The invention discloses a dust removal and fresh air integrated air conditioner, which comprises: the dust removal device comprises a shell, wherein a cavity is formed in the shell, an air outlet is formed in the side wall of the shell, a dust removal air inlet is formed in the top of the shell, and a fresh air inlet is formed in the bottom of the shell; the cavity partition plate is arranged in the cavity and used for dividing the cavity into at least two cavities; the at least two chambers are communicated with the air outlet; the air channel conversion assembly is arranged on the side wall of the shell opposite to the air outlet and is matched with the cavity partition plate, so that the communication between the dust removal air inlet and the air outlet or the communication between the fresh air inlet and the air outlet are realized; and the air outlet fan assembly is arranged at the air outlet. The air duct conversion device is designed at the joint part of the two air ducts, and the connecting air opening of the front end air duct can be opened or closed according to different scenes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to a dust removal and fresh air integrated air conditioner.
Background
With the development of air conditioning technology, the air quality requirement for air supply of the air conditioner is higher and higher, the requirement for simple temperature control is not met any more, and the quality of air is emphasized more. Under such a large environment, various manufacturers have also introduced various functional air conditioners for improving the air quality, such as soft wind, fresh air, self-cleaning, and the like.
At present, air conditioner products with self-cleaning and fresh air functions are relatively independent modules although the principles and implementation modes are different, and the cost is relatively high although the maintenance is convenient.

The dust removal and fresh air supply integrated air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6. It is to be noted that the following examples are only for explaining the present application and do not constitute a limitation to the present application.
The dust removal and fresh air integrated air conditioner of the embodiment is mainly applied to a household air conditioner, and can be applied to an industrial air conditioner, an air conditioner product with self-cleaning and fresh air functions and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the air conditioner with integrated dust removal and fresh air comprises: the air conditioner comprises a shell 5, a chamber partition 503, an air channel conversion assembly and an air outlet fan assembly 7.
A cavity is arranged in the shell 5, an air outlet 504 is formed in the side wall of the shell 5, a dust removal air inlet 501 is formed in the top of the shell 5, and a fresh air inlet 502 is formed in the bottom of the shell 5; the chamber partition 503 is disposed in the cavity and is used for dividing the cavity into at least two chambers; at least two chambers are in communication with the outlet 504; when there are multiple chambers, the multiple chambers also share the air outlet 504. The present embodiment is described by taking two chambers as an example, which is only a part of the list and is not exhaustive. Multiple chambers are connected to this example application. The two chambers are a dust chamber and a fresh air chamber, and are provided with corresponding air inlets: a dust removal air inlet 501 and a fresh air inlet 502.
The air channel conversion assembly is arranged on the side wall of the shell 5 opposite to the air outlet 504 and is matched with the chamber partition 503 to realize the communication between the dust removal air inlet 501 and the air outlet 504 or the communication between the fresh air inlet 502 and the air outlet 504; the air duct conversion assembly controls the connection and the closing of the air ducts of the two chambers.
The air outlet fan assembly 7 is arranged at the air outlet 504, the air outlet fan assembly 7 comprises an air outlet 504 fan and an air outlet cover 6, the air outlet cover 6 is arranged on the shell 5, and the air outlet 504 fan is arranged on the air outlet cover 6. The fan assembly may be a centrifugal fan, an axial fan, a turbo fan, or the like, as long as a negative pressure is formed inside the casing 5. The air outlet hood 6 has an air inlet and an air outlet 504, and the positions of the air inlet and the air outlet 504 are changed correspondingly according to the difference of the fan assembly. When the air outlet fan assembly 7 works, negative pressure is formed inside the housing 5 to make air flow, and air flow is guided out through the air duct of the air outlet hood 6.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the rear air duct and the motor 1 of the dust-removing and fresh air integrated air conditioner provided by this embodiment share the same part, and the front air duct is integrated and can be switched to respective functional operation modes at any time. The basic principle is as follows: the air duct with dust collection type filter screen dust removal function and the air duct with fresh air function are integrated and shared at the rear section of the air duct, and the air duct conversion assembly is designed at the combination part of the two air ducts, so that the connecting air port of the front end air duct can be opened or closed according to different scenes, the flow direction of air is controlled, and the independent function operation of the filter screen self-cleaning or fresh air mode is realized. The air outlet 504 adopts a mode of a rear air outlet 504 fan, so that the motor 1 and air outlet parts are shared.
In some embodiments, the air duct converting assembly includes an air duct converting element 3, a converting mounting frame 2 and a motor 1, the converting mounting frame 2 is mounted on a housing 5 for rotatably and hermetically mounting the air duct converting element 3 in the chamber partition 503, and the air duct converting element 3 is rotated by the motor 1 mounted on the converting mounting frame 2. When receiving the control signal, the motor 1 rotates and drives the air channel conversion piece 3 to synchronously rotate, thereby realizing the connection and the closing of the air channels of the dust removing chamber and the fresh air chamber.
In some embodiments, the air duct converter 3 is an annular closed casing having a diversion cavity, an air inlet is disposed on an annular side of the closed casing, and an air outlet is disposed on a side wall of the closed casing facing the air outlet 504, and the air inlet and the air outlet are communicated through the diversion cavity.
As shown in fig. 6, the air channel conversion member 3 is an internally conductive type, and includes an airflow outlet and an airflow inlet, which are specially designed in this embodiment, but the nature of the air channel conversion member is not affected. The airflow outlet is correspondingly connected with the air outlet 504 on the shell 5, the airflow inlet can be connected to the dust removing chamber and the fresh air chamber according to different rotation positions, so that the corresponding dust removing air channel or the fresh air channel can be communicated or closed, the states of the dust removing air channel and the fresh air channel are mutually exclusive, when the dust removing chamber is communicated with the air outlet 504, the fresh air chamber is in a closed state, and vice versa.
The number of the air flow inlets of the air channel switching member 3 may be set to 1 or more, corresponding to different air channel states. In this example, the number of the air ducts which are communicated simultaneously is 1. When a plurality of chambers are provided, simultaneous communication of the plurality of chambers can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the dust chamber has a dust inlet 501 at the front end and an outlet 504 at the rear end, and a dust box 8 is disposed behind the dust inlet 501 for filtering air flowing therethrough. The dust-removing air inlet 501 can be provided with a dust brush 4 for sweeping dust on dust-collecting components such as a filter screen on an air conditioner, and the dust is sucked in the air inlet and then filtered by a dust-collecting box 8, so that the dust-removing effect of the filter screen of the air conditioner is achieved.
The front end of the fresh air chamber is a fresh air inlet 502, the rear end of the fresh air chamber is connected with an air outlet 504, a fresh air filter screen 9 is arranged behind the fresh air inlet 502, and when fresh air passes through, the fresh air is purified.
In some embodiments, a bayonet is provided on the side wall of the housing 5, and the fresh air filter screen 9 is disposed in the cavity behind the fresh air inlet 502 through the bayonet. The fresh air filter screen 9 can be conveniently and regularly drawn out to be cleaned or replaced.
The dust removal and fresh air integrated air conditioner disclosed by the application can bring beneficial effects including but not limited to:
the integrated dust removal and fresh air supply system has the advantages that two functions of dust removal and fresh air are integrated, the integration level is high, the air duct is shared, parts and control circuits of the air duct are reduced, the cost is reduced, and the occupied volume is smaller. The independent function operation of the filter screen self-cleaning mode or the fresh air mode is realized.

