Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. It should be noted that the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The textile washing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
adding the textile into water, adding enzyme and anti-sticking agent, and carrying out enzyme washing treatment.
The inventor of the present invention has conducted a great deal of experimental research on the washing process of textiles to achieve the purpose of reducing staining, and found that in the conventional washing process, in order to obtain excellent smoothness of the finally processed textiles, it is necessary to perform an enzymatic washing process simultaneously, i.e. cellulase is added to finish the textiles, while some dyes are affected by temperature, pH and mechanical stirring in a dye vat, and are hydrolyzed to form dye molecules dispersed in water, and the hydrolyzed dyes are attached to the textiles, thereby generating uniform or non-uniform color points on the textiles.
The washing method of the textile adds the textile into water, adds enzyme to carry out enzyme washing, so that the textile has excellent smoothness and the quality of the textile is improved. In addition, the washing method of the textile fabric innovatively adds the anti-sticking agent into the system in the enzyme washing process, micelle formed by the anti-sticking agent can adsorb hydrolyzed dye, and thus the attachment of the hydrolyzed dye on the dyed textile fabric is reduced. In addition, the anti-sticking agent can adsorb hydrolyzed dye adsorbed on the textile and discharge the hydrolyzed dye together during water drainage. The textile obtained by the washing method of the textile has excellent smoothness, the possibility of staining the textile after washing can be reduced, the washing method of the textile is simple in process, and the additional treatment process is avoided.
In one example, the enzyme is added at a concentration of 1g/L to 3 g/L. Further, in one example, the enzyme is added at a concentration of 1.5g/L to 2.5 g/L. In some specific examples, the enzyme is added at a concentration of 1.2g/L, 1.5g/L, 1.7g/L, 2g/L, 2.5g/L, and the like.
The washing method of the above example enables the textile to be effectively enzyme-washed by optimizing the adding concentration of the enzyme in the enzyme washing treatment, and the textile after the enzyme washing treatment has excellent smoothness.
In one example, the addition concentration of the anti-sticking agent is 1 g/L-2 g/L. Further, in one example, the concentration of the anti-sticking agent is 1.2 g/L-1.8 g/L. In some specific examples, the anti-sticking agent is added at a concentration of 1.2g/L, 1.4g/L, 1.5g/L, 1.7g/L, 1.8g/L, and the like.
In the washing method of the example, the addition concentration of the anti-sticking agent in the enzyme washing treatment is optimized, the anti-sticking agent can sufficiently adsorb hydrolyzed dye, and the textile after the enzyme washing treatment cannot be stained.
In one example, the enzyme washing treatment is carried out by using a bath ratio of 1: 5-10, namely, the weight ratio of the textile to the bath liquid is 1: 5-10. Further, in one example, the bath ratio used in the enzyme washing treatment is 1: (5-7). In some specific examples, in the enzymatic washing treatment, the bath ratio is 1: 5, 1: 6, 1: 7, 1: 8, 1: 9, etc.
The washing method of the above example enables the textile to be enzyme-washed more effectively by optimizing the bath ratio of the enzyme washing treatment, and at the same time, the hydrolyzed dye is more easily dispersed into the aqueous solution, the anti-sticking agent can sufficiently adsorb the hydrolyzed dye, and the textile after the enzyme washing treatment has excellent smoothness and does not cause staining problem.
In one example, the time of the enzyme washing treatment is 30min to 120 min. Further, in one example, the time of the enzyme washing treatment is 50min to 100 min. In some specific examples, the time of the enzymatic washing treatment is 40min, 60min, 80min, 100min, 120min, and the like.
The washing method of the example makes the textile more effectively enzyme-washed by optimizing the time of the enzyme-washing treatment, meanwhile, the anti-sticking agent can sufficiently adsorb the hydrolyzed dye, and the textile after the enzyme-washing treatment has excellent smoothness and does not cause staining problem.
In one example, in the enzyme washing treatment, the water temperature is 40 ℃ to 60 ℃, water with a corresponding temperature can be directly added into the main cylinder, or the temperature can be increased to the corresponding temperature after the water is added into the main cylinder, for example, the temperature is increased at a rate of 3 ℃/min to 6 ℃/min.

In one example, the wetting process is carried out in the main cylinder of the dye vat. More specifically, the textile may be placed in a master cylinder of a dye vat, and water is fed into the master cylinder to submerge the textile. The penetrant is added into the main cylinder from the auxiliary cylinder of the dye vat, and then the main cylinder is operated to wet the textile.
In one example, the penetrant is added at a concentration of 0.1g/L to 0.5 g/L. Further, in one example, the addition concentration of the penetrant is 0.2g/L to 0.4 g/L. In some specific examples, the penetrant is added at a concentration of 1g/L, 2g/L, etc.
The washing method of the above example can better wet the textile by optimizing the addition concentration of the penetrant, and the hydrolyzed dye is easier to disperse into the aqueous solution in the subsequent enzyme washing treatment process.
In one example, in the wetting treatment, the water temperature is 35 ℃ to 50 ℃, the water with the corresponding temperature can be directly added into the main cylinder, or the temperature can be increased to the corresponding temperature after the water is added into the main cylinder, for example, the temperature is increased at the rate of 3 ℃/min to 6 ℃/min.
Further, in one example, the water temperature is 40 ℃ to 48 ℃ in the wetting treatment. In some specific examples, the water temperature in the wetting treatment is 38 ℃, 42 ℃, 45 ℃, 47 ℃, 49 ℃ or the like.
The washing method of the above example can better promote the wetting of the textile by the treatment liquid by optimizing the water temperature of the wetting treatment, and the hydrolyzed dye is easier to disperse into the aqueous solution in the subsequent enzyme washing treatment process.

The above-exemplified washing method can secure the wetting effect of the treatment liquid on the textile by optimizing the time of the wetting treatment.
In one example, the wetting treatment is carried out by using a bath ratio of 1: 5-10, namely, the weight ratio of the textile to the bath liquid is 1: 5-10. Further, in one example, the bath ratio used in the wetting treatment is 1: (5-7). In some specific examples, in the wetting treatment, the bath ratio is 1: 5, 1: 6, 1: 7, 1: 8, 1: 9, etc.
The above-exemplified washing method can secure the wetting effect of the treatment liquid on the textile by optimizing the bath ratio of the wetting treatment.
In one example, the textile is a pure cotton textile or a blended textile containing cotton.
