In the disclosed embodiment, the terminal device refers to an electronic device with a wireless connection function, and the terminal device can be in communication connection with the intelligent household electrical appliance through connecting with the internet, or can be in communication connection with the intelligent household electrical appliance through Bluetooth, wifi and other modes.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for controlling an intelligent home appliance to assist sleep, including:
s01, the server determines the sleep state of the target user, wherein the sleep state comprises a sleep stage state, a shallow sleep stage state, a deep sleep stage state or a rapid eye movement stage state.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server is a cloud server or a terminal device, and the intelligent household appliance is in communication connection with the cloud server or the terminal device through the internet. The target user refers to a main user of the intelligent household appliance or refers to a user of the service end service. The sleep state of the target user is determined, the respiration and/or the heart rate of the user can be detected through the millimeter wave radar sensor, and the sleep state of the target user is determined according to the respiration and/or the heart rate of the target user.
In some embodiments, the respiration rate is slowed down after the human body enters a sleep state, and the respiration rate is further slowed down as the sleep proceeds, so that the sleep state of the user can be determined according to the respiration rate of the user. For example, setting a corresponding relation between a respiratory frequency interval and a sleep stage, and determining the sleep stage according to the interval where the respiratory frequency is located; because the gender, the age, the health state and the like have certain influence on the respiratory frequency, the specific situation of the user can be synthesized, and the corresponding relation between the respiratory frequency interval and the sleep stage can be set.
In other embodiments, after the person enters sleep, the heart rate will be lower than the normal heart rate, where normal heart rate refers to the average heart rate of the person in a resting state; in general, as the sleep level increases, the heart rate gradually slows down, and the dream generally occurs in the rapid eye movement period, which results in the heart rate of the human body being consistent with or slightly higher than the normal heart rate during the rapid eye movement period. In addition, in order to further improve the accuracy of the sleep state of the user, the state of the user can be comprehensively judged by combining the respiratory rate and the heart rate; thus, the accuracy of the sleep state judgment of the user is improved.
S02, the server determines target aromatherapy and target aromatherapy release parameters according to the sleep state of the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the sleeping state of a target user, determining target aromatherapy and target aromatherapy release parameters, wherein the target aromatherapy release parameters comprise release time, release amount and the like; setting the corresponding relation between the sleep state of the target user and the target aromatherapy and the release parameters of the target aromatherapy, for example, the release amount of the sweet orange aromatherapy corresponding to the sleep stage is not higher than 1 nanogram/cubic meter, and the release time is the sleep stage; the shallow sleep period corresponds to lily aromatherapy, the release amount is not higher than 0.7 nanograms per cubic meter, and the release time is the shallow sleep period; the deep sleep period corresponds to Lavender aromatherapy, the release amount is not higher than 0.5 nanograms per cubic meter, and the release time is from the deep sleep period to the getting up. Or, determining the target aromatherapy and the target aromatherapy release parameters based on the historical sleep data of the target user and combining the sleep state of the target user; for example, in the case where the historical sleep data of the target user indicates that the user has difficulty falling asleep, determining that the target aromatherapy is lily aromatherapy when the target user is in the sleep stage, and the release amount is not higher than 0.8 nanograms per cubic meter; the release time is from the fall-to-sleep period to the shallow-to-sleep period. Therefore, the target aromatherapy and the release amount of the target aromatherapy can be determined more reasonably according to the sleeping state of the target user, so that the sleeping quality of the target user can be improved.
S03, the server controls the aromatherapy device to release the target aromatherapy according to the target aromatherapy release parameters so as to assist the user in sleeping.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the aromatherapy device may be an aromatherapy machine, or may be an aromatherapy module disposed in an air conditioner; wherein, champignon machine or champignon module includes a plurality of champignon boxes, is equipped with the champignon in the champignon box, through adjusting the opening area of champignon box, realizes the regulation of different champignon release.
By adopting the method for controlling the intelligent household appliance to assist sleep, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, different types of aromatherapy release can be controlled according to different sleep stages of a user, and the release parameters of the aromatherapy can be regulated, so that the requirements of different stages of the user are met, and the experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, in step S01, the server determines a sleep state of the target user, including:
s11, detecting the heart rate of the target user by the sensor.
S12, the server determines the sleep state of the target user according to the difference value between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the heart rate of the target user can be detected through a millimeter wave radar sensor or can be detected through a wearable device worn by the target user; the millimeter wave radar sensor is arranged on intelligent household appliances such as air conditioners or walls in the space where the target user is located; the wearable device comprises a smart watch or a smart bracelet, etc. Thus, the heart rate of the target user can be detected in real time, and the heart rate signal is transmitted to the server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a target user reference heart rate is set, and the sleep state of a target user is determined by detecting the difference between the heart rate and the target user reference heart rate; here, the target user reference heart rate may be pre-stored in the server, or acquired by analyzing the historical heart rate data.