the cavity partition plate is arranged in the cavity and used for dividing the cavity into at least two cavities; the at least two chambers are communicated with the air outlet;
the air channel conversion assembly is arranged on the side wall of the shell opposite to the air outlet and is matched with the cavity partition plate, so that the communication between the dust removal air inlet and the air outlet or the communication between the fresh air inlet and the air outlet are realized;
and the air outlet fan assembly is arranged at the air outlet.

The integrated dust and fresh air removing and ventilating air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air duct switching assembly includes an air duct switch, a switching mount and a motor, said switching mount being mounted on said housing for rotatably and sealingly mounting said air duct switch in said chamber partition, said air duct switch being rotatable by said motor mounted on said switching mount.

The air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the air duct converter is an annular closed casing having a diversion cavity, an air inlet is disposed on an annular side surface of the closed casing, an air outlet is disposed on a side wall of the closed casing facing the air outlet, and the air inlet and the air outlet are communicated via the diversion cavity.
4. The air conditioner of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the outlet fan assembly comprises an outlet fan and an outlet hood, the outlet hood is disposed on the housing, and the outlet fan is disposed on the outlet hood.
5. The air conditioner of claim 4, further comprising a dust collection box disposed behind the dust collection inlet for filtering air when flowing.
6. The dust removal fresh air integrated air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a fresh air filter screen, wherein the fresh air filter screen is arranged in the chamber behind the fresh air inlet.
7. The air conditioner of claim 6, wherein a bayonet is provided on the side wall of the housing, and the fresh air filter is disposed in the chamber behind the fresh air inlet via the bayonet.
