medium that can store program data, such as a usb disk, a portable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or may be a server that stores the program data, and the server may transmit the stored program data to another device for operation, or may self-operate the stored program data.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a module or a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (15)

1. A method for managing a document, comprising:
acquiring relevant information of the current life state of a target object;
generating an electronic proof file representing the current life state of the target object based on the relevant information;
storing the electronic certification document in a shared database, wherein the electronic certification document in the shared database can be shared with at least one organization management platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information related to the current life state of the target object comprises:
identifying a paper certification document of the target object set by a first preset mechanism to obtain the related information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and acquiring the relevant information input by the user based on the paper certification document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an electronic proof file representing a current life state of the target object based on the relevant information comprises:
determining a preset template of the electronic certificate;
and utilizing the preset template to perform templating on the related information to obtain the electronic certificate of the preset template.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic document is stored in a shared database, comprising:
the electronic certificate file is subjected to preset processing, wherein the preset processing comprises preset encryption and/or anti-counterfeiting mark generation;
storing the electronic certification file subjected to the preset processing in a shared database.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after said generating an electronic proof file representing a current life state of the target object based on the relevant information, the method further comprises:
receiving a correction request for the electronic proof document of the target object;
if the correction request is detected to accord with a preset condition, updating the electronic certification file based on the correction request;
storing the updated electronic proof file of the target object in the shared database.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the detecting that the correction request meets a predetermined condition comprises:
detecting that the correction request contains identification information of the target object and identification information of an associated object having a preset relationship with the target object.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the current life status comprises birth or death;
and/or, the method further comprises:
receiving a preset operation request for the electronic certificate of the target object, wherein the preset operation comprises deletion or query;
and responding to the preset operation request, and sending an execution instruction of the preset operation to the shared database.
8. A method for managing a document, comprising:
receiving a sharing instruction of an electronic certificate of a target object input by a user, wherein the electronic certificate is generated based on the related information of the current life state of the target object;
acquiring an electronic certificate file of the target object from the private database;
and sharing the electronic certificate to other organization management platforms or a shared database, wherein the electronic certificate in the shared database can be shared to at least one organization management platform.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein prior to said receiving user-entered instructions to share the electronic document of the target object, the method further comprises:
generating an electronic certificate representing the current life state of the target object based on the relevant information of the current life state of the target object;
storing the electronic certification document in the private database.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein storing the electronic document in the private database comprises:
the electronic certificate file is subjected to preset processing, wherein the preset processing comprises preset encryption and/or anti-counterfeiting mark generation;
storing the pre-set processed electronic certification document in the private database
Before said sharing said electronic document to another authority management platform or a shared database, said method further comprises:
decrypting the electronic proof file if the electronic proof file is an encrypted file.
11. An apparatus for managing certification documentation, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the related information of the current life state of the target object;
a generation module for generating an electronic proof file representing the current life state of the target object based on the related information;
and the storage module is used for storing the electronic certificate in a shared database, wherein the electronic certificate in the shared database can be shared to at least one organization management platform.
12. An apparatus for managing certification documentation, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sharing module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a sharing instruction of an electronic certificate of a target object, which is input by a user, and the electronic certificate is generated based on the related information of the current life state of the target object;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the electronic certificate file of the target object from the private database;
the sharing module is used for sharing the electronic certification file to other mechanism management platforms or a sharing database, wherein the electronic certification file in the sharing database can be shared to at least one mechanism management platform.
13. A system for document management, comprising: an information management system and an organisation management platform which in combination are arranged to implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
14. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor coupled to each other, the memory having stored therein program data for execution by the processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
15. A storage device, characterized by program data stored therein which can be executed by a processor for carrying out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
