1. A PPT auditing processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
analyzing a PPT file to obtain a resource directory and a slide directory, wherein the resource directory comprises picture resources referenced by slides in the PPT file, and the slide directory comprises the reference relation between the slides in the PPT file and the picture resources;
determining a first picture resource meeting preset conditions in the resource directory, and editing the first picture resource to obtain a second picture resource;
and replacing the first picture resource in the resource directory with the second picture resource, and updating the reference relation corresponding to the first picture resource in the slide directory.
2. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a first picture resource satisfying a preset condition in the resource directory, and editing the first picture resource to obtain a second picture resource comprises:
acquiring the picture volume of the picture resource in the resource directory;
marking the picture resource with the picture volume exceeding a preset threshold value as a first picture resource;
and performing format conversion and/or compression on the first picture resource to obtain the second picture resource.
3. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 2, wherein said marking picture resources whose picture volume exceeds a preset threshold as first picture resources comprises:
sequencing the picture resources according to the size of the pictures from large to small;
and traversing the picture resources in sequence, and marking the picture resources with the picture volume larger than a preset threshold value as the first picture resources until the picture volume of the picture resources is not larger than the preset threshold value.
4. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 2, wherein said converting and/or compressing the format of the first picture resource to obtain the second picture resource comprises:
determining the position and the setting information of the first picture resource in a slide according to the slide catalog, and judging whether the first picture resource is a background picture of the slide and is set as a transparent background color or not by combining the picture volume of the first picture resource;
if yes, compressing the first picture resource to obtain a second picture resource;
otherwise, carrying out format conversion and compression on the first picture resource to obtain the second picture resource.
5. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 1, wherein said updating the reference relationship corresponding to the first picture resource in the slide directory comprises:
searching a target slide corresponding to the first picture resource in the slide directory;
and updating the reference name corresponding to the first picture resource in the target slide into the picture name of the second picture resource.
6. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 1, further comprising: and determining a slide corresponding to the first picture resource according to the reference relation in the slide directory, and marking the first picture resource in the slide.
7. The PPT audit processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after updating the reference relationship corresponding to the first picture resource in the slide directory:
and synthesizing a target PPT based on the reference relation and the second picture resource, detecting whether a problem that files or data are incompatible or missing exists in the target PPT, and if so, repairing the target PPT.
8. A PPT audit processing device is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for analyzing a PPT file to obtain a resource directory and a slide directory, wherein the resource directory comprises picture resources referenced by slides in the PPT file, and the slide directory comprises the reference relation between the slides in the PPT file and the picture resources;
the resource editing module is used for determining a first picture resource meeting preset conditions in the resource catalog and editing the first picture resource to obtain a second picture resource;
and the updating module is used for replacing the first picture resource in the resource directory with the second picture resource and updating the reference relation corresponding to the first picture resource in the slide directory.
