The control unit 302 includes a CPU310 as a central processing unit and a RAM311, and controls operations of each functional block in the control unit 302 and each unit in the communication device 130 by the CPU310 executing a program recorded in the recording unit 306, for example.
The transaction condition setting unit 312 sets information of transaction conditions based on the user operation on the transaction condition setting screen 132. The transaction condition setting unit 312 records information of the set transaction conditions in the recording unit 306, and transmits the information to the information processing device 140 via the communication unit 301.
The navigation information acquisition unit 313 acquires information of a route search result from the information processing device 140, and also acquires information of a direction instruction for navigation and a recommended presence area to be presented while the user is moving at any time.
The display control unit 314 controls the display of the display unit 305 to display GUIs for various operations such as the navigation setting screen 131 and the transaction condition setting screen 132, direction instructions during navigation, and a recommendation presence area. The display control unit 314 causes the display unit 305 to display the route search result screen 133 based on, for example, information of the route search result received from the information processing device 140, or displays the recommended presence area based on information indicating the recommended presence area received from the information processing device 140.
In the case where the communication device 130 is, for example, a smartphone, the display control unit 314 may display a direction instruction or a recommended presence area during navigation so as to overlap with the map information. Alternatively, when the communication device 130 is a head-mounted device and includes a head-mounted display, the guidance may be presented so that at least a part of the direction instruction or the recommended presence area during navigation is superimposed on the visual field that can be visually confirmed by the user.
The display control unit 314 controls the sound/vibration output unit 307 to generate sound or vibration that can sense a direction instruction or a recommended presence area during navigation, in addition to or instead of the display on the display unit 305. By presenting the direction instruction and the recommended presence region in the navigation by sound or vibration, the user can perceive the direction instruction and the recommended presence region while maintaining a line of sight in the moving direction.
Further, when the information processing apparatus 140 newly controls the priority passage/boarding between the users while the users are moving, the communication apparatus 130 receives a priority acquisition notification (that is, a notification indicating that the priority passage/boarding is possible) or a no-passage notification (a notification indicating that the priority passage/boarding of another user is accepted) from the information processing apparatus 140. In this case, the display control unit 314 causes the display unit 305 or the sound/vibration output unit 307 to present information indicating the content of the received notification, in response to the reception of the priority acquisition notification or the non-passable notification.
The point recording section 315 receives information on the determined points from the information processing apparatus 140. The point recording unit 315 records the transaction of the point in the distributed ledger based on the information of the determined point.

Further, the configuration of the information processing device 140 (navigation server) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4. The information processing device 140 is configured by one or more server devices. Further, the respective functional blocks described may be integrated or separated, and the functions described may be implemented by other functional blocks. Also, elements described as hardware may be implemented in software and vice versa.
The communication unit 401 includes a communication circuit that communicates with the communication device 130 and another transportation server via the network 110. The information processed by the control unit 402 is transmitted to the communication device 130 or the like, or the information processed by the control unit 402 is received from the communication device 130 or the like.
The control section 402 includes a CPU410 as a central processing unit, and a RAM 411. The control unit 402 loads and executes a program stored in the recording unit 403 in the RAM411 to control the operation of each unit inside the control unit 402 or control the operation of each unit of the information processing apparatus 140. The control unit 402 controls the movement pattern determination unit 414 and the point processing unit 415 to generate a route search result for information of a search request from the communication device 130. For example, the control unit 402 determines the movement mode of the user while determining the setting of the transaction condition of another user who is expected to approach within a predetermined distance when moving among the route candidates and the setting of the transaction condition of the user, and calculates (or processes) the number of paid points and the number of collected points, in addition to determining a predetermined number of route candidates having a low route cost from the current position to the destination. Further, the control unit 402 calculates a moving time that varies according to payment or receipt of points.
The setting information acquisition unit 412 receives (acquires) setting information (i.e., information on a destination or a movement method, information on transaction conditions, and the like) for route search from the plurality of communication devices 130, and records the information in the user database.
The traffic information acquiring unit 413 sequentially acquires information on the running states of an electric car, a bus, an elevator, an escalator, and the like from a server (not shown) of various transportation means. The information on the running state may include, for example, position information of each of the electric train, the elevator, and the like, a station, a terminal, a departure time from a passenger, a scheduled arrival time of the train, the terminal, a passenger, the number of passengers on/off the train, and the like.
