The temperature sensors comprise an environment temperature sensor and a pipeline temperature sensor, the environment temperature sensor is arranged in the tunnel and used for monitoring the environment temperature in the tunnel, the tunnel is divided into areas according to the length, each area is provided with one environment temperature sensor and used for monitoring the temperature of different areas, and whether the electric tracing band in the area is started or not is determined according to the actual temperature of the area, so that the effects of energy conservation and electricity saving are achieved; the pipeline temperature sensor is arranged on the pipe wall of the fire fighting pipeline and used for monitoring the temperature of the fire fighting pipeline. Through setting up environmental temperature sensor and pipeline temperature sensor respectively, remote terminal sets for the ambient temperature threshold value, and ambient temperature sensor monitors the tunnel internal environment temperature to reach the PLC module with the temperature, start switch when the temperature is less than and set for the threshold value, the work is started to the electric tracing area, when the temperature reaches the upper limit of threshold value, the power is cut off, the work is stopped to the electric tracing area, can realize zone control, reaches energy saving and consumption reduction's effect.
An intelligent monitoring operation method for tunnel fire protection is characterized in that a monitoring module is arranged on a remote terminal, and a worker takes corresponding measures by observing data of the monitoring module, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) numbering the positions of the fire fighting boxes in the tunnel in advance, recording switching value ADAM modules and analog value ADAM modules connected with the fire fighting boxes into a PLC module in advance, and transmitting numbering information to a remote terminal;
(2) the opening and closing state of a fire box door is monitored through fire box opening and closing detection and illegal use of a door magnetic switch on an alarm unit, when the opening of a door is monitored, alarm information is sent, the alarm information sequentially passes through an opening and closing quantity ADAM module, a serial port server and a PLC module to reach a remote terminal, a worker acquires the alarm information from the remote terminal and confirms the opening state of the fire box;
(3) meanwhile, whether the fire-fighting equipment is in the fire box is monitored through a diffuse reflection sensor on the fire-fighting equipment on-site detection and anti-theft alarm unit, when no fire-fighting equipment is in the fire box, the diffuse reflection sensor sends alarm information, the alarm information sequentially passes through the switching value ADAM module, the serial server and the PLC module to reach a remote terminal, and a worker acquires the alarm information from the remote terminal to confirm the state of the fire-fighting equipment;
(4) meanwhile, the fire condition indicating unit monitors the temperature in the tunnel through the temperature sensing grating, the temperature sensing grating transmits temperature information to the PLC module, when the temperature is too high, the PLC module judges that the temperature is abnormal, the PLC module controls an indicating lamp on the fire box to change from green to red, flicker and highlight, and buzz and alarm;
(5) meanwhile, the fire-fighting water pool liquid level detection unit monitors the water level in the fire-fighting water pool through a static pressure input type liquid level sensor and sequentially transmits a water level signal to the switching value ADAM module and the PLC module, the PLC module is connected with a water replenishing pump, the water replenishing pump is communicated with the fire-fighting water pool, when the water level in the fire-fighting water pool is lower than a set value, the PLC module controls the water replenishing pump to start, and when the water level in the fire-fighting water pool is higher than the set value, the PLC module controls the water replenishing pump to stop working;
(6) meanwhile, a remote control unit of the fire pump group monitors the pressure value on the fire pipeline through a pressure sensor and sequentially transmits a pressure signal to an analog ADAM module, a PLC module and a remote terminal, when the pressure of the fire pipeline is monitored to be lower than a set value, the pressure sensor feeds an alarm signal back to the remote terminal, and a worker in a central control room remotely and manually starts the fire pump group by observing the pressure information of the remote terminal or automatically starts the fire pump group in a linkage manner;
(7) meanwhile, the pipeline water leakage detection unit monitors whether water leaks from the interface of the fire fighting pipeline through the water sensor, after the water sensor detects that the pipeline assembly leaks, a leakage signal is sequentially transmitted to the switching value ADAM module, the PLC module and the remote terminal, and a worker receives the leakage signal through the remote terminal to perform corresponding processing;
(8) simultaneously, the fire control electricity companion's thermal control unit is through setting up the temperature in the temperature sensor monitoring tunnel on the fire-fighting pipeline, once conveys the measured temperature value to analog quantity ADAM module, PLC module, compares measured temperature and preset temperature value through the PLC module, confirms whether to open the heating.
The system adopts an RS485 bus, connects an analog quantity ADAM module and a switching value ADAM module to a serial server, converts RS485 into Ethernet (Ethernet), and directly converts the Ethernet into optical fiber transmission to a sub-control room monitoring computer of a remote terminal through photoelectric conversion. Monitoring software is installed on monitoring computers of the sub-control rooms, so that functions of monitoring real-time data collected on site, dynamic display, parameter alarm, data storage, historical query, analysis, data export and the like are achieved, and the requirement of centralized monitoring and management of on-site fire-fighting equipment is met. The system collects the alarm and state information of each fire fighting device in real time, an information network channel is adopted to transmit the alarm and state information to the remote terminal, workers can realize centralized monitoring, alarm and fault site linkage of the fire fighting devices on class at the remote terminal, and the system also reserves an interface function for being in butt joint with an external system, so that the requirement of the centralized monitoring system on emergency linkage operation is met to the greatest extent.

