Abstract
The invention provides a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette, and belongs to the technical field of filter tips. The filter tip structure comprises a central hole for containing a filter tow body and a plurality of paper winding layers which are sequentially overlapped along the direction pointing to the central hole, wherein different perfume components are respectively attached to the paper winding layers. The invention is provided with the roll paper layers made of different volatilization difficulty materials, the perfume components are respectively adsorbed on the roll paper layers made of a plurality of groups of different volatilization difficulty materials, and the perfume components on the roll paper layers can release perfume according to different sequences in the process of temperature rise, namely, the different perfume components can release perfume gradually, so that the layering sense of the fragrance of the cigarettes is increased.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of filter tips, in particular to a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette.
Background
With the increasing consumer demand, some consumers wish to draw cigarettes with different flavors or stronger flavors, and most of the current production methods are to add flavor additives directly into tobacco shreds and cigarette filter sticks. However, the flavor additive added into the tobacco shreds can participate in combustion along with the smoking of the cigarettes, so that the flavor additive can lose the due flavor enhancing effect, and can possibly generate new harmful substances due to cracking; meanwhile, the existing production process is difficult to realize the addition of the spice additive into the cigarette filter stick, and the cigarettes produced by adopting the spice adding mode are difficult to store.
The Chinese patent No. 102972866A provides a filter tip, which comprises a tobacco pipe and a filter tip, wherein a spice adding cylinder with spice is arranged between the tobacco pipe and the filter tip, and two ends of the spice adding cylinder are respectively connected with the tobacco pipe and the filter tip; the both ends of spices adding cylinder are equipped with the spices hole that is used for the spices circulation respectively, insert chimney and filter tip's link and be equipped with respectively with spices hole matched with spices entry and spices export. The above patent provides a filter with a built-in flavor, but the flavor provided by the filter cannot be released orderly, and the layering of the flavor of the cigarette cannot be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette, and the paper layers with different heat conducting properties are arranged to enable perfume components to release perfume according to different sequences, namely perfume components with faster volatilization and perfume components with slower volatilization can release perfume successively, so that layering sense of the fragrance of the cigarette is increased.
The prior art has focused on the need for different types of flavour release for heated cigarettes. Means for achieving different flavors or aromas have focused on improvements in tobacco shreds or cigarette filters. The method is widely applied, the spice additive is directly added into tobacco shreds or cigarette filter sticks, the spice additive is volatilized by heating, and the smoke flavor obtained by sucking is thick. Alternatively, a small bead of liquid, commonly referred to as a "pop-up" bead, is disposed within the filter, such as a heated non-combustible cigarette containing the pop-up bead provided in patent application number CN 207803436U.
In spite of the fact that the heating type cigarette flavor with different tastes can be obtained through the means, all the flavors are mixed uniformly and then are mixed into the cigarettes, the mode inevitably enables the volatilization release degrees of all the flavors at the same time to be different, and therefore distortion of taste experience of consumers is caused. That is, those skilled in the art are concerned with the perfuming action of the perfume additive in excess, while naturally ignoring the layering of the perfume.
Based on the above, the inventor abandons the conventional thinking of the prior art, abandons the means of uniformly adding the perfume additive into the cut tobacco or the filter tip, and instead, attaches different perfume components onto the heat conducting layers with different heat conducting properties respectively, wherein the volatilization speed of the perfume components in the prior art is basically consistent with that of the perfume components, the perfume components on the paper layers with different heat conducting properties can release the perfume according to different sequences, namely, the different perfume components can release the perfume successively, and the layering sense of the fragrance of the cigarette is increased.
The invention provides a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette, which comprises a central hole for accommodating a filter tow body and a plurality of groups of paper winding layers made of different volatile materials, wherein the paper winding layers are sequentially overlapped along the direction pointing to the central hole, and different perfume components are respectively attached to the paper winding layers.
Further, the roll paper layer at least comprises a first paper layer and a second paper layer which are sequentially overlapped along the direction pointing to the central hole.
Further, the heat conducting performance of the first paper layer and the second paper layer is sequentially increased.
Further, the air permeability of the first paper layer and the second paper layer is increased in sequence.

The filter tip tube structure of the heating type cigarette comprises a central hole 1 for containing a filter tow body and a plurality of roll paper layers 2 which are sequentially overlapped along the direction pointing to the central hole, wherein different perfume components are respectively attached to the plurality of roll paper layers 2.
The perfume components have boiling points in the range 37 ℃ to 200 ℃ and different perfume components have different molecular weights, functional groups and chemical polarities, but the volatilization rates of the perfume components are substantially uniform. The rolled paper layer 2 comprises at least a first paper layer 21 and a second paper layer 22 stacked in sequence in a direction pointing to the central hole 1. For different arrangement modes of the heat conducting properties of the first paper layer 21, the second paper layer 22, the third paper layer 23 and the fourth paper layer 24, a simpler implementation mode is to coat heat conducting particles, such as aluminum powder, silicon dioxide and the like, on tipping paper or tipping paper, or to mix the heat conducting particles into paper pulp, wherein the mixing amounts of the heat conducting particles are different. The lengths of the first paper layer 21, the second paper layer 22, the third paper layer 23 and the fourth paper layer 24 are arranged in a step shape. The fourth paper layer 24 is next to the central hole through which the mainstream smoke passes, the fourth paper layer 24 being the longest, the fragrance raw material component attached to the fourth paper layer 24 is most easily carried into the mouth of a person. The length of the first paper layer 21 is the shortest, and the fragrance raw material component on the first paper layer 21 is least likely to be brought into the mouth of a person.
The thickness of the first paper layer 21 is smaller than the thickness of the second paper layer 22. The thickness of the second paper layer 22 is smaller than the thickness of the third paper layer 23. The thickness of the third paper layer 23 is smaller than the thickness of the fourth paper layer 24.
One end of the first paper layer 21, the second paper layer 22, the third paper layer 23 and the fourth paper layer 24 is connected with the main body of the heating cigarette.
