本发明涉及一种液晶显示屏,尤其涉及一种便于拆卸和调节的LCD液晶显示器。
背景技术
现在,LCD液晶显示器已经广泛用于工业生产,而且用于家用电器,技术日渐成熟。在技术开发过程中,技术人员特别注意液晶显示屏的技术研发。但是,对辅助装置的开发不足,在研发制造过程中一般是整体生产组装,少于考虑方便使用和日后维修拆卸的问题,给人们使用维护带来不便。
现有技术的LCD液晶器难以对导光板进行拆除,并且在拆除导光板后不能对内部进行防尘,导致内部进入灰尘,重新安装导光板后不能正常工作,出现不必要的损坏。
现有的LCD液晶器一般都是将隔热板直接安装在LCD液晶屏内部,从而难以对隔热板进行拆卸更换,并且LCD液晶屏外部缺少减震装置,进而在对LCD液晶器进行运输的过程容易使得隔热板发生碎裂。
现有的支撑座在进行高度调节时,通常是通过卡扣螺栓或者卡块与伸缩杆内部卡接,将卡扣螺栓或卡块拿出后,向上提拉或向下按压来对支撑座的高度进行调节,使得高度的调节极为不便,并且由于手工进行调节时,力的方向并非沿垂直方向,使得伸缩杆内部的摩擦力增大,容易损坏伸缩杆,影响伸缩杆的使用寿命,而且调节的距离不精确,可能需要经过多次调节。
如何克服现有技术的缺陷,对导光板、隔热装置、支撑装置进行改进,开发一种便于拆卸和调节的LCD液晶显示器,是本领域迫切需要解决的技术问题。

本发明的隔热装置通过限位机构中限位杆、限位板和卡块的配合使用可以实现对隔热板的限位与释放,当需要对隔热板进行拆卸时,转动限位板,使得限位板失去对隔热板的限位作用,在固定弹簧自身弹力的作用下会使得隔热板向着保护外壳的外部移动,然后再通过人手就可以将隔热板从保护外壳的内部取出,实现对隔热板的快速拆卸。使用时,通过减震机构中固定杆、减震弹簧、减震块和传动杆的配合使用可以将装置在移动过程中所受到的振动,从而实现对隔热板的保护,避免隔热板发生碎裂。
本发明的支撑装置通过驱动横板、活动球、调节杆、固定盘、转盘与直立柱之间的配合使用可以实现支撑座高度的快速调节,使得支撑座的高度调节更加方便,并且可以减少设备之间的摩擦,防止设备遭到损坏,延长了设备的使用寿命,而且高度调节精确,提高了支撑座高度调节的效率。通过调节球、连接杆、伸缩杆与连接球之间的配合使用可以对屏幕的方向进行调节,并且在伸缩杆和连接球的作用下,使得调节球的受力更加的均匀,减少调节球与调节孔之间的摩擦,从而延长了设备的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作详细描述:
本发明的便于拆卸和调节的LCD液晶显示屏,包括液晶屏、外壳、导光板、隔热装置、支撑装置。主要对导光板、隔热装置、支撑装置进行改进。
对导光板结构的改进,如图1-图8所示,本发明的外壳2的一侧可拆卸连接有后壳8。液晶屏1置于外壳2内。后壳的内部安装有木柱12。木柱远离后壳的一端可拆卸连接导光板13。导光板的内部开设有缺口一14。缺口一与木柱为可拆卸连接。
外壳的一侧置设有除尘机构。除尘机构包括外壳一侧对称安装的限位杆4。限位杆的内部开设有槽口一6。两个槽口一之间连接有滑动杆5。滑动杆的一侧安装有毛刷7。外壳的外部安装有多个海绵垫3。后壳的内部对称开设有多个孔一9。外壳的内部开设有多个孔二11。孔二与孔一相通。孔一的内部设有螺纹。孔二的内部设置螺纹。孔一与孔二的内部均安装有螺丝10。后壳与外壳通过螺丝10固定连接。
外壳的内部还设置有对后壳内部进行防尘的防尘机构。防尘机构包括后壳8内部开设的槽口二15。槽口二的内部安装有圆柱16。圆柱的外部安装有防尘布17。后壳的内部还开设有槽口三18。防尘布通过槽口三进入后壳的内部。防尘布的内部开设有缺口二19。
当需要对导光板进行拆除时,先旋转拆除螺丝,将外壳与后壳进行分离,导光板内部开设的缺口一,后壳内部安装的木柱,缺口一与木柱分开连接,分开连接后将导光板取出,此时将防尘布拉出,防尘布内部开设有缺口一,将缺口二与木柱相连,防尘布对后壳进行防尘作用,避免在拆除导光板后灰尘对后壳内部造成损坏,导致装置不能正常工作。
当需要对外壳内部安装的液晶屏进行表面清理工作时,启动滑动杆,滑动杆在槽口一的内部运动,滑动杆外部安装的毛刷可对液晶屏的表面进行清理工作。当装置在运输过程中,会出现碰撞,此时外壳外部安装的多个海绵垫,可对装置本身进行保护。
如图9-图13所示,本发明的隔热装置包括隔热板202、安装箱203、液晶屏1和散热器208。保护外壳的内部安装有安装块213。安装块的内部开设有定位槽214。定位槽内部安装有固定弹簧215。隔热板与所述定位槽的内部滑动连接。隔热板的一侧与所述固定弹簧远离所述定位槽内部的一端相抵紧。外壳的外部安装有限位机构。限位机构包括安装在所述外壳外部的两个限位杆216。限位杆的外部转动连接有限位板217。隔热板的另一侧由外壳的内部贯穿至外壳外部的隔热板。限位板与隔热板的外部相抵紧。外壳的外部安装有卡块218。限位板与所述卡块的外部相贴近。散热器安装在外壳的内部,且散热器与液晶屏的外部相贴近。
