Background
With the increase of the requirements of consumers, some consumers want to draw cigarettes with different tastes or stronger fragrance, and most of the current production methods are to add the flavoring additives directly into the cut tobacco and the cigarette filter stick. However, the flavor additive added in the cut tobacco participates in combustion along with the smoking of the cigarette, so that the flavor additive can lose the due flavor enhancement effect and can generate new harmful substances due to cracking; meanwhile, the existing production process is difficult to realize the addition of the spice additive into the cigarette filter stick, and the cigarette produced by adopting the spice addition mode is difficult to store.
The Chinese patent CN102972866A provides a filter tip, which comprises a cigarette inserting tube and a filter tip, wherein a spice adding tube with spice inside is arranged between the cigarette inserting tube and the filter tip, and two ends of the spice adding tube are respectively connected with the cigarette inserting tube and the filter tip; the two ends of the spice adding cylinder are respectively provided with spice holes for spice circulation, and the connecting ends of the cigarette inserting cylinder and the filter tip are respectively provided with a spice inlet and a spice outlet which are matched with the spice holes. Although the above patent provides a filter containing a flavor, the flavor provided by the filter cannot be released in order, and the layering of the cigarette flavor cannot be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette, which enables spice components to release fragrance according to different sequences by arranging paper layers with different heat-conducting properties, namely the spice components which volatilize faster and the spice components which volatilize slower can release fragrance gradually, so that the layering sense of the cigarette fragrance is increased.
The prior art has long focused on the need for different types of flavor release in heated cigarettes. The means for obtaining different tastes or fragrances focus on the improvement of tobacco shreds or cigarette filter sticks. The method is widely applied to the tobacco shred or cigarette filter stick, the spice additive is heated and volatilized, and the smoke obtained by smoking has stronger fragrance. Based on the above, the inventor abandons the conventional thinking of the prior art, abandons the means of uniformly adding the perfume additives into the tobacco shreds or the filter tips, and instead, attaches different perfume components to heat conduction layers with different heat conduction performances respectively, the volatilization speeds of the perfume components in the prior art are basically consistent, and the perfume components on the paper layers with different heat conduction performances release the perfume according to different sequences, namely the different perfume components can gradually release the perfume, so that the layering sense of the cigarette fragrance is increased.
The invention provides a filter tip tube structure of a heating type cigarette, which comprises a central hole for accommodating a filter tow body and a plurality of groups of paper winding layers made of materials with different volatilization difficulties, wherein the paper winding layers are sequentially overlapped along the direction pointing to the central hole, and different spice components are respectively attached to the groups of paper winding layers.
