本发明涉及一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,属农业肥料技术领域。它包括高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体,土壤修复层和保湿层,所述土壤修复层将高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体包裹起来,所述土壤修复层被保湿层包裹住;矿源黄腐酸钾可有效刺激植株生长发育,加速作物的生根、养根、护根;可减少用肥,络合中微量元素,提高肥料利用率,增效;可直接参与植物新陈代谢,提高光合作用,提高含糖量,改善作物品质,大幅度增产、增收。另外矿源黄腐酸钾和玉米芯粉的活性因子能够激活土壤团粒结构,打破板结,改善土壤疏松性,透气及保水功能增强,能够活化土壤,达到作物水分及养分的平衡,同时增强作物的抗旱、抗寒、抗病等抗逆能力,使硝基复合肥达到优良的防结效果。

本发明涉及一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,属农业肥料技术领域。
背景技术
随着全球气温的不断升高,特别是在空气干燥的地方或者地势稍高处,施肥过的土壤容易干旱,这样植物很难对干燥的肥料进行吸收,导致肥料的养分利用率降低。同时由于各种肥料使用过多,造成土壤板结、盐渍化现象越来越严重,导致植物很难健康生长。
另外我国人口众多,平均耕地面积十分有限,保护好现有耕地、改良利用障碍性土壤意义重大;因此如何制备一种营养物质丰富,营养元素释放协调持久, 肥料养分利用效率高,一次性施肥无需追肥或少追肥,并可改良土壤性质,增强作物的抗旱、抗寒、抗病等抗逆能力专用肥料成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,包括高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体,土壤修复层和保湿层,所述土壤修复层将高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体包裹起来,所述土壤修复层被保湿层包裹住。
所述高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体由硝酸铵、硫酸钾、硫酸铵、磷酸组成。
所述土壤修复层材料为矿源黄腐酸钾。
所述保湿层材料为玉米芯粉。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:矿源黄腐酸钾可有效刺激植株生长发育,加速作物的生根、养根、护根;可减少用肥,络合中微量元素,提高肥料利用率,增效;可直接参与植物新陈代谢,提高光合作用,提高含糖量,改善作物品质,大幅度增产、增收。另外矿源黄腐酸钾和玉米芯粉的活性因子能够激活土壤团粒结构,打破板结,改善土壤疏松性,透气及保水功能增强,能够活化土壤,达到作物水分及养分的平衡,同时增强作物的抗旱、抗寒、抗病等抗逆能力,使硝基复合肥达到优良的防结效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体1,土壤修复层2和保湿层3,所述土壤修复层2将高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体1包裹起来,所述土壤修复层2被保湿层3包裹住。
矿源黄腐酸钾作修复土壤的高塔造粒复合肥加工步骤如下:
A、高浓度硝酸铵溶液的制备:将硝酸铵中和生成的硝酸铵溶液通过一段蒸发后达到95%以上的浓度,通过泵送入高塔,再通过二段蒸发在170℃高温空气和1.3MPa饱和蒸汽的气提和蒸发作用下制得175℃和99%以上的硝酸铵溶液,自流进入高位熔融槽
B、钾混合:将硝酸铵溶液从熔融槽送入第一混合反应槽中,然后将硫酸钾、硫酸铵加入第一混合反应槽内,在155℃-160℃的温度下与熔融硝酸铵混合;
C、磷混合:将第一混合反应槽内混合的物料流入第二混合反应槽内,再将加入磷酸一铵加入第二混合反应槽内,在145℃-150℃的温度下与第一混合反应槽内的混合物料混合,得到混合熔融料浆;
D、高塔造粒成型;将均质混合液通过高塔的差动式造粒喷头喷洒进入造粒塔内完成造粒;再将造粒成型后的颗粒经冷却、过粗筛、过细筛、包膜(在包膜滚筒内加入矿源黄腐酸钾和玉米芯粉),最后包装为成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,其特征是所述高塔造粒硝基复合肥本体由硝酸铵、硫酸钾、硫酸铵、磷酸组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,其特征是所述土壤修复层材料为矿源黄腐酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用矿源黄腐酸钾做修复土壤的高塔硝基复合肥,其特征是所述保湿层材料为玉米芯粉。
