Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data processing systems or methods specially suitable for administrative, commercial, financial, management, supervision or prediction purposes, in particular to a cell video monitoring intelligent arrangement auxiliary system.
Background
The monitoring room is an independent and complete system formed by transmitting video signals in a closed loop by using optical fibers, coaxial cables or microwaves and the like, displaying and recording images, and can reflect a monitored object in real time, vividly and truly, so that the observation distance of human eyes is effectively prolonged, the functions of the human eyes are expanded, long-time monitoring can be performed in a severe environment instead of manual work, and people can see all actual conditions of a monitored site and record the conditions through a video recorder.
In a cell or a community, due to the large monitoring range, high difficulty and long time consumption of on-site visit and inspection, remote monitoring by monitoring equipment is inevitable.
However, the monitoring room of the current cell is limited by the size of the space, the number of video panels often cannot be completely matched with all monitoring video points, and the number of monitoring cameras in the range of one cell often has a large scale, so that the purpose of effective monitoring cannot be achieved by increasing the number of display screens at a time, and omission is easily caused. Currently, most of cell monitoring personnel generally use a traditional mode to achieve the purpose of monitoring by switching video pictures back and forth, but this often causes some video pictures to be missed for monitoring or special situations cannot be found in time due to various factors, and thus the best intervention opportunity is delayed.
Therefore, how to effectively improve the monitoring efficiency of the video monitor and save the investment cost of the monitoring room hardware is a topic worthy of exploration.

and the information corresponding to the monitoring person is associated with the information corresponding to the monitoring equipment.
In the invention, the information corresponding to the monitoring person is often applied to an AI monitoring mode, and in the mode, the information needing to be associated comprises the monitoring person, the calling history of the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person at different monitoring moments and the authority information corresponding to the monitoring person, namely, the monitoring person is taken as a main dimension, and after the authority information is screened, the calling records of the monitoring equipment in the authority range are listed to different monitoring moments or monitoring moment intervals.
In the invention, the information corresponding to the monitoring equipment is often applied in a manual monitoring mode, wherein the identification code of the monitoring equipment generally refers to the number or the internal number of the monitoring equipment and can be directly called by a monitoring person with authority, and the identification information of the monitoring equipment generally refers to the characteristic keyword of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment, namely the monitoring equipment to be called can be matched through the keyword query of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment.
In the information corresponding to the monitoring person, the authority of the monitoring person can be directly obtained at the identification unit, and can also be distinguished according to different authority applications, for example, whether the monitoring person can open a door or not is only identified at the identification unit, and the authority information corresponding to the monitoring person is more carefully and higher-level distinguished in the database unit. This is a matter that those skilled in the art can easily understand, and it will be differentiated based on the technical solution or the difference of the product, and those skilled in the art can set itself based on the needs.

Preferably, if the characteristic keywords input by the monitoring person into the initial picture of the monitoring equipment cannot be matched with the information in the database unit, fuzzy matching is carried out;
the fuzzy matching comprises the following steps:
step A.1: acquiring a historical monitoring record of a current monitoring person;
step A.2: acquiring feature keywords of an initial picture corresponding to monitoring equipment in a historical monitoring record;
step A.3: splitting words of the input characteristic keywords of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment to obtain a plurality of word segments;
step A.4: matching the participles with the characteristic keywords in the step A.2, and sequencing according to the matching degree from high to low;
step A.5: acquiring one or more monitoring devices corresponding to the characteristic keywords in the step A.2 based on a preset standard to call;
step A.6: and the monitoring person judges the calling result, if the calling result meets the requirement, the information from the feature keywords of the initial image of the monitoring equipment input by the monitoring person to the called monitoring equipment is recorded, and if the information meets the requirement, the words are removed again or the monitoring person is required to input the feature keywords of the initial image of the monitoring equipment again.
In the invention, in a manual monitoring mode, a controller confirms and calls monitoring equipment based on an input identification code and/or identification information of the monitoring equipment, namely a characteristic keyword of an initial picture of the monitoring equipment; for example, on the premise of satisfying the authority, monitoring equipment in a certain area needs to be called to monitor and definitely know the identification code, and then the equipment number is directly input and sequenced, or on the premise of satisfying the authority, all road monitoring equipment needs to be called to monitor, and then a keyword 'road' can be input to screen, and further, if the condition that card setting is needed exists in a cell and intersection information needs to be focused, an 'intersection' can be input to screen, and corresponding monitoring equipment is obtained to monitor and sequence.
