In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
With reference to fig. 1 to 5, the invention makes the following examples:
in some building structures, for aesthetic purposes, structural needs, etc., many large buildings, such as museums, use a "steel frame + buckling restrained brace" structural system, which is composed of a main frame structure, a suspension structure and a bridge structure. Because of the large size of the building, the number of suspended structures may need to be one hundred to two hundred in a single building project, and the number of suspended structures is large, there is a need for an installation method that speeds up the installation of suspended structures.
Wherein the installation of the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is more difficult. Because three-limb combined curtain wall main joist 100 is formed by combining three-limb combined curtain wall main joists 100+ which are three rectangles with the section specification of 550 × 120 × 30 × 40mm and are triangular connection cross beam bodies 120, namely the cross section of the three-limb combined curtain wall main joist 100 is in an irregular state, and the length is as long as 43 meters, and a plurality of three-limb combined curtain wall main joists 100 need to be hung below the overhanging main truss, the length is long, the volume is large, the weight is heavy, and the construction and installation difficulty is large. However, the general construction project engineering adopts the traditional installation methods, such as the installation by the method of single-limb hoisting and high-altitude assembling and the installation by the method of subsection hoisting and high-altitude butt joint, which all have the defect of more high-altitude operations. The embodiment of the invention provides a construction method for installing a main keel of a hanging three-limb combined curtain wall, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: assembling the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100, wherein the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 comprises a main keel body 110 and a plurality of connection cross beam bodies 120 arranged on the main keel body 110, and two ends of the main keel body 110 are divided into a first end and a second end;
referring to fig. 3 and 5, since the length of the main keel body 110 is 43 meters, and the length of the two sides connecting the cross beam body 120 is 2.2 meters, and the width is 0.3 meter, the length of the assembled three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 can reach 43 meters at the longest, and the height of 16 layers of common residential buildings is estimated, and the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel has the characteristics of large volume and heavy weight. Therefore, in the related technology, the main keels are segmented, the main keels of each segment are assembled in situ, then the main keels are lifted and installed by the electric hoist, and the adjacent two segments are butted at high altitude. However, the electric hoist is difficult to fix and dangerous to install, and needs to lift multiple sections, for example, a 43-meter-long three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is divided into five sections to be lifted, the electric hoist is required to lift the first three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 with a pin at the top, and then lift the corresponding second three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, and during hoisting, the upper end of the second three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is required to correspond to the lower end of the first three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, two adjacent sections are carried out at high altitude, and the segmented three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 still has a length of 9 meters and a heavy weight and is butted at high altitude, so that the difficulty of accurately butting and moving to control the electric hoist is high, the installation accuracy is not favorable, and a constructor is required to weld the two adjacent sections at high altitude, and after welding, the steps are repeated, so that much time is spent, the existing high altitude operation is large, the efficiency is low, and the safety is reduced. According to the embodiment of the invention, the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 is integrally assembled on the ground, so that the safety is improved during assembly, and the assembly is not required to be segmented or assembled in a segmented manner. However, the main keel members 110 are easy to deform in the manner of single-limb hoisting and high-altitude assembling, precision control is not utilized, and the connection cross beam bodies 120 among the three main keel members 110 need to be inserted into the inner sides of the main keel members 110, so that the assembly is carried out at high altitude, the installation is difficult, the efficiency is low, and the economy is poor. Therefore, the mode of field assembly is adopted, the transportation is convenient, the butt joint and the assembly in the high altitude are not needed, and the high altitude operation is reduced.
Step two: arranging a fixed carrying pole 200 at a first end of the main keel body 110, and hanging the fixed carrying pole 200 with the connection cross beam body 120;
the fixing carrying pole 200 plays a role in supporting the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 during hanging. Compared with the method that the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 is directly hung by a rope or a lifting lug is welded at the hanging position for firmness, the fixing carrying pole 200 has the advantages of quick fixing and good fixing effect, and the fixing carrying pole 200 can be repeatedly used.
Step three: a third lifting lug is welded at the second end of the main keel body 110;
the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is long in length, large in size and heavy in weight, and is unstable in fixation in the moving process. In the hoisting process, if the fixing is unstable, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 may suddenly fall off in the hoisting process, the impact force is large, the construction building and the construction equipment on site are damaged, and the personnel safety is caused by constructors. Therefore, the fixation is unstable, so that serious property loss can be caused, the personal safety of constructors is damaged, the engineering is delayed, and the whole construction progress is greatly influenced. The mode that adopts the welding third lug is used for the fixed of hoist and mount in-process strong, the security of stability more firm, security height of fixing.
Step four: enabling first hoisting equipment to be in place, hoisting the hoisting carrying pole 300 by the first hoisting equipment, and connecting the hoisting carrying pole 300 and the fixed carrying pole 200 by a plurality of steel wire ropes;
step five: positioning the second lifting device in position and connecting the second lifting eye to the second end of the main keel body 110;
because the length of three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is long, the volume is large, the movement is very inconvenient, and the third lifting lug is welded at the bottom, two supporting points are arranged at the top and the bottom of the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is moved, the fixed carrying pole 200 with the top supporting part as the upper part supports the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, firstly, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is lifted by the fixed carrying pole 200, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is obliquely arranged, then, the second hoisting equipment lifts the bottom of the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, and the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is suspended.
Step six: the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is lifted through the cooperation of the first hoisting equipment and the second hoisting equipment until the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 reaches a suspended upright state;
step seven: the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 penetrates through the end of the cantilever truss 400 and is then hoisted to the installation part;
because the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is hung below the main truss, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is conveniently hung below the main truss by combining the fixed carrying pole 200 and the hoisting carrying pole 300.
