Description

Oil gun and oiling machine considering both vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and secondary oil gas recovery system of gas station
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil guns, in particular to an oil gun and an oiling machine which have both a vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and a gas station secondary oil gas recovery system.
Background
GB18352.6-2016 [ limit value for emission of light automobile pollutants and measurement method ], (national Standard six), issued in 2016, in order to meet the standard requirements, domestic vehicles need to be upgraded with vehicle-mounted oil and gas recovery (ORVR) systems since 2020. The oil gas recovery efficiency of the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is up to more than 98%, and once the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is popularized in a large scale, secondary oil gas recovery equipment is replaced.
However, most of the existing gas stations in China are previously installed secondary oil gas recovery systems, which generally comprise an oil gas recovery type oil gun, a coaxial rubber tube, an oil-gas separator, an oil gas recovery vacuum pump and other devices, and the working principle of the secondary oil gas recovery system is that oil gas overflowing from an oil tank opening in the oil filling process is directly pumped back to a buried oil tank through the oil gas recovery vacuum pump.
The vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is characterized in that an oil tank of the automobile is transformed, so that the oil filling process forms liquid seal, oil gas enters the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery activated carbon canister under the action of pressure, and the oil gas is prevented from being discharged into the atmosphere from an oil tank opening.
The replacement of the existing secondary oil gas recovery system to the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is not a matter all the time, and the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system needs to be gradually popularized, the popularization process can be as long as several years or even decades, and with the promotion of the national six standards, the number of automobiles provided with the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is increased year by year in the future, so that the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and the traditional secondary oil gas recovery system can coexist in a long time, and even two technologies can coexist in the future. However, the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and the secondary oil gas recovery system have certain differences due to design and operation parameters, an oil gas recovery type oil gun used in the current market can only keep a fixed gas-liquid ratio in the oil filling process, and certain incompatibility can occur when the oil gas recovery type oil gun is used for filling oil to a vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system automobile, and the problems include that an oil gas recovery vacuum pump cannot extract oil gas in the oil filling process to cause overlarge pressure and stop the automobile, or excessive air is extracted back to an underground oil storage tank to cause the escape and emission of a PV valve.

In the fuel gun considering both the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and the secondary oil gas recovery system of the gas station, the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery induction valve 2 is a two-stage valve and comprises a first valve part 202 and a second valve part 203. If oil and gas are overflowed from the oil tank port during the refueling process of a vehicle without the vehicle-mounted oil and gas recovery system, the gas spaces (the first valve chamber and the second valve chamber) of the first valve part 202 and the second valve part 203 are both in positive pressure, the first valve part 202 and the second valve part 203 are both in an open state, namely the first diaphragm 205 in the first valve part 202 is close to or abutted against the first valve cover 207 under the action of the first valve part spring 206, the second diaphragm 208 in the second valve part 203 is close to or abutted against the second valve cover 210 under the action of the second valve part spring 209, neither the first valve seat through hole 212 nor the second valve seat through hole 213 is shielded, the recovered oil and gas enter the first valve part 202 through the front gas passage, then reach the valve seat gas passage 211 through the first valve seat through hole 212 and the throttle through hole 204, then enter the second valve chamber of the second valve part 203 through the second valve seat through hole 213, and then enter the rear gas passage, at the moment, the resistance of the whole gas circuit for oil gas recovery is small, and the gas-liquid ratio is kept at a high value; if in the process of refueling a vehicle equipped with the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system, oil gas does not overflow from the oil tank port, at the moment, the gas space (the first valve cavity) of the first valve part 202 is under negative pressure, the first diaphragm 205 can compress the first valve part spring 206 under the action of the negative pressure and completely block the first valve seat through hole 212, the oil gas can only enter the valve seat gas path 211 through the throttling through hole 204, at the moment, the resistance of the oil gas recovery gas path is relatively large, the second valve part 203 is in a semi-open state under the influence of the suction force of the vacuum pump, namely, the second diaphragm 208 in the second valve part 203 is continuously or discontinuously close to or clings to the second valve seat through hole 213 under the action of the negative pressure, so that the second valve seat through hole 213 is partially or discontinuously opened, and the gas-liquid ratio is kept at a relatively low value.