An intelligent monitoring operation system for tunnel fire protection is characterized by comprising fire fighting boxes, a fire fighting pipeline, a fire fighting pool, a fire fighting pump set and a remote terminal, wherein the fire fighting pump set is used for communicating the fire fighting pool with the fire fighting pipeline, each fire fighting box is provided with a set of analog quantity ADAM module and a set of switching quantity ADAM module, a fire fighting box opening and closing detection and illegal use alarm unit, a fire fighting equipment on-site detection and anti-theft alarm unit and a fire situation indication unit, the system is also provided with a fire fighting pool liquid level detection unit, a fire fighting pump set remote control unit, a pipeline water leakage detection unit and a fire fighting electric heat tracing control unit, the fire fighting box opening and closing detection and illegal use alarm unit, the fire fighting equipment on-site detection and anti-theft alarm unit, the fire fighting pool liquid level detection unit and the pipeline water leakage detection unit are connected with the switching quantity ADAM module, the fire pump group remote control unit and the fire electric heat tracing control unit are connected with the analog quantity ADAM module, the fire condition indicating unit is respectively connected with the switching quantity ADAM module and the analog quantity ADAM module, the switching quantity ADAM module and the analog quantity ADAM module are both connected with a serial server, a PLC module is connected to the serial server, and the PLC module is connected with the remote terminal;
the fire box opening and closing detection and illegal use alarm unit is used for monitoring the opening and closing state of a fire box door and sending an alarm signal when the illegal door opening state is monitored; the fire-fighting equipment in-place detection and anti-theft alarm unit is used for monitoring whether the fire-fighting equipment in the fire box is in place or not and sending an alarm signal when the situation that the fire-fighting equipment is not in place is monitored; the fire condition indicating unit is used for monitoring whether a fire condition occurs in the tunnel or not, and feeding back fire information in time when the fire condition is monitored; the fire-fighting water pool liquid level detection unit is used for monitoring the water level in the fire-fighting water pool and avoiding potential safety hazards brought to fire rescue due to too low water level; the remote control unit of the fire pump set is used for controlling the start and stop of the fire pump set according to the pressure condition of the fire pipeline; the pipeline water leakage detection unit is used for monitoring whether the fire-fighting pipeline has leakage conditions in real time; the fire-fighting electric tracing control unit is used for controlling the on-off of the electric tracing band by monitoring the temperature in the tunnel.

