The conferencing system of claim 1, wherein the conferencing system further comprises a conferencing procedure prompt module; and the conference flow prompting module reads the conference flow and the conference result data in the conference flow control module, and prompts and guides the participants to carry out the conference according to the conference system in a text pop-up box or voice form according to the conference flow.
7. The conferencing system of claim 6, further comprising a meeting item follow-up module; the meeting item follow-up module is configured to:
forming problems generated or not completed in the conference result to be handled, and informing the problems to the corresponding responsible person by the conference flow prompting module;
the responsible person receives the information to be handled and then processes and feeds back the processing result in time;
the conference event follow-up module interacts data with the conference flow prompting module in real time, and the conference flow prompting module sends out a prompt in real time until the backlog is completed;
and feeding back the item completion information to the information storage module.
8. A conference flow control method includes:
s1, inputting the conference information data of the current level;
s2, retrieving input data and historical data of the current level, and classifying the data of the current level;
s3, automatically judging the problems of each category by judging one or more factors of the completion degree of the problems, the time limit, the capability of personnel needed for solving the problems and the influence of the problems on enterprises, and/or manually judging to determine whether the conference is increased from the first level to at least the second level;
for the conference of the current level which is not upgraded, automatically adjusting the priority of the conference of the current level according to one or more factors of the importance degree of the conference category, the levels of the participants and the time limit, and/or manually adjusting the priority of the conference of the current level;
s4, establishing a conference flow according to whether the conference is upgraded and the data of the priority of the current level conference; carrying out a conference according to the established conference flow and the prompt;
storing the data upgraded from the first level to the second level as the data input by the conference of the second level;
s5, classifying the second-level historical data and other input second-level conference information data;
and S6, repeating the steps S3-S5 until meeting matters of all the levels are completed.
9. The conference flow control method according to claim 8, wherein the step of performing a conference according to the established conference flow and the prompt includes:
acquiring current level conference flow data;
and prompting and guiding the participants to carry out the conference according to the conference flow in a text pop-up box or voice form.
10. The conference flow control method according to claim 8, further comprising a step of conference item follow-up, wherein if follow-up is involved in the conference process, the item is formed into a backlog and is notified to the corresponding responsible person for follow-up.
