The invention provides an on-line automatic cleaning method for sticky slag of a KR desulfuration stirrer of molten iron, which mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the molten iron received by the molten iron tank, conveying the molten iron tank to a slagging-off station of a desulfurization station, carrying out temperature measurement sampling and slagging-off before molten iron slagging-off, requiring the exposed surface of the molten iron to be more than or equal to 2/3, and recording the temperature of the molten iron, the sulfur content before the molten iron and the weight of the molten iron; after the pre-slag is raked off, the molten iron liquid level is 0.3-0.5 kg/tIronThe thermal insulation agent of the wood carbon particles or the carbonized rice hulls is paved according to the adding proportion;
(2) moving the hot metal ladle to a desulfurization station, and adopting a hot metal ladle liquid level detection device to detect the liquid level height of the hot metal ladle on line, or adopting the existing one-key desulfurization process model for desulfurization to calculate the liquid level height of the hot metal ladle according to the weight of the hot metal;
(3) when the on-line automatic cleaning of the sticky slag of the stirrer is implemented, the loading capacity of molten iron is required to be not lower than 90% of the rated loading capacity of the molten iron tank, and the temperature of the molten iron is required to be not lower than 1280 ℃;
(4) inserting a slag-bonding stirrer which needs to carry out on-line slag cleaning into molten iron, and ensuring that the depth L of the slag-bonding stirrer immersed in the vortex surface molten iron is not less than 50mm, and the height H of the bottom surface of the stirrer from the bottom of the tank is not less than 500 mm;
(5) controlling the stirring speed to 1/3-1/2 of normal desulfurization speed for rotary stirring, and stirring at 0.3-0.5 Kg/tIronAdding a desulfurizing agent to the molten iron liquid surface, wherein the desulfurizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: CaO is more than or equal to 74 percent, CaF2≥5%,SiO2Less than or equal to 5 percent, less than or equal to 0.05 percent of S and less than or equal to 1 percent of water;
(6) keeping the stirring speed unchanged, stirring for 5-10 min, and completing on-line automatic melting and cleaning of the sticky slag of the stirrer;
(7) after the stirrer is used for melting and cleaning the sticky slag on line, stopping the rotation of the stirrer, and lifting the stirrer to the normal stirring desulfurization insertion depth; according to the weight of the molten iron, the sulfur content before the molten iron and the temperature of the molten iron recorded in the step (1), correcting the temperature of the molten iron according to the temperature drop speed of the molten iron of 0.6-1 ℃/min and the slag removal stirring time in the online melting and cleaning process of the slag adhered to the stirrer, and calculating the addition of a desulfurizing agent by adopting the conventional one-key desulfurization process model, wherein the addition is generally 4-10 Kg/tIronAdding a desulfurizer and stirring and desulfurizing molten iron according to a normal desulfurization process until the stirring and desulfurizing are finished, lifting the stirrer out of the molten iron tank, and raising the stirrer to a waiting state, so that the stirring and desulfurizing of the molten iron in the current tank are finished after the stirrer is automatically melted and cleaned on line;
(8) and after the molten iron desulfurization is finished, conveying the molten iron tank to a slag skimming station, carrying out temperature measurement sampling on the desulfurized molten iron, skimming slag, and then transferring to a converter for iron blending.
Therefore, the aim of firstly carrying out on-line automatic melting and cleaning of the sticky slag of the stirrer under the condition of less slag and then carrying out stirring and desulphurization on the molten iron by utilizing the molten iron in one tank is achieved.
According to the steps, the stirrer sticky slag online melting automatic slag removal industrial test is successively carried out at 100-ton, 200-ton and 300-ton hot metal ladle KR desulfurization stations, compared with the conventional stirrer sticky slag manual pneumatic pick slag removal cleaning method, the stirrer sticky slag single slag removal time is shortened by 80%, all defects of manual pneumatic pick slag removal are avoided, the double test targets of online automatic rapid cleaning and ladle time high-efficiency desulfurization are achieved, the influence of the stirrer sticky slag manual mechanical slag removal on the production rhythm is remarkably reduced, the adverse influence of the stirrer sticky slag on the hot metal stirring desulfurization reaction dynamics is effectively relieved, and the technical requirements of high-efficiency stable production and converter high-efficiency smelting of hot metal KR stirring desulfurization are met.
Meanwhile, through on-site sampling analysis of the sticky slag of the stirrer, the chemical components in the KR sticky slag of the lime system desulfurizer are found as shown in the following table 1, so that the differences of the chemical components of the sticky slag of the stirrer are large, particularly the TFe content, because the conditions for stirring the desulfurized molten iron by the KR of the molten iron of different manufacturers are different from the composition of the desulfurizer, wherein the TFe is mainly metallic iron, but the types of the main components are basically the same, and the TFe content is found to be reduced along with the increase of the temperature of the desulfurized pretreated molten iron through the statistics of the average temperature of the desulfurized pretreated molten iron of different enterprises.
