the transmission wheel comprises a pulley or a grooved wheel and is fixed on the swing arm component.

the power driving module is arranged on the power assembly and used for controlling the power output of the power assembly;
the PLC control unit is used for making a judgment according to the wear degree of the side brush monitored by the wear monitoring module, sending an electric signal to the power driving module and monitoring the power output rate of the power assembly through the rate monitoring module;
the PLC control unit, the wear monitoring module and the speed monitoring module are electrically connected with the power driving module in sequence.