In the invention, when the condition that the input characteristic keywords can not be directly matched with the information in the database unit exists, fuzzy matching is generally carried out; in the actual application process, there are many ways of fuzzy matching, including but not limited to word segmentation, query of near-synonyms, etc., and the word segmentation is adopted in this embodiment for processing, because in the technical scope of monitoring, the number of results screened out is far greater than the planned number by adopting the way of query of near-synonyms.
In the invention, generally, the daily work tasks of the monitoring person are basically consistent, so that the historical monitoring record of the monitoring person is firstly obtained, and the characteristic key words of the initial picture of the historical monitoring equipment are obtained based on the historical monitoring record and are used as comparison samples; splitting the input feature keywords to obtain a plurality of participles, if the intersection is input, splitting the participles into the intersection and the fork (fork) and the like, matching the participle results with the feature keywords serving as comparison samples, and sequencing the participles according to the matching degree from high to low; for each matching degree, different matching results, namely different monitoring devices, are obtained, at this time, one or more corresponding monitoring devices are obtained based on a preset standard to be called, and a monitoring person can judge and screen the calling results.
In the invention, if the calling results do not meet the requirements of the monitoring person, the system is required to disassemble words again or the monitoring person is required to input the feature keywords of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment again, and the content is updated based on the new calling results.
Preferably, in the database unit, the calling history of the monitoring device is one or more monitoring devices called by any monitoring person at any monitoring time and the calling sequence thereof;
in the AI monitoring mode, the controller acquires the monitoring equipment corresponding to the monitoring person in the database unit at the current monitoring time and the monitoring person, confirms that the monitoring equipment is called, and sets the monitoring sequence of the monitoring equipment or simultaneously acquires the monitoring picture of the monitoring equipment based on the record in the database unit.
Preferably, if the controller does not match the current monitoring time and the monitoring person in the database unit in the AI monitoring mode, the controller performs association matching.
Preferably, the association matching comprises the steps of:
step B.1: carrying out clustering distribution on the monitoring person based on the authority information;
step B.2: taking days as a unit, and corresponding the monitoring time to any time interval;
step B.3: acquiring other monitoring persons in the same class as the monitoring person in a time interval;
step B.4: and associating the monitoring sequence of all other monitoring persons with the monitoring persons, screening by the monitoring persons, obtaining a matching result and recording the matching result to the database unit.
In the invention, under an AI monitoring mode, one or more monitoring devices called by a current monitoring person at the current monitoring time and historical records of the calling sequence of the monitoring devices are obtained, generally speaking, the calling records are effective within a quite long period of time, the monitoring sequence of the monitoring devices is set based on the records in the database unit or monitoring pictures of the monitoring devices are simultaneously obtained, an output unit can directly transmit the monitoring pictures of the monitoring devices to a large screen and display the monitoring pictures in a split screen, the position adjustment of the monitoring pictures by the monitoring person is satisfied, the redistribution of an interested area is realized, or the monitoring pictures of the monitoring devices are transmitted to a plurality of screens, and the positions of the monitoring pictures are adjusted, so that the monitoring habit is met.
In the invention, one condition exists in the AI monitoring mode, namely cold start, namely that the matching result of the current monitoring time and the current monitoring person in the database unit is zero, and then correlation matching is needed; for the situation, the authority information of the monitoring person needs to be combed, the monitoring device which can be called by the monitoring person is screened out firstly, then the monitoring time corresponds to any time interval by taking the day as a unit, if every two integer points are taken as a time interval and the current monitoring time falls into a certain time interval, other monitoring persons in the same class with the monitoring person in the time interval are obtained, the monitoring sequence of the monitoring persons is temporarily associated with the monitoring person, the monitoring person screens the monitoring person, and the matching result is obtained and recorded to the database unit.
In the invention, generally, in the cold start stage, a manual monitoring mode is mainly adopted, and after the manual monitoring mode operation is completed for a period of time, the AI monitoring mode is started to ensure the accurate calling of the monitoring equipment.
The invention relates to an optimized intelligent layout auxiliary system for cell video monitoring, which has the advantages that through the two monitoring modes, the monitoring equipment combination is automatically switched by the system in the AI monitoring mode, and the pre-layout function of the monitoring equipment combination is provided in the manual monitoring mode, so that the requirement of small monitoring screen consumption for security monitoring is met, each monitoring person reduces the adjustment on the combination condition of the monitoring equipment in the AI mode, focuses on the video content, and finally achieves the purpose of improving the video inspection efficiency.

In this embodiment, the cell sets the monitoring device based on actual monitoring requirements, and in the monitoring process, different monitoring people have different calling authorities for the monitoring device.