The moving pattern determining unit 414 identifies another user close to the user during the movement of the user to the destination. When another user approaches the user, the movement mode of the user when approaching the other user is determined based on the setting related to the movement mode of the user and the point of trading the movement mode with the other user.
The point processing unit 415 processes points collected by or provided to another user by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user. The specific point processing will be described later. In the case of the process of specifying points between users, the point processing section 415 may appropriately transmit information on the specified points to the communication device 130.
The navigation information generation unit 416 determines the recommended presence area of the user in the route to the destination based on the determined movement pattern of the user. The navigation information generation unit 416 sorts several calculated route candidates in, for example, a required time order, and transmits the route candidates to the communication device 130 as search result information. The search result information includes information on the route, arrival time/required time, and point number, as shown in the route search result screen 133 of fig. 2.
Further, when the route is selected by the user, the navigation information generation unit 416 provides the communication device 130 with the determined information indicating the recommended presence area along the selected route. The information indicating the recommended presence area includes information for causing a communication device owned by the user to display the recommended presence area as an image. The information indicating the recommended presence area may include information for notifying the recommended presence area by a communication device owned by the user through sound or vibration.
For example, as shown in fig. 11, the recommended presence area may be a circular area 1101 that expands under the feet of the user 120. That is, the information of the recommended presence area is information including a center position indicating a position to be moved by the user and a length of a radius indicating a distance that allows the user position to be shifted from the center position. The information of the recommended presence area may include image data used by the communication device 130 to display the area on the display unit, and information specifying sound or vibration for notifying the recommended presence area by sound or vibration. The information of the recommended presence area may contain a control signal for causing the communication apparatus 130 to change the image data, the sound, and the vibration according to the relationship between the recommended presence area and the actual position of the user.
For example, when the communication device 130 emits a sound, when the position of the user is near the center of the recommended presence area, the sound is not emitted. In the case where the user's position is within the recommended presence area and close to the boundary, a monophonic sound is generated. At this time, the following control signals may be transmitted: the closer the position of the user is to the boundary of the recommended presence area, the shorter the interval of the sound generated from the communication apparatus 130. Similarly, when the communication device 130 generates vibration, when the position of the user is near the center of the recommended presence area, no vibration is generated. In the case where the user's location is within the recommended presence area and close to the boundary, a single vibration is generated. Furthermore, the following control signals may also be transmitted: the closer the position of the user is to the boundary of the recommended presence area, the shorter the interval of the vibration generated from the communication apparatus 130.
In addition, in the case where the position of the user is outside the recommended presence area, a control signal may be transmitted in which a single tone or a single vibration is generated by a continuous tone or a continuous vibration, respectively.

Next, a series of operations of the presence area determination process in the information processing apparatus 140 will be described with reference to fig. 5. In S503, the moving pattern determining unit 414 determines whether or not there is a competition in the moving pattern of the user identified as the processing target. For example, in the movement pattern of boarding an elevator, the number of users boarding the elevator is equal to or less than the fixed number, and when the users can board the elevator without any adjustment with other users, the movement pattern determination unit 414 determines that the movement pattern of the users is not competitive. In S504, the moving pattern determining unit 414 determines whether or not the transaction condition related to the priority passage is satisfied, based on the setting of the transaction condition of the user and the setting of the transaction condition of the other user. The details of the transaction condition determination process will be described later.
In S505, the movement pattern determination unit 414 proceeds to S506 if the transaction condition is satisfied in S504, and proceeds to S508 if the transaction condition is not satisfied. The moving pattern determining unit 414 determines whether or not the transaction condition is satisfied, for example, by referring to a flag value indicating a determination result described later.
In S506, the moving pattern determining unit 414 changes the moving pattern of the user to the moving pattern to be selected. That is, in the example shown in fig. 7, when the setting regarding the movement method is "emergency", the movement of boarding the elevator or the movement of the priority access sidewalk or the escalator is selected according to the route when the transaction condition is satisfied. At this time, the movement pattern determination unit 414 changes the movement pattern of the other user who gives the priority pass to, for example, a movement in which the user walks without riding an elevator or a movement in which the user does not give the priority pass when passing through a sidewalk or an escalator.
