The membrane rolling preparation platform is used for hot pressing and gluing of the membrane, the net turning platform and the net turning mechanism are used for net turning of the RO membrane, the winding mechanism is used for winding of the RO membrane, and the adhesive tape winding mechanism winds the RO membrane with adhesive tape; the net pushing supporting table is lifted to a net pushing position, the net pressing cylinder presses the net, the net pushing cylinder pushes the net to arch, the net turning mechanism is moved to a net taking position by matching the net turning forward-backward moving device and the net turning up-down moving device, a thimble is inserted into the net arch by the thimble device, the net pushing roller device is clamped by matching the thimble device, the net turning forward-backward moving device and the net turning up-down moving device are matched to turn the net to flatly cover the net on the diaphragm, the net turning forward-backward moving device and the net turning up-down moving device return to the original position after finishing the net turning action, the net pushing cylinder returns to push a page of net to arch again, the net pushing roller device and the thimble device return to wait for a next net turning action signal, the process is fully automatic, and the net turning efficiency is greatly improved.

1. An automatic RO membrane rolling machine is characterized by comprising a membrane rolling preparation platform, a net turning mechanism, a rolling mechanism and a rubber belt winding mechanism, wherein the membrane rolling preparation platform is used for carrying out gluing operation after hot pressing and flattening folded membranes, the net turning mechanism comprises a net pressing cylinder (11), a net pushing cylinder (12), a net pressing support platform (13), a net pushing roller device (15), an ejector pin device (17), a net turning front-back moving device (18) and a net turning up-down moving device (19), the net pressing cylinder (11) is used for pressing a light net, the net pushing cylinder (12) pushes the pressed light net to form an arch, the net pushing roller device (15) and the ejector pin device (17) are matched to clamp the light net, the net turning up-down moving device (19) is slidably mounted in the net turning front-back moving device (18), the net pushing roller device (15) and the ejector pin device (17) are mounted on the net turning up-down moving device (19), the net turning mechanism and the winding mechanism are installed on the net turning platform, the winding mechanism is used for winding membrane elements, and the adhesive tape winding mechanism is used for winding and fixing the membrane elements of the winding mechanism.

An RO membrane automatic film rolling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the web turning mechanism further comprises a lifting cylinder (14) and a flattening platen (16), the lifting cylinder (14) is used for driving the web pressing support table (13), and the flattening platen (16) is used for flattening the web.

The automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 2, wherein the membrane rolling preparation platform comprises a hot pressing cylinder (1), an upper hot pressing plate (2), a lower hot pressing plate (3) and an electric heating pipe (6), the upper hot pressing plate (2) is connected with the hot pressing cylinder (1), and the electric heating pipe (6) is respectively arranged in the upper hot pressing plate (2) and the lower hot pressing plate (3).

The automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 3, wherein said rolling preparation platform further comprises a membrane positioning plate (4) and a membrane positioning cylinder (5), said membrane positioning plate (4) is used for positioning the membrane left and right, and said membrane positioning cylinder (5) is used for positioning the membrane up and down.

The automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 4, wherein the rolling preparation platform further comprises a first membrane transferring clamping jaw (7), a three-axis gluing system (8), a gluing platform (9) and a blank pressing device (10), the first membrane transferring clamping jaw (7) is used for transferring the membrane onto the gluing platform (9), the three-axis gluing system (8) is arranged on the gluing platform (9), and the blank pressing device (10) is arranged on two side edges of the gluing platform (9).

The automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 1, wherein the rolling mechanism comprises a spindle nose (24), a rolling top roller (26), a rolling auxiliary top roller (27) and a spindle thimble (28), the spindle thimble (28) is opposite to the spindle nose (24), and the rolling top roller (26) and the rolling auxiliary top roller (27) are used for rolling and leveling membrane elements.
7. An automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 6, characterized by that, the rolling mechanism further includes a membrane rolling shake-and-level device (25) for preventing membrane rolling from wrinkling.

The automatic RO film rolling machine according to claim 1, wherein the tape winding mechanism comprises a tape moving device (29), a tape constant tension unwinding device (30), a tape attaching cylinder (31), and an automatic tape breaking cutter (32), the tape constant tension unwinding device (30) is disposed on the tape attaching cylinder (31), the tape attaching cylinder (31) is installed below the tape moving device (29), and the automatic tape breaking cutter (32) is installed at the bottom of the tape constant tension unwinding device (30).

An automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to any of claims 1-8, characterized in that the net turning platform is provided with a second membrane sheet transfer clamping jaw (20) and an elongated net clamp (21), and both the second membrane sheet transfer clamping jaw (20) and the elongated net clamp (21) are slidably mounted on the net turning platform.
10. An automatic RO membrane rolling machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the web turning platform is further provided with an angle-adjustable platen (22) and a lamination clamp (23) arranged on both sides of the angle-adjustable platen (22).