Step eight: and (4) welding and fixing the top node of the main keel body 110 and the cantilever truss 400. And finally, welding the top node of the main keel body 110 with the cantilever truss 400 to complete the installation of the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100.
For traditional mounting means, need not to assemble in the air, in advance at ground equipment, the component precision is changeed and is guaranteed, reduces the high altitude construction operation, and the installation is stable, and the security is high, need not in addition repeated installation hoist and mount shoulder pole 300 for installation effectiveness, the construction progress is accelerated, and factor of safety is higher. The one end of three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is directly lifted, and when a third lifting lug is not hoisted by second hoisting equipment, the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 can swing or roll in the process of being in an upright state, so that the movement of the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 is not easily controlled, and danger easily occurs.
Further, the fourth step further includes: first lifting lugs are respectively welded at two ends of the fixed carrying pole 200, and two second lifting lugs are respectively welded at two ends of the hoisting carrying pole 300, so that the steel wire ropes between the fixed carrying pole 200 and the hoisting carrying pole 300 are connected through the first lifting lugs and the second lifting lugs.
The first lifting lug and the second lifting lug are fixed in a welding mode, so that the connection strength is high, the first lifting lug and the second lifting lug are arranged, the connection of the steel wire rope with the fixed carrying pole 200 and the fixed carrying pole 200 is firm enough, and the connection speed is accelerated.
Further, in the fourth step: the plurality of steel wire ropes are divided into hanging steel wire ropes and two connecting steel wire ropes, two ends of each hanging steel wire rope are respectively connected with the two second lifting lugs on the upper side of the hoisting carrying pole 300, one ends of the two connecting steel wire ropes are respectively connected with the two second lifting lugs on the lower side of the hoisting carrying pole 300, the hanging steel wire ropes are hung on a lifting hook of the first hoisting equipment, and the other ends of the two connecting steel wire ropes are respectively connected with the first lifting lugs of the fixed carrying pole 200.
Because fixed shoulder pole 200 will pass three limbs combination formula curtain main joist 100, hang hoist and mount shoulder pole 300 on first lifting device's lifting hook through hanging wire rope earlier, be connected with fixed shoulder pole 200 again, it is comparatively convenient to connect.
The first hoisting equipment and the second hoisting equipment are hoisted, the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 is suspended, and then the first hoisting equipment gradually lifts the first end of the main keel body 110, so that the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 is in a suspended upright state. When lifted, the second end of the main keel 110 moves relative to the ground, which hinders the lifting. The second end of the main keel body 110 is in a suspended state, so that the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100 can be conveniently lifted, suspended and erected.
Further, the sixth step further includes: after the first lifting device gradually lifts the first end of the main keel body 110, the second lifting device moves correspondingly according to the movement of the first end of the main keel body 110. In the actual lifting process, when the second lifting device is lifted upwards according to the first end of the main keel body 110, the second end of the main keel body 110 is gradually close to the first end of the main keel body 110, and the second lifting device is correspondingly moved and matched, so that the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100 can be hung and erected conveniently.
The construction method for installing the main keel of the hanging three-limb combined curtain wall further comprises the following steps:
step ten: the hanging ring on the fixed carrying pole 200 is removed, and the hoisting carrying pole 300 is hoisted to the ground;
the method comprises the following steps: the stationary carrying pole 200 on the member is removed.
After the installation, the hoisting carrying pole 300 is hoisted to the ground by utilizing the characteristic that the hoisting carrying pole 300 is connected with the hoisting carrying pole 300 in the arrangement way, and is connected with the next fixed carrying pole 200 which is arranged at the upper part of the main keel body 110 and is below the connection cross beam body 120, so as to prepare for the next hoisting; the fixed carrying pole 200 is disassembled for next installation, and the hoisting carrying pole 300 are repeatedly utilized. When the fixed carrying pole 200 on the component is removed, a steel ladder stand or a high-altitude vehicle is adopted to reach the top end of the main keel body 110, the fixed carrying pole 200 is removed, and the next hoisting is carried out.
Further, the construction method for installing the main keel of the hanging three-limb combined curtain wall further comprises the following nine steps: arranging and assembling jig frames.
Specifically, the assembling jig frame is arranged according to a drawing, and the assembling jig frame is favorable for assembling the three-limb combined type curtain wall main keel 100.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first and second lifting devices are one of a tower crane, a truck crane, or a crawler crane. The tower crane, the truck crane and the crawler crane are independently constructed on the construction site for hoisting, the construction on the installed building is not needed, the installation difficulty is reduced, particularly, the truck crane is movable in the installation process, the hoisting is more convenient, the tower crane, the truck crane and the crawler crane can carry out the hoisting of the three-limb combined curtain wall main keel 100, the electric hoist is not needed to be installed, and the hoisting mode is simple.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the connection cross beam body 120 is the first connection cross beam body 120 at the top end of the main keel body 110, and since the fixed carrying pole 200 and the hoisting carrying pole 300 are arranged to be lifted in a matching manner, when the connection cross beam body 120 is lifted, the hoisting carrying pole 300 is located above the fixed carrying pole 200, and the hoisting carrying pole 300 is located above the top end of the main keel body 110, the closer the connection cross beam body 120 is to the top end of the main keel body 110, the shorter the connection steel wire rope is between the fixed carrying pole 200 and the hoisting carrying pole 300.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