In this embodiment, the monitoring person is identified by a face identification device, a fingerprint identification device, and a card identification device, the monitoring authority of the current monitoring person is obtained after identification, and the current monitoring time is read from the server, where the monitoring authority of the monitoring person is necessary information and the current monitoring time is available information, and is used to obtain information corresponding to the monitoring person at the monitoring time.
In this embodiment, an input unit, such as a keyboard and a touch device, is used to input a monitoring requirement, and the controller calls useful data, i.e., a corresponding monitoring device, from the database based on the actual monitoring requirement, so as to finally implement multi-screen output or single-screen output at the output unit.
In the invention, the monitoring requirements comprise a manual monitoring mode and an AI monitoring mode.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the monitoring requirement is a manual monitoring mode, and the controller confirms and calls the monitoring device based on the input identification code and/or identification information of the monitoring device.
Specifically, in the database unit, an identification code and identification information are set for any monitoring device, and in this embodiment, the identification code and the identification information are respectively a device number corresponding to the monitoring device and a feature keyword of an initial screen of the monitoring device.
In this embodiment, in the manual monitoring mode, when the monitor determines the device number, the device number may be directly input, or a feature keyword of an initial picture of the monitoring device may be input, and the feature keyword is matched with information in the database unit, for example, all corridor monitoring may be invoked, a corridor may be input, a corridor may be accurately reached in a certain floor, for example, all crossing monitoring may be invoked, keywords such as "fork", "cross", and the like may be input, the matched monitoring device may be confirmed and invoked, and after confirmation, the monitoring order of the monitoring device may be automatically arranged or the monitoring picture of the monitoring device may be simultaneously obtained.
In the embodiment, after long-time use, the keywords of the initial picture corresponding to each monitoring device can be subjected to multi-dimensional expansion, so that the monitoring person can accelerate matching after inputting the keywords; however, in the application process, the problem that the feature keywords input by the monitoring person cannot be matched with the information in the database unit is inevitable, and in such a case, fuzzy matching is required.
In this embodiment, a word segmentation method is used for fuzzy matching, and in practical applications, fuzzy matching of similar words may also be used, such as inputting "fork", and expanding the word into "fork", "intersection", and the like in the practical matching process.
In the embodiment, fuzzy matching is performed by adopting a word segmentation mode, wherein the acquisition of the historical monitoring record of the current monitoring person aims to narrow the matching range and accelerate the matching, and after the characteristic keywords of the initial picture corresponding to the monitoring equipment in the historical monitoring record are acquired, words are segmented for the input characteristic keywords of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment to obtain a plurality of words; matching the word segmentation result with the feature keywords of the initial image corresponding to the monitoring equipment in the historical monitoring record, and sequencing according to the matching degree from high to low; and acquiring monitoring equipment corresponding to one or more feature keywords for calling based on preset standards, such as the first three of the matching degree sequence.
In the embodiment, if the calling result meets the requirement, the information corresponding to the called monitoring equipment, which is input by the monitoring person, of the feature keywords of the initial picture of the monitoring equipment should be recorded, so that fuzzy matching is not required to be used again in the next calling, and the matching efficiency is improved; and if the calling result does not meet the requirement, the word splitting tool is not set or the input of the monitoring person is not set properly, and resetting and re-matching are carried out.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the monitoring requirement is in an AI monitoring mode, and at this time, the controller obtains the monitoring device from the database unit and calls the monitoring device based on the calling history of the monitoring device and the authority information corresponding to the monitoring person.
In this embodiment, a large amount of monitoring history data generally needs to be accumulated, or rather, monitoring history data of the current monitoring person in the current monitoring time needs to be accumulated, so that the applicable monitoring device of the current monitoring person at the current monitoring time can be called and the calling sequence can be confirmed based on the monitoring history data.
In this embodiment, when there is a cold start, it is obvious that the current monitoring time and the matching result of the monitoring person in the database unit are none, and then correlation matching is required.
In this embodiment, the monitoring authority of the monitoring person is concerned more, and generally, the monitoring sequence and the monitoring task that need to be performed at a certain monitoring time or within a certain time period are generally the same, so that the monitoring person is firstly clustered and allocated based on the authority information, for example, clustering is performed based on the high, medium and low of the authority level, and then the monitoring time is corresponding to any time interval in units of days; for example, the current monitor has a middle-level monitoring right, and the monitoring time is 8 o ' clock and half morning, so the system searches for information of other monitors which have historically been in 8 o ' clock to 9 o ' clock in morning, have performed monitoring tasks and are in middle level with the monitor, associates the monitoring sequence of all other monitors with the monitor, and the monitor performs screening to obtain a matching result and records the matching result to the database unit.