Therefore, the sleep state of the target user can be judged more accurately according to the detected heart rate and the reference heart rate, so that the intelligent household electrical appliance can be controlled correspondingly, the target user can be assisted in sleeping, and the sleeping quality of the target user is improved.
Optionally, S12, the determining, by the server, the sleep state of the target user according to the difference between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate includes:
in the case that the difference between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate is within a first threshold range R 1 Under the condition of (1), the server determines that the sleep state of the target user is a sleep stage state.
In the second threshold range R, the difference between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate 2 In the case of (a), the server determines the sleep of the target userThe sleep state is a shallow sleep period state.
In the third threshold range R, the difference between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate 3 Under the condition of (1), the server determines that the sleep state of the target user is a state of a deep sleep period.
In the fourth threshold range R, the difference between the detected heart rate and the target user reference heart rate 4 Under the condition of (1), the server determines that the sleep state of the target user is a rapid eye movement period state; wherein R is 4 <R 1 <R 2 <R 3 。
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the detected heart rate of the target user is set as R a The reference heart rate of the target user is R b The difference Δr=r a -R b . Meanwhile, a threshold range is set, and different sleep stages are different in threshold range. Specifically, during the sleep stage, the human body remains relatively stationary, and the heart rate in this stage is slightly lower or level than that in the normal state of the human body, a first threshold range R 1 Epsilon (0, 5) times/min; the heart rate is lower than the normal state of the human body in the stage of shallow sleep, and the second threshold range R 2 Epsilon (6, 10) times/min; during the sleep stage, the heart rate is the lowest, the third threshold range R 3 Epsilon (11, 15) times/min; the heart rate is consistent with or slightly higher than the normal state of the human body in the rapid eye movement period stage, and the fourth threshold range R 4 Epsilon (-5, 0) times/min; the threshold range can be adjusted according to the human body state difference. Thus, the sleep stage of the target user can be determined more accurately by comparing the difference value with the threshold range.
Optionally, in step S02, the server determines the target aromatherapy according to the sleep state of the target user, including:
and under the condition that the sleeping state of the target user is the sleeping state or the shallow sleeping state, the server determines the aromatherapy with the relaxing function as the target aromatherapy.
And under the condition that the sleeping state of the target user is a deep sleeping period state or a rapid eye movement period state, the server determines the aromatherapy with the calming function as the target aromatherapy.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the sleep stage of the user is divided into two parts by the limit of the sleep stage of the user, wherein the first part of the sleep stage comprises a sleep stage and a light sleep stage, and the second part of the sleep stage comprises a sleep stage and a quick eye movement stage; in the early stage of sleep, the target user may have difficulty falling asleep or be in excited tension, and the target aromatherapy generally includes aromatherapy with a relaxing function, for example, orange aromatherapy, lily aromatherapy, ocean Gan Juxiang aromatherapy, etc.; in the middle and later stages of sleep, aromatherapy with a calming function is adopted to relieve the mind and body, calm and promote sleep; for example: lavender aromatherapy, violet aromatherapy, gardenia aromatherapy, etc. Therefore, the characteristics of different sleep stages can be combined, and different types of target aromatherapy can be selected to assist in falling asleep or promoting deep sleep, so that the sleeping condition of a user is improved.
Optionally, in step S02, the target aromatherapy release parameter includes a time period for target aromatherapy release; the server determines target aromatherapy according to the sleep state of the target user, and comprises the following steps:
the server determines a sleep time period corresponding to the sleep state according to pre-stored historical sleep information of the target user; the server takes the sleep time period corresponding to the sleep state as the target aromatherapy release time period.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target aromatherapy release parameter includes a target aromatherapy release time period, where the target aromatherapy release time period includes a release start time, a release end time, a release duration, and the like. Specifically, a sleep time period corresponding to the current sleep state of the user can be obtained according to the historical sleep information of the target user pre-stored by the server side; as an example, the historical sleep information of the target user indicates that the sleeping period of the target user is 20-30 minutes, and when the current sleeping state of the user is determined to be the sleeping period, the target aromatherapy is started, and the aromatherapy device is controlled to operate for 20-30 minutes. As another example, the historical sleep information for the target user indicates that the target user falls asleep for a period of time of 10:30-11:00, when the target user is in the sleep stage, controlling the aromatherapy device to 10:30-11:00 operation. Thus, the sleep time period corresponding to the sleep state of the user is accurately determined by combining the historical sleep information of the target user, so that the aromatherapy device is controlled to operate in the sleep time period.