For the multi-element oxide system of the slag adhering of the KR stirrer of the molten iron, the main phases are tricalcium silicate (C3S), dicalcium silicate (C2S), tricalcium aluminate (C3A), hepta-aluminum dodecacalcium (C12A7) and tetracalcium aluminoferrite (C4AF), the slag adhering has no fixed melting point, the complete melting temperature is higher and is far higher than the conventional pretreatment temperature of the molten iron; furthermore, for CaO and CaF2The lime-based desulfurizer is prepared in the temperature range of 1345 ℃ to 1360 ℃ (equivalent to CaO-CaF)2The initial melting temperature of eutectic in the phase diagram, namely the complete solidification temperature of the melt), can generate regional melting to form a multi-element melt, and other components in the sticky slag also have the effect of reducing the melting point of CaO. According to the physical and chemical properties of the sticky slag of the stirrer, the temperature condition of molten iron for online molten iron melting and removing of the sticky slag of the stirrer is set, namely: the temperature of molten iron is more than or equal to 1280 ℃, so that the regional melting of the sticky slag and the iron coagulation and the multi-element oxide and the cleaning of the sticky slag melting loss of the stirrer are realized.
Based on the KR desulfurization stirrer slag bonding forming process, the analysis result of the physical and chemical properties of the bonded slag and the basic principle of high-temperature melting and cleaning of the bonded slag of the stirrer, the residual amount of the molten iron blast furnace slag is reduced by removing the front slag of the molten iron, and the formation of secondary bonded slag in the process of stirring, melting and cleaning of the bonded slag is inhibited; the temperature condition of the region melting of the slag-bonding iron and the multi-element oxide of the stirrer is ensured by the limitation of the slag-bonding melting temperature condition that the temperature of the molten iron is more than or equal to 1280 ℃; the technical measures of paving the heat insulating agent of the wood carbon particles or the carbonized rice hulls on the molten iron liquid surface are established, the light wood carbon particles or the carbonized rice hulls are used for covering and insulating the blast furnace slag remained on the molten iron liquid surface, the surface radiation and convection heat loss of the liquid surface slag are blocked, the heat dissipation temperature drop of the liquid surface slag is reduced, and the heat compensation is realized by the contact combustion of the plant carbon in the heat insulating agent at the upper layer and the air, so that the melting strips of the liquid surface slag are ensuredThe secondary slag sticking of the stirrer formed by cooling and solidifying the liquid level slag is avoided. The method ensures the sufficient molten iron depth when the sticky slag of the stirrer is melted and cleaned on line by limiting the loading capacity of the molten iron to be not less than 90 percent of the rated loading capacity of the molten iron tank, and ensures the realization of the conditions that the sticky slag of the stirrer is immersed in the molten iron with the vortex surface, the depth L of the sticky slag of the stirrer is not less than 50mm, and the height H of the bottom surface of the stirrer from the bottom surface of the tank is not less than 500 mm; the technical measure that the slag removal speed of the stirrer is 1/3-1/2 of the normal desulfurization speed is established, the rapid loss cleaning of the molten sticky slag is ensured through the speed difference between the wall surface of the stirrer and the molten iron, the problems of the exposure of the sticky slag of the stirrer and the incomplete cleaning of the sticky slag caused by deep vortex at high speed are avoided, the central aggregation of a heat insulating agent is also prevented, the coverage area of the heat insulating agent on the molten iron liquid level is expanded, and the temperature drop of the molten iron is reduced; 0.3-0.5 Kg/t of molten iron is added to the liquid level of molten ironIronThe desulfurizer utilizes the high alkalinity of the desulfurizer to adjust the alkalinity of slag formed by the separation and combination of the residual blast furnace slag and the plant carbon ash in molten iron, reduces the comprehensive slag melting point of the liquid level, and prevents secondary slag adhesion of the stirrer.
By the measures, the proper viscous slag melting and cleaning conditions such as small liquid level slag amount, low melting point, quick viscous slag melting and loss, low iron water temperature and the like in the online melting and cleaning process of the viscous slag of the stirrer are realized; the stirrer is continuously stirred for 5-10 min at a low speed, so that proper slag adhesion and loss cleaning time of the stirrer are ensured, and the purpose of online rapid automatic melting and cleaning of the stirrer adhesion slag is achieved.
After the stirrer slag is melted and cleaned on line, the invention sets a measure for lifting the stirrer to the normal stirring desulfurization insertion depth in step (7), under the condition of normal desulfurization stirring rotating speed, the stirring vortex is deeply inserted into the blade of the stirrer in the desulfurization process, so that the desulfurizing agent is smoothly drawn into the deep part of the molten iron to carry out mixed contact desulfurization reaction, furthermore, in the step (7) of the invention, a correction measure of the molten iron parameters before desulfurization is formulated according to the on-line melting and cleaning history process of the sticky slag of the stirrer, the accuracy of the setting of the desulfurization process parameters is ensured, in addition, the oxidizing property of the molten slag is also reduced under the action of the reducing agent of the plant carbon, thereby improving the thermodynamic condition of molten iron desulphurization, realizing the efficient desulphurization pretreatment of the molten iron in the tank after the on-line melting and cleaning of the sticky slag of the stirrer, and ensuring the stability of the quality and the production rhythm of the molten iron charged into the converter.