隔热装置的安装箱内部设置有用于对外壳进行保护的减震机构。减震机构包括安装在所述安装箱内部的固定杆210。固定杆的外部对称设置有减震块212。减震块的外部安装有减震弹簧211。减震弹簧远离所述减震块的一端与安装箱的内部相连接。减震块的外部铰接有传动杆206。传动杆远离减震块的一端与外壳的外部相铰接。
隔热装置的安装箱外部设置有用于对外壳角度进行调节的调平机构。调平机构包括对称安装在安装箱外部的连接板204。连接板的外部开设有螺纹槽,螺纹槽内部螺纹连接有支脚205。支脚靠近外壳的一端安装有扭块209。
当需要对隔热板进行拆卸时,先转动限位板,使得限位板失去对隔热板的限位作用,在固定弹簧自身弹力的作用下会使得隔热板向着保护外壳的外部移动,然后再通过人手就可以将隔热板从保护外壳的内部取出,实现对隔热板的快速拆卸。然后在将新的隔热板插入到保护外壳的内部,并与固定弹簧的外部相抵紧,此时再反向转动限位板,使得限位板与隔热板的外部相抵紧,从而实现对隔热板的安装。
在对装置进行运输的过程中当出现振动时,通过减震弹簧可以对产生的振动进行吸收,减震块和传动杆起到对保护外壳的支撑作用,进而降低保护外壳所受到的振动,保证了隔热板的安全。同时当需要对装置进行放置时,通过转动扭块就可以使得支脚开始转动,支脚在转动的过程中会对安装箱的角度进行调节,支脚的个数为四个并且分布在安装箱的四周,从而能够对保护外壳的角度进行调节。
如图14-图18所示,本发明的支撑装置包括底座301。底座的外部对称安装有固定杆302。固定杆远离底座的一端安装有顶板303。固定杆的外部设置有高度调节机构。高度调节机构包括滑动连接在固定杆外部的驱动横板304。驱动横板的外部开设有球槽306。球槽的内部转动连接有活动球307。活动球的外部安装有调节杆308。顶板的外部安装有固定盘309。固定盘309的外部转动连接有转盘310。转盘的外部安装有手柄311。驱动横板的外部安装有直立柱312,直立柱由固定盘贯穿至顶板的外部。
支撑装置的底座301靠近驱动横板304的一侧安装有弹簧305。
驱动横板304的外部开设有与固定杆302相适配的孔。固定盘309和顶板303的外部开设有与直立柱312相适配的孔。
直立柱的外部还设置有用于对设备的角度进行调节的角度调节机构。角度调节机构包括安装在直立柱312远离驱动横板304一端的弯柱313。弯柱的外部开设有调节孔314。调节孔314的内部转动连接有调节球315。调节球的外部安装有连接杆316。连接杆316的另一端连接外壳。
外壳的下部安装有伸缩杆318,伸缩杆靠近外壳一侧的截面为V形。伸缩杆的另一端安装有连接球319。弯柱313的外部开设有与连接球相适配的连接孔320。
需要对支撑座的高度进行调节时,通过转动手柄带动转盘转动,由于转盘转动连接在固定盘的外部,而固定盘安装在顶板的外部,并且驱动横板外部的活动球与转盘外部的活动球通过调节杆相连接,即转动调节杆会带动调节杆转动,而驱动横板滑动连接在固定杆的外部,此时调节杆带动驱动横板向上运动,带动直立柱同步向上运动。当需要降低支撑座的高度时,手持手柄,反转转盘,带动调节杆反转,使驱动横板与转盘之间的距离增大;从而实现对支撑座的高度进行调节,使得支撑座的高度调节更加方便,并且可以减少设备之间的摩擦,防止设备遭到损坏,延长了设备的使用寿命,而且高度调节精确,提高了支撑座高度调节的效率。
需要调节屏幕的角度时,手持屏幕外壳转动,由于外壳与连接杆相连接,而连接杆的另一端与调节球相连接,调节球转动连接在开设在弯柱外部的调节孔内,方便对屏幕的角度进行调节,而在伸缩杆、连接球与连接孔的作用下,使得调节球的受力更加的均匀,减少调节球与调节孔之间的摩擦,从而延长了设备的使用寿命。
Claims (10)
1.一种便于拆卸和调节的LCD液晶显示器,包括液晶屏(1)、外壳(2)、导光板(13)、隔热装置、支撑装置;其特征在于:
所述外壳(2)的一侧可拆卸连接有后壳(8);所述后壳的内部安装有木柱(12);所述木柱远离后壳的一端可拆卸连接导光板(13);所述导光板的内部开设有缺口一(14);所述缺口一与木柱为可拆卸连接;所述外壳的一侧置设有除尘机构;所述除尘机构包括外壳一侧对称安装的限位杆(4);所述限位杆的内部开设有槽口一(6);所述两个槽口一之间连接有滑动杆(5);所述滑动杆的一侧安装有毛刷(7);所述外壳的外部安装有多个海绵垫(3);所述后壳的内部对称开设有多个孔一(9);所述外壳的内部开设有多个孔二(11);所述孔二与孔一相通;所述孔一的内部设有螺纹;所述孔二的内部设置螺纹;所述孔一与孔二的内部均安装有螺丝(10);所述后壳与外壳通过螺丝(10)固定连接;
