The prefabricated proportion of a modular building structure system generally exceeds 85%, the foundation of a modular building is an important link on a construction site, but related researches on the foundation connection of the modular building in China are relatively few at present, and particularly, the foundation connection mode of the modular building has the following defects:
1) The module building foundation adopts a concrete strip foundation, and the modules directly fall on the strip foundation and are connected with the module corner fittings through the wind-resistant corner fittings. Stability, typhoon resistance are relatively poor. And does not meet the design requirement of modular architectural mechanics.
2) The modularized building is in an embedded part form on a strip foundation, and is bolted with a bottom corner part of the modularized building through bolts on the embedded part, so that the positioning accuracy of the embedded part is required to be ensured in the foundation construction process. Meanwhile, the welding and mounting precision of the modular structure is guaranteed. Otherwise, the steel cannot be accurately positioned in the processes of field hoisting and construction.

step seven, installing a positioning pin (4.2): the positioning pin (4.2) penetrates through the second connecting hole (11) and is connected with the connecting plate (4.1) through a bolt;
step eight, secondary grouting: grouting in the secondary grouting groove (6) of the foundation beam (1), and filling gaps among the foundation embedded part (2), the adjusting part (3), the connecting component (4) and the secondary grouting groove (6) densely until the top surface of the foundation beam (1) is designed to be an elevation, so that construction is finished.
