With the rapid development of scientific technology, valves have become one of indispensable control devices in industrial equipment. Especially, the high-pressure quick-opening ball valve is used as a valve for working conditions with high pressure (medium pressure is more than 40 MPa), high-frequency on-off and extremely high requirements on medium cutoff speed, and the difficulty of the quick-opening ball valve is far greater than that of a common ball valve. The original driver connecting disc 18, the original gland 17 and the original valve body 16 of the common high-pressure switch ball valve (see figure 4) are connected by a first screw 19 and a second screw 20, the driver is connected with the original driver connecting disc 18 by bolts, the first screw 19 and the second screw 20 are easy to be cut short and fail under the impact of the switching moment of a large-torque actuator, and the valve rod is easy to be pressed and sprayed.

The actuator coupling disc 7 is provided with a gland 11 positioned in the actuator coupling disc 7, and one end of the gland 11 facing the sealing ring 9 is abutted against one side of the fixing snap ring departing from the flange. The structure transmits the thrust of the valve rod 4 and has no bearing bolt.
The portion of the gland 11 in contact with the stem 4 and the portion of the main valve body 1 in contact with the stem 4 are provided with a second bearing 13 and a third bearing 12, respectively.