In S507, the point processing section 415 processes the point paid or collected based on the transaction condition. Further, when a route is selected by the user, the point processing section 415 may actually process points (determine points paid or charged by the user). Of course, the points may be processed when the user rides on the elevator during actual movement or when priority traffic is realized.
In S508, the moving pattern determining unit 414 continues the moving pattern of the user with the original moving pattern. That is, in the example shown in fig. 7, when the setting regarding the movement method is "emergency", if the transaction condition is not satisfied, for example, control is performed so that the user does not walk without riding an elevator or does not perform the movement for priority traffic when the user passes on a sidewalk or an escalator.
In S509, the navigation information generation unit 416 determines the recommended presence area of the user in the route based on the determined movement pattern of the user. After determining the recommended presence area for the user, the control unit 402 ends the present process.

In S601, the point processing unit 415 determines whether the setting of the movement pattern of the user is a setting for actively using one party (that is, a setting for using priority passage/boarding or sitting), or a setting for giving out one party (a setting for giving out priority passage/boarding or sitting). If the user' S movement mode is a setting in which the movement mode is actively used, the point processing unit 415 advances the process to step S602, otherwise, the process advances to step S603.
In S602, the user with the lowest number of points (requested points) requested when giving the priority passage/boarding is determined. For example, the user requesting the lowest point is determined based on the setting of the transaction condition of each user.
In S603, the point processing unit 415 determines the user who has paid the highest amount of points (payment points) for the prior passage/ride. For example, the user who pays the highest amount of points is decided based on the setting of the transaction condition of each user.

In S606, the point processing unit 415 determines that the transaction condition related to the priority passage is not satisfied when the payment point is lower than the request point, and sets a flag value indicating the determination result to 0 indicating the transaction condition NG. Next, a specific example of the transaction condition determination and the point processing will be described with reference to fig. 8 to 10.
Fig. 8 shows payment of points when a user 803 set to "urgent" (one is actively using) in the setting of the movement method approaches the elevator 800. In this example, it is assumed that user 801 and user 802 have already taken an elevator and the elevator has reached a stop. In this case, the point processing unit 415 compares the requested points of the user 801 and the user 802, and determines the user with the lowest requested point (the requested point of the user 801 is 200). Then, since the payment amount (250) of the user 803 is larger than the request amount (200) of the user 801, the user 803 pays the requested amount to board the elevator.
In addition, fig. 9 shows payment of points when the user 906 whose setting related to the movement pattern is set to "save physical strength" (actively using one side) gets on the train 900. In this example, assume that the user 905 is seated on a train and there is no free seat. In this case, it is assumed that the point processing section 415 compares the request points of the seated users, and determines that the user having the lowest request point is the user 905. At this time, since the payment point (250) of the user 906 is larger than the request point (200) of the user 905, the user 906 pays the requested point and sits on the seat of the electric train. In addition, the recommended presence area of the user is provided during the movement to the destination according to the determined movement mode. The user can reach the destination in a desired movement manner by moving according to the recommended presence area presented by the communication device. This makes it possible to provide navigation in consideration of the movement mode according to the situation of the user to the user who moves along with walking. Claims (18)

1. An information processing apparatus used in a system for assisting coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the information processing apparatus includes:
an acquisition unit that acquires a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination unit that determines a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and a point of trading the movement pattern with the other user when the other user approaches the user during movement of the user to the destination;
a processing unit which processes points collected from or provided to the other users by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
and a providing unit that provides information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user.
2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the setting relating to the movement pattern includes: setting a movement mode for selecting a movement mode for shortening a time required for movement to the destination; and a setting for selecting a movement mode for extending the required time.
3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the setting relating to the movement pattern includes: selecting a setting of a movement mode for saving physical strength consumed for movement of the user to a destination; and selecting a movement mode setting that does not save physical strength consumed for the user's movement to the destination.
4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the movement pattern includes at least any one of movement by boarding an elevator, movement by walking without boarding an elevator, movement by priority passing on a sidewalk or an escalator, movement by priority not passing on a sidewalk or an escalator, movement in a state of sitting on a train or a bus, and movement in a state of standing on a train or a bus.
