Background
In the production process of cigarettes, the moisture density and weight distribution of tobacco bundles of the cigarettes change after the tobacco shreds pass through a tobacco shred sucking and forming system of a cigarette making machine. In order to improve the quality of the cigarette products and the customer satisfaction, cigarette manufacturers generally organize a plurality of smokers to evaluate and score the finished cigarettes. Before the tissue analysis, the cigarettes are subjected to uniformity treatment so as to ensure the objective consistency of the moisture density and weight of the cigarettes obtained by the smoker, thereby reducing the influence on the analysis effectiveness. At present, domestic cigarette manufacturers generally singly examine the moisture density and weight of tobacco shreds, and a comprehensive screening platform aiming at the three indexes is not available.

The cigarettes sorted out are messy, need to be manually tidied, have low efficiency, and can be damaged in the falling or manual tidying process, so that the cigarettes with high moisture density and weight similarity determined in the previous detection process are caused, and after the cigarettes truly fall into the receiving box, the indexes of the cigarettes are inconsistent, and the next test use is influenced.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In the comprehensive screening instrument for the moisture density and weight distribution characteristics of cigarettes, a sample with the closest three-factor distribution characteristic is required to be quickly and automatically found out from a plurality of cigarette samples, and the sample with the highest similarity is placed in a designated container. The sorting device of the invention has 6 screening containers for holding samples with different characteristics, and according to the overall layout, the design of a single column and a part of the sorting mechanism is adopted in consideration of the convenience and high maintainability of user operation. Meanwhile, the whole sorting mechanism is arranged in a forward drawer, so that the exposing mechanism and the sorting container can be conveniently pulled out, and the operation and maintenance and the container taking out are convenient.
The invention aims to provide a drawer type multi-grade cigarette sorting device, which aims to solve the technical problem of rapidly and automatically placing cigarette samples with highest similarity into a designated container.
In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the present invention provides a drawer type multi-stage cigarette sorting device, which has the following specific technical scheme:

Wherein, the drawer panel 4, the receiving groove 2 and the receiving box guide rail 5 are integrally shaped like a drawer, and the drawer panel 4 can be pushed in or pulled out along the receiving box guide rail 5 by pushing and pulling.
The number of the magazines 21 may be determined according to the sorting targets.
The positioning of the receiving hand is completed through an external sensor.