The method for automatically cleaning sticky slag of the KR desulfurization stirrer of molten iron provided by the invention has the advantages that under the condition of not changing the existing equipment, through reasonable selection of molten iron conditions, the technical scheme of online melting and cleaning of sticky slag of the stirrer and optimization of connection with the conventional stirring desulfurization process, the online melting and cleaning of sticky slag of the stirrer and the step-by-step implementation of stirring desulfurization of molten iron in a tank are realized by utilizing one tank of molten iron, various defects of high labor intensity, long slag cleaning time, severe operating environment, high potential safety hazard and the like of manual and mechanical slag striking of sticky slag of the stirrer are overcome, the problems of easy secondary sticky slag cleaning, long sticky slag cleaning time, large molten iron temperature reduction and the like of large-slag online melting and cleaning in the prior art are avoided, and the aims of improving the production efficiency of desulfurization equipment, improving the economic index of desulfurization technology and efficiently stabilizing and deeply desulfurizing molten iron are achieved.

Claims (5)

1. The online cleaning method for the sticky slag of the KR desulfurization stirrer for the molten iron is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) weighing the molten iron received by the molten iron tank, conveying the molten iron tank to a slagging-off station of a desulfurization station, carrying out temperature measurement sampling and slagging-off before molten iron slagging-off, requiring the exposed surface of the molten iron to be more than or equal to 2/3, and recording the temperature of the molten iron, the sulfur content before molten iron desulfurization and the weight of the molten iron; after the pre-slag is raked off, the molten iron liquid level is 0.3-0.5 kg/tIronAdding heat insulating agent;
(2) moving the hot metal ladle to a desulfurization station, and adopting a hot metal ladle liquid level detection device to detect the liquid level height of the hot metal ladle on line, or calculating the liquid level height of the hot metal ladle according to the weight of the hot metal obtained by weighing in the step (1);
(3) when the online cleaning of the sticky slag of the stirrer is implemented, the loading capacity of molten iron is required to be not lower than 90% of the rated loading capacity of the molten iron tank, and the temperature of the molten iron is required to be not lower than 1280 ℃;
(4) inserting a slag-bonding stirrer which needs to carry out on-line slag cleaning into molten iron, and ensuring that the depth L of the slag-bonding stirrer immersed in the vortex surface molten iron is not less than 50mm, and the height H of the bottom surface of the stirrer from the bottom of the tank is not less than 500 mm;
(5) 1/3 for controlling stirring speed to be normal desulfurization speed1/2, and stirring the mixture at a rate of 0.3 to 0.5Kg/tIronAdding a desulfurizing agent into the molten iron liquid level, wherein the desulfurizing agent meets the following requirements in percentage by weight: CaO is more than or equal to 74 percent and CaF2≥5%、SiO2Less than or equal to 5 percent, less than or equal to 0.05 percent of S and less than or equal to 1 percent of water;
(6) keeping the stirring speed unchanged, stirring until the sticky slag of the stirrer is automatically melted and cleaned on line.
2. The online cleaning method for the sticky slag of the KR desulfuration stirrer for the molten iron as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following steps:
after the stirrer is used for melting and cleaning the sticky slag on line, stopping the rotation of the stirrer, and lifting the stirrer to the normal stirring desulfurization insertion depth; according to the weight of the molten iron, the sulfur content before molten iron desulfurization and the temperature of the molten iron recorded in the step (1), the temperature of the molten iron is corrected according to the temperature drop speed of the molten iron of 0.6-1 ℃/min and the slag removal stirring time in the online melting and cleaning process of the slag adhered to the stirrer, and the correction is carried out according to the weight of the molten iron, the sulfur content before molten iron desulfurization and the temperature of the molten iron, wherein the temperature of the molten iron is 4-10 Kg/tIronAdding a desulfurizer into the molten iron, adding the desulfurizer and stirring and desulfurizing the molten iron according to a normal desulfurization process until the stirring and desulfurizing are finished, and lifting the stirrer out of the molten iron tank to be in a waiting state.
3. The online cleaning method for the sticky slag of the KR desulfuration stirrer for the molten iron as claimed in claim 2, is characterized by further comprising the following steps:
and after the molten iron desulfurization is finished, conveying the molten iron tank to a slag skimming station, carrying out temperature measurement sampling on the desulfurized molten iron, skimming slag, and then transferring to a converter for iron blending.
4. The online cleaning method for the sticky slag of the KR desulfuration stirrer for the molten iron as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the heat preservation agent in the step (1) is wood carbon particles or carbonized rice hulls.
5. The online cleaning method for the sticky slag of the KR desulfuration stirrer for the molten iron as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the stirring time in the step (6) is 5-10 min.
