Claims (2)
1. A commercial display interaction system, comprising: the touch display device comprises a main body frame (1) provided with a touch display screen (4), a touch sensing acquisition module, a control module, a portrait acquisition module and a cleaning module, wherein the output ends of the touch sensing acquisition module and the portrait acquisition module are connected with the input end of the control module, and the output end of the control module is connected with the input end of the cleaning module;
The touch sensing acquisition module is a touch sensor arranged on the touch display screen (4) and is used for sensing whether a person touches the touch display screen (4) or not;
The portrait acquisition module is a camera (3) arranged on the main body frame (1) and is used for acquiring a face in front of the main body frame (1);
The control module is a controller arranged on the main body frame (1) and is used for analyzing and controlling the work of the touch sense acquisition module, the portrait acquisition module and the cleaning module;
The cleaning module comprises an air drying mechanism (2), a disinfection wiping mechanism (5), an infusion mechanism (6) and an operating mechanism (7);
The air drying mechanism (2) comprises a hollow frame (24) fixedly sleeved in the upper end of the main body frame (1), an air outlet (21) facing one side of the touch display screen (4) is formed in one end of the hollow frame (24), an air duct (23) is connected to the lower end of the main body frame (1), the other end of the air duct (23) is located at the lower side of the touch display screen (4), an air suction fan (22) is arranged in the air duct (23), and the air duct (23) is communicated with the inside of the main body frame (1);
The operating mechanism (7) comprises an intermediate gear (75), a first gear (73) and a second gear (76) which are meshed with the intermediate gear (75), racks (72) are arranged on the left sides of the first gear (73) and the second gear (76), two ends of each rack (72) are respectively connected with the outer walls of the first gear (73) and the second gear (76) through connecting rods (710), one ends of each connecting rod (710) are fixedly connected with each rack (72), the other ends of each connecting rod (710) are respectively connected with the first gear (73) and the second gear (76) in a rotating mode, worm cylinders (74) meshed with the racks (72) are arranged on the left sides of the racks (72), the worm cylinders (74) are connected with the inner walls of the upper ends of the main body frame (1) through hanging rods (71), one ends of the hanging rods (71) are fixed to the upper ends of the worm cylinders (74), and the other ends of the hanging rods (71) are rotationally connected with the inner walls of the upper ends of the main body frame (1).
The operating mechanism (7) further comprises a motor (77) for rotating the intermediate gear (75), the motor (77) is positioned at the lower side of the touch display screen (4), a screw rod (79) is vertically arranged on the outer wall at the center of the right end of the first gear (73), a guide rod (78) is vertically arranged on the outer wall at the center of the right end of the second gear (76), and the right ends of the guide rod (78) and the screw rod (79) are both in rotary connection with the inner wall of the right end of the main body frame (1);
The infusion mechanism (6) is positioned at the lower side of the worm cylinder (74), the infusion mechanism (6) comprises a liquid storage cylinder (65) and is used for storing a disinfectant, a liquid transmission cylinder (62) is fixed at the upper end of the liquid storage cylinder (65), a suction pipe (64) is arranged in the liquid storage cylinder (65), the upper end of the suction pipe (64) is connected with the liquid transmission cylinder (62) through a first one-way valve (66), a second guide pipe (67) and a first guide pipe (63) are symmetrically arranged at the lower side of the liquid transmission cylinder (62), the second guide pipe (67) and the first guide pipe (63) are connected with the liquid transmission cylinder (62) through a second one-way valve (68), a piston (61) is sleeved in the liquid transmission cylinder (62) in a sliding mode, a piston rod (69) is fixed at the upper end of the piston (61), the piston rod (69) is distributed with threads on the outer wall of the upper side, the piston rod (69) is connected with the worm cylinder (74) in an internal thread mode, and one-fourth of the outer wall of the piston rod (69) is connected with the upper curved surface of the liquid transmission cylinder (62) in a sliding mode;
The disinfection wiping mechanism (5) comprises a hollow long frame (51) and a sponge pad (53) sleeved at the lower end of the hollow long frame (51), one side of the hollow long frame (51) is connected with a guide rod (78) through a first connecting piece (52), the other side of the hollow long frame (51) is connected with a screw rod (79) through a second connecting piece (54), the upper ends of the first connecting piece (52) and the second connecting piece (54) are fixedly connected with the hollow long frame (51), the lower end of the first connecting piece (52) is sleeved on the outer wall of the guide rod (78) in a sliding mode, and the lower end of the second connecting piece (54) is connected with the outer wall of the screw rod (79) in a threaded mode.
2. The commercial display interaction system of claim 1, wherein: the ends of the first guide pipe (63) and the second guide pipe (67) penetrate through the outer wall of the hollow long frame (51) and are in contact with the sponge cushion (53).
