The adjusting lug plate, the clamping hoop frame and the clamping hoop fixing bolt are all made of stainless steel materials.
The upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop are fixed on a first section of pipe through fixing bolts, when the upper clamping hoop and the second section of pipe are centered, the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop are adjusted through adjusting the narrow strip section nuts of the lug plates to adjust the narrow strip section nuts, the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop are provided with four adjusting lug plates, the four adjusting lug plates are located at four quartering points of a 360-degree circular arc, the two sections of pipes are in butt joint, dislocation occurs in any direction, and the adjustment can be performed through adjusting the corresponding adjusting lug plate narrow strip section nuts to match the bolts.
After the centering is finished, the straight ruler is used for extending the direction of the central line of the pipe and leaning against the outer wall of the pipe, and whether the pipe is centered to meet the standard requirement is checked. After the pipes are tested to be qualified in centering, the four adjusting lug plates fix the two sections of pipes in four directions, so that welding seam electric welding operation can be directly carried out, after the electric welding is finished, the four adjusting lug plate narrow strip section nuts are loosened, the fixing bolts are loosened, and the operation is finished.
