Description

Aeration tank foam eliminating device applied to sewage treatment system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to an aeration tank foam eliminating device applied to a sewage treatment system.
Background
At present, most sewage treatment systems adopt an activated sludge process treatment process, the process is widely adopted worldwide, and when sewage treatment plants and sewage treatment systems adopt the activated sludge process to treat sewage, a large amount of foams are generated on the surface of an aeration tank.
Particularly in winter, because the temperature is reduced, foams in an aerobic pool and a hydrolysis pool in the sewage treatment system are easier to generate and are not easy to break, and a large amount of foams overflow out of the water pool and flow to the periphery of the water pool after a long time, so that the field attractiveness is reduced, and the surrounding environmental sanitation is influenced. In addition, once the foam covers the surface layer of the water surface in the aeration tank, oxygen deficiency in the aeration tank can be caused, and aerobic microorganisms are propagated and killed.
The elimination of foam from the surface of the aeration tank is a considerable technique to avoid the risk of aerobic microorganisms breeding and dying. Except chemical elimination methods (serious pollution and insufficient environmental protection) such as adding cationic polyacrylamide, Chinese patent No. CN201910862804.5 discloses a foam eliminating device of a sewage treatment aeration tank, the device comprises a translation mechanism and a connecting mechanism, wherein the connecting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the translation mechanism, the translation mechanism comprises a translation motor, a translation frame, connecting strips, pulleys, rotary rods, guide sleeve plates and a bottom limiting plate, two rotary rods are arranged at one end of the translation motor, the pulleys are arranged on the outer sides of the two ends of each rotary rod, the connecting strips are arranged on the outer sides of the middle parts of the rotary rods, the translation frame is arranged on the upper end surface of each connecting strip, a foam eliminating motor is arranged on the upper end surface of the translation frame, and five guide sleeve plates are arranged on the inner side of the translation frame, a bottom limiting plate is installed on the lower end face of one of the guide sleeve plates, and a sliding rail is installed on the lower end faces of the two pulleys. The equipment that above-mentioned scheme involved is various, and the structure is complicated, overhauls the trouble, and the motor consumption is big, and only has the function that the foam was eliminated, can't compromise other functions simultaneously, functions such as waste water resource is applied mechanically and is reduced the emission of carbon, does not conform to the call that the national environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, carbon neutralized, carbon reached the peak.