5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the information indicating the recommended presence area includes information for causing a portable apparatus owned by the user to display the recommended presence area as an image.
6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the information indicating the recommended presence area includes information for causing a portable apparatus owned by the user to notify the recommended presence area by sound or vibration.
7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the providing unit sends a control signal to the portable apparatus such that the sound is a tone and an interval of the sound generated from the portable apparatus owned by the user is shorter the closer the position of the user is to the boundary of the recommended presence area.
8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the providing unit sends a control signal to the portable apparatus such that the vibration is a single vibration and an interval of the vibration generated from the portable apparatus owned by the user is shorter the closer the position of the user is to the boundary of the recommended presence area.
9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein in a case where the position of the user is outside the recommended presence area, the providing unit transmits a control signal to the portable apparatus to change the sound to a continuous sound generated for a period longer than the single sound.
10. The information processing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein in a case where the position of the user is outside the recommended presence area, the providing unit sends a control signal to the portable apparatus so that the vibration is generated by continuous vibration generated for a period longer than the single vibration.
11. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1,
the determination unit updates the movement pattern of the other user based on the determined movement pattern of the user,
and the processing unit processes the points collected from or provided to the user by the other users according to the updated moving modes of the other users.
12. A portable device for use with an information processing device in a system for assisting coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the information processing apparatus includes:
an acquisition unit that acquires a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination unit that determines a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and a point of trading the movement pattern with the other user when the other user approaches the user during movement of the user to the destination;
a processing unit which processes points collected from or provided to the other users by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
a providing unit that provides information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user,
the portable device has:
a setting unit that sets a destination of the user and information related to a movement pattern of the user; and
and a presentation unit that acquires information indicating the recommended presence area and presents the recommended presence area to the user using at least one of an image, a sound, and a vibration.
13. The portable device according to claim 12, wherein the portable device prompts in such a manner that the recommended presence area is superimposed on map information.
14. The portable device according to claim 12, wherein the portable device is provided with a head-mounted display, and presents the recommended presence area so that at least a part of the recommended presence area overlaps a visual field that can be visually confirmed by the user.
15. A method for controlling an information processing apparatus used in a system for assisting coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the control method comprises:
an acquisition step of acquiring a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination step of determining, when another user approaches the user while the user is moving to the destination, a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and points of trading movement patterns with the other user;
a processing step of processing points collected from or provided to the other user by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
a providing step of providing information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user.
16. A system that facilitates coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the system includes an information processing apparatus and a portable apparatus used by a user,
the information processing apparatus includes:
an acquisition unit that acquires, from the portable device, a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination unit that determines a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and a point of trading the movement pattern with the other user when the other user approaches the user during movement of the user to the destination;
a processing unit which processes points collected from or provided to the other users by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
a providing unit that provides information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user,
the portable device has:
a setting unit that sets a destination of the user and information related to a movement pattern of the user; and
and a presentation unit that acquires information indicating the recommended presence area and presents the recommended presence area to the user using at least one of an image, a sound, and a vibration.
17. A recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as each unit of an information processing apparatus,
the information processing apparatus is used in a system that assists coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the information processing device is provided with:
an acquisition unit that acquires a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination unit that determines a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and a point of trading the movement pattern with the other user when the other user approaches the user during movement of the user to the destination;
a processing unit which processes points collected from or provided to the other users by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
and a providing unit that provides information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user.
18. A recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as each unit of a portable device,
the portable device is used with an information processing device in a system that assists coordinated movement of a plurality of users,
the information processing apparatus includes:
an acquisition unit that acquires a setting of a destination of a user and a setting related to a movement mode of the user regarding movement to the destination;
a determination unit that determines a movement pattern of the user when the user approaches the other user based on a setting relating to the movement pattern of the user and a point of trading the movement pattern with the other user when the other user approaches the user during movement of the user to the destination;
a processing unit which processes points collected from or provided to the other users by the user according to the determined movement mode of the user; and
a providing unit that provides information indicating a recommended presence area in which the user should be present during movement to the destination, based on the determined movement pattern of the user,
the portable device has:
a setting unit that sets a destination of the user and information related to a movement pattern of the user; and
and a presentation unit that acquires information indicating the recommended presence area and presents the recommended presence area to the user using at least one of an image, a sound, and a vibration.