所述隔热装置包括隔热板(202)、安装箱(203)、液晶屏(1)和散热器(208);所述保护外壳的内部安装有安装块(213);所述安装块的内部开设有定位槽(214);所述定位槽内部安装有固定弹簧(215);所述隔热板与所述定位槽的内部滑动连接;所述隔热板的一侧与所述固定弹簧远离所述定位槽内部的一端相抵紧;所述外壳的外部安装有限位机构;所述限位机构包括安装在所述外壳外部的两个限位杆(216);所述限位杆的外部转动连接有限位板(217);所述隔热板的另一侧由外壳的内部贯穿至外壳外部的隔热板;所述限位板与隔热板的外部相抵紧;所述外壳的外部安装有卡块(218);所述限位板与所述卡块的外部相贴近;所述散热器安装在外壳的内部,且散热器与液晶屏的外部相贴近;
所述支撑装置包括底座(301);所述底座的外部对称安装有固定杆(302);所述固定杆远离底座的一端安装有顶板(303);所述固定杆的外部设置有高度调节机构;所述高度调节机构包括滑动连接在固定杆外部的驱动横板(304);所述驱动横板的外部开设有球槽(306);所述球槽的内部转动连接有活动球(307);所述活动球的外部安装有调节杆(308);所述顶板的外部安装有固定盘(309);所述固定盘(309)的外部转动连接有转盘(310);所述转盘的外部安装有手柄(311);所述驱动横板的外部安装有直立柱(312),直立柱由固定盘贯穿至顶板的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述外壳的内部还设置有对后壳内部进行防尘的防尘机构;所述防尘机构包括后壳(8)内部开设的槽口二(15);槽口二的内部安装有圆柱(16);所述圆柱的外部安装有防尘布(17);所述后壳的内部还开设有槽口三(18);所述防尘布通过槽口三进入后壳的内部;所述防尘布的内部开设有缺口二(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述隔热装置的安装箱内部设置有用于对外壳进行保护的减震机构。
4.根据权利要求3所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述减震机构包括安装在所述安装箱内部的固定杆(210);所述固定杆的外部对称设置有减震块(212);所述减震块的外部安装有减震弹簧(211);所述减震弹簧远离所述减震块的一端与安装箱的内部相连接;所述减震块的外部铰接有传动杆(206);所述传动杆远离减震块的一端与外壳的外部相铰接。
5.根据权利要求1所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述隔热装置的安装箱外部设置有用于对外壳角度进行调节的调平机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述调平机构包括对称安装在安装箱外部的连接板(204);所述连接板的外部开设有螺纹槽,螺纹槽内部螺纹连接有支脚(205);所述支脚靠近外壳的一端安装有扭块(209)。
7.根据权利要求1所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述支撑装置的底座(301)靠近驱动横板(304)的一侧安装有弹簧(305)。
8.根据权利要求7所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述驱动横板(304)的外部开设有与固定杆(302)相适配的孔;所述固定盘(309)和顶板(303)的外部开设有与直立柱(312)相适配的孔。
9.根据权利要求8所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述直立柱的外部设置有用于对设备的角度进行调节的角度调节机构;所述角度调节机构包括安装在直立柱(312)远离驱动横板(304)一端的弯柱(313);所述弯柱的外部开设有调节孔(314);所述调节孔(314)的内部转动连接有调节球(315);所述调节球的外部安装有连接杆(316);所述连接杆(316)的另一端连接外壳。
10.根据权利要求9所述LCD液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述外壳的下部安装有伸缩杆(318),伸缩杆靠近外壳一侧的截面为V形;所述伸缩杆的另一端安装有连接球(319);所述弯柱(313)的外部开设有与连接球相适配的连接孔(320)。
