The existing production process of wheat gluten is roughly as follows: adding water into flour to prepare flour slurry, shearing the flour slurry by a homogenizer, and separating the flour slurry in a three-phase horizontal screw separator to obtain three materials: firstly, starch milk A; secondly, wet gluten; and thirdly, pentosan. The water filtering conveyor belt 1 is a metal mesh belt; the wet gluten balls fall on the initial end of the conveying direction of the water filtering conveying belt 1 and are conveyed to the other end at a constant speed; the nozzle of the water spray pipe 12 sprays rapid water flow to the wet gluten balls to wash off the starch adhered to the wet gluten balls; meanwhile, the wet gluten is extruded and dehydrated between the two extrusion conveying belts 13, and further the starch mixed in the wet gluten is separated; eventually falls into the filter cartridge 2;
since the wet gluten dough has a certain viscosity, it may stick to the extrusion conveyor 13 under extrusion. Preferably, the extrusion conveyor belt 13 extends directly above the filter cartridge 2, the wet gluten lumps adhering to the extrusion conveyor belt 13 falling under the effect of gravity into the filter cartridge 2. Referring to fig. 5, further, the driving end of the extrusion conveyor belt 13 is provided with a scraper 16 for scraping the wet gluten stuck on the extrusion conveyor belt 13.
Preferably, one end of the water filtering conveying belt 1 is provided with a guide plate 11, so that wet gluten balls can fall conveniently.
With reference to fig. 2, a rotary sieve plate 21 is arranged in the filter cartridge 2; one end of the rotary sieve plate 21 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the filter cylinder 2; a top plate cylinder 22 is arranged at the bottom of the rotary sieve plate 21; the fixed part and the telescopic part of the top plate cylinder 22 are respectively and rotatably connected to the inner wall of the filter cylinder 2 and the rotary sieve plate 21; the air pressure with a preset numerical value is introduced into the top plate air cylinder 22, when the weight of the wet gluten lumps reserved on the rotary sieve plate 21 exceeds the supporting force of the top plate air cylinder 22, the rotary sieve plate 21 rotates, and the wet gluten lumps fall into the vibration cylinder 3; then the top plate cylinder 22 pushes the rotary sieve plate 21 to reset;
during the process of stacking and accumulating the wet gluten balls on the rotating sieve plate 21, water is separated from the gluten balls and is drained from the sieve holes of the rotating sieve plate 21. The air pressure of the top plate air cylinder 22 is set, so that the threshold value of the rotation of the rotary sieve plate 21 can be determined, namely, the retention time of the wet gluten lumps on the rotary sieve plate 21 is set.
The vibrating cylinder 3 is provided with a vibrating screen plate 32 which is obliquely arranged; a material receiving conveyor belt 31 is arranged at the lower end of the vibrating screen plate 32; under the vibration effect of the vibration sieve plate 32, moisture in the wet gluten balls is further removed, and finally the wet gluten balls roll onto the material receiving conveyor belt 31 and are conveyed to the next procedure.
Preferably, a collecting box 15 is arranged below the collecting cover 14 and the vibrating cylinder 3; and sending the separated water to a starch workshop or an alcohol workshop for further utilization.