The intelligent monitoring and operation system for tunnel fire fighting according to claim 1, wherein the fire box opening and closing detection and illegal use alarm unit is provided with a door magnetic switch, the door magnetic switch is arranged on a door of the fire box, and the door magnetic switch is connected with the switching value ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring and operating system for tunnel fire protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fire fighting equipment in-place detection and burglar alarm unit is provided with a diffuse reflection sensor, the diffuse reflection sensor is arranged on the fire fighting equipment in the fire box, each fire fighting equipment is provided with one set of the diffuse reflection sensor, the test range of the diffuse reflection sensor is adjustable, and the diffuse reflection sensor is connected with the switching value ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring and operating system for tunnel fire protection according to claim 1, wherein the fire condition indicating unit is provided with a temperature-sensing optical grating and an indicator light, the temperature-sensing optical grating is arranged on the top of the tunnel, the indicator light is arranged on a door panel of the fire box, the temperature-sensing optical grating is connected with the analog quantity ADAM module, and the indicator light is connected with the switching quantity ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring operation system for tunnel fire protection according to claim 1, wherein the fire-fighting water pool liquid level detection unit is provided with a static pressure input type liquid level sensor, the static pressure input type liquid level sensor is arranged in the fire-fighting water pool, and the static pressure input type liquid level sensor is connected with the switching value ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring and operating system for tunnel fire protection according to claim 1, wherein the fire pump group remote control unit is provided with a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is arranged on the fire fighting pipeline, and the pressure sensor is connected with the analog ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring and operating system for tunnel fire protection according to claim 1, wherein the pipeline water leakage detection unit is provided with a water sensor, the water sensor is arranged at an interface of the fire protection pipeline, and the water sensor is connected with the switching value ADAM module.

The intelligent monitoring and operating system for tunnel fire protection according to claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor is arranged on the fire-fighting electric tracing control unit, the temperature sensor is arranged on the fire-fighting pipeline, and the temperature sensor is connected with the analog ADAM module.

An intelligent monitoring operation method for tunnel fire protection according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a monitoring module is arranged on a remote terminal, and a worker takes corresponding measures by observing data of the monitoring module, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) numbering the positions of the fire fighting boxes in the tunnel in advance, recording switching value ADAM modules and analog value ADAM modules connected with the fire fighting boxes into a PLC module in advance, and transmitting numbering information to a remote terminal;
(2) the opening and closing state of a fire box door is monitored through fire box opening and closing detection and illegal use of a door magnetic switch on an alarm unit, when the opening of a door is monitored, alarm information is sent, the alarm information sequentially passes through an opening and closing quantity ADAM module, a serial port server and a PLC module to reach a remote terminal, a worker acquires the alarm information from the remote terminal and confirms the opening state of the fire box;
(3) meanwhile, whether the fire-fighting equipment is in the fire box is monitored through a diffuse reflection sensor on the fire-fighting equipment on-site detection and anti-theft alarm unit, when no fire-fighting equipment is in the fire box, the diffuse reflection sensor sends alarm information, the alarm information sequentially passes through the switching value ADAM module, the serial server and the PLC module to reach a remote terminal, and a worker acquires the alarm information from the remote terminal to confirm the state of the fire-fighting equipment;

(6) meanwhile, a remote control unit of the fire pump group monitors the pressure value on the fire pipeline through a pressure sensor and sequentially transmits a pressure signal to an analog ADAM module, a PLC module and a remote terminal, when the pressure of the fire pipeline is monitored to be lower than a set value, the pressure sensor feeds an alarm signal back to the remote terminal, and a worker in a central control room remotely and manually starts the fire pump group by observing the pressure information of the remote terminal or automatically starts the fire pump group in a linkage manner;
(7) meanwhile, the pipeline water leakage detection unit monitors whether water leaks from the interface of the fire fighting pipeline through the water sensor, after the water sensor detects that the pipeline assembly leaks, a leakage signal is sequentially transmitted to the switching value ADAM module, the PLC module and the remote terminal, and a worker receives the leakage signal through the remote terminal to perform corresponding processing;
