When the air compressor 12 of the embodiment provides compressed air to blow residual pearlite 2 on each layer, the venturi tube 6, the engine 11 and the vacuum pump 10 do not stop working, when other access holes are closed, air flow from top to bottom is formed inside the cold box 1, and dust of the pearlite 2 cannot leak and affect the surrounding environment.