In some embodiments, for a user who uses an intelligent home appliance having a fragrance device for the first time, the history sleep information of the user is not stored in the intelligent home appliance, and in this case, a period of time for releasing the target fragrance is determined according to the current sleep state and the last sleep state of the target user; for example, when the target user is detected to be in a sleep stage, determining the detection time as the starting time for controlling the operation of the aromatherapy device; under the condition that the current sleep state of the target user is inconsistent with the last sleep state, determining that the last sleep state of the target user is finished, and determining the detection time as the finishing time for controlling the operation of the aromatherapy device; therefore, the starting and stopping time of the release of the target aromatherapy can be determined according to the sleeping state of the target user so as to control the operation of the aromatherapy device.
Optionally, in step S02, the target aromatherapy release parameter includes a time period for target aromatherapy release; the server determines a target aromatherapy release parameter according to the sleep state of a target user, and comprises the following steps:
the server side obtains age information of a target user; and the server determines the target aromatherapy release according to the corresponding relation between the age information of the target user and the target aromatherapy release.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after determining the target aromatherapy according to the sleep state of the target user, the age information of the target user is further combined to determine the target aromatherapy release amount. Specifically, different age groups can be set to correspond to different aromatherapy release amounts; for example: dividing the age group into three stages, wherein the first stage is 0-12 years old, the second stage is 13-50 years old, and the third stage is 51 years old or older; the aromatherapy release amount corresponding to each stage may be the release amount corresponding to 0.3 nanograms per cubic meter in the first stage, the release amount corresponding to 0.3 nanograms per cubic meter in the second stage, and the release amount corresponding to 0.1 nanograms per cubic meter in the third stage; therefore, the age bracket of the target user can be determined according to the age of the target user, and the release amount of the target aromatherapy can be further determined.
Optionally, in step S02, the server determines the target aromatherapy and the target aromatherapy release parameter according to the sleep state of the target user, including:
the service end pre-stores the history aromatherapy service condition of the target user; and the server determines the target aromatherapy and the target aromatherapy release parameters according to the corresponding relation between the history aromatherapy use condition and the sleep state of the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a service end stores historical aromatherapy use conditions of a target user, wherein the historical aromatherapy use conditions comprise aromatherapy types, the use amount of aromatherapy, the use time period and the use frequency; and (3) taking the history aromatherapy use condition corresponding to the sleep state of the target user, taking the aromatherapy with the highest use frequency as the target aromatherapy, and taking the use amount and the use time period of the aromatherapy with the highest use frequency in the sleep state as the target aromatherapy release amount and the release time period. Thus, the current fragrance and the target fragrance release parameters can be determined according to the historical preference of the target user, so that the user's personal preference can be met while the user is assisted to sleep.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides another method for controlling intelligent home appliance to assist sleep, including:
s14, under the condition of a plurality of users, the service end determines the priority of the users according to the sleeping quality of the users.
S15, the server takes the user with high priority as a target user; wherein, the higher the sleep quality, the lower the priority of the user.
S01, the server determines the sleep state of the target user.
S02, the server determines target aromatherapy and target aromatherapy release parameters according to the sleep state of the target user.
S03, the server controls the aromatherapy device to release the target aromatherapy according to the target aromatherapy release parameters so as to assist the user in sleeping.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case of multiple users, the target user needs to be determined, so as to determine the target aromatherapy and the target aromatherapy release parameters according to the requirements of the target user. Specifically, determining the priority of the user, and determining a target user according to the priority of the user; as an example, the priority of the user is determined according to the sleep quality of the user, wherein the higher the sleep quality is, the lower the priority is, so that the user with poor sleep quality is taken as the user with high priority, and the user with high priority is further determined as the target user, so that the aromatherapy device is controlled to operate to assist the target user in sleeping. As another example, the priority of the user is determined according to age information of the user; for example, children have a higher priority than middle aged and elderly people than young adults. Therefore, the sleeping quality of the children can be guaranteed by preferentially assisting the children to sleep, and the middle-aged and the elderly and the young are orderly arranged.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides another method for controlling intelligent home appliance to assist sleep, including:
s16, the sensor acquires behavior information of the target user;
s01, the server determines the sleeping state of the target user under the condition that the behavior information of the target user indicates that the target user lies down.
S02, the server determines target aromatherapy and target aromatherapy release parameters according to the sleep state of the target user.
S03, the server controls the aromatherapy device to release the target aromatherapy according to the target aromatherapy release parameters so as to assist the user in sleeping.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, before determining the sleep state of the user, the behavior information of the target user is acquired, and when the behavior information of the target user indicates that the user lies, namely, is at rest, the sleep state of the target user is further judged; the behavior information of the target user can be acquired through an image detection device such as a camera. Thus, after the sleep behavior of the target user is identified, the auxiliary sleep control can be started, and resource saving is facilitated.