The oiling gun considering the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and the secondary oil gas recovery system of the gas station can avoid the influence of the vacuum pump on the sensing function of the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery sensing valve 2 through the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery sensing valve 2 with the two-stage structure, can sensitively sense the pressure of an oil tank port, and automatically adjust the gas-liquid ratio to a proper range (equivalent to automatically identifying the vehicle type and adjusting the gas-liquid ratio to be suitable for the vehicle type) so as to adapt to different vehicle types. Safety conditions in the station are improved, and the physical health of the staff is guaranteed; in addition, the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery induction valve 2 of the oil gun is of a pure mechanical structure, is long in service life and is not easy to damage.
In general, through design, the oil gun considering the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system and the gas station secondary oil gas recovery system can keep a gas-liquid ratio of 1-1.2 for oil gas recovery as a common oil gun when an automobile not provided with the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is filled with oil, and the gas-liquid ratio can be reduced to 0.2-0.8 when the automobile provided with the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is filled with oil. In some embodiments, the first valve spring 206 is set to provide a pressure between 100Pa and 1000Pa for maximum deformation, and the second valve spring 209 is set to provide a pressure between 1000Pa and 18000Pa for maximum deformation, so as to adjust the gas-liquid ratio to a suitable range for different vehicle models.
Specifically, the oil gun can include an oil gun head 3 and a gas collecting hood 1, the oil gun head 3 is connected to the front end of the oil gun body 4, the gas collecting hood 1 is sleeved on the oil gun head 3, and the rear end of the gas collecting hood is connected to the oil gun body 4.
In some embodiments, the first diaphragm 205 is near the muzzle (front) side of the fuel gun, primarily for detecting vacuum at the fuel tank port; the second diaphragm 208 is being close to oil gas recovery vacuum pump (rear) side, and oil gas recovery vacuum pump starts among the refueling process, leads to the inside gas circuit of nozzle to appear the vacuum, and second valve portion 203 has certain air lock effect this moment, can avoid the operation of vacuum pump to lead to first valve portion 202 to close.
Preferably, on-vehicle vapor recovery system response valve 2 set up in the exit of the nozzle body 4, be formed with gas collecting channel gas circuit 15 in the gas collecting channel 1, be formed with nozzle body gas circuit 10 in the nozzle body 4, preceding gas circuit does gas collecting channel gas circuit 15, the back gas circuit does nozzle body gas circuit 10 sets up on-vehicle vapor recovery system response valve 2 in being close to nozzle head 3, can make on-vehicle vapor recovery system response valve 2 more acute to the forced induction of fuel tank port.
Wherein the peripheral edge of the first membrane 205 and the peripheral edge of the second membrane 208 respectively fit on the outer wall of the valve seat 201 facing the first valve cover 207 and the outer wall of the valve seat 201 facing the second valve cover 210.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the valve seat housing is formed with an axially extending cylindrical passage therein, and the valve seat 201 includes a valve seat core disposed within the cylindrical passage coaxially therewith, the valve seat core having a cylindrical outer profile and an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the cylindrical passage to form the annular valve seat air passage 211 therebetween.
Specifically, in the vehicle-mounted oil and gas recovery induction valve 2, the first valve seat through hole 212 faces the center of the first diaphragm 205, the second valve seat through hole 213 faces the center of the second diaphragm 208, so that the first valve seat through hole 212 can be better sealed and the second valve seat through hole 213 can be semi-closed under pressure, the throttling through hole 204 faces the edge of the first diaphragm 205, and the inner diameter of the throttling through hole 204 is smaller than that of the first valve seat through hole 212.
Preferably, a gas-liquid ratio fine adjustment screw 34 is arranged on the fuel nozzle gun gas circuit 10 and used for adjusting the gas flow rate in the fuel nozzle gun gas circuit 10, and the gas-liquid ratio fine adjustment screw 34 can be manually adjusted when needed. The gas-liquid ratio fine adjustment screw 34 can control the flow cross section of the gas path 10 of the gun body of the oil filling gun by inserting the depth of the gas path 10 of the gun body of the oil filling gun, so that the gas resistance is influenced, and the gas-liquid ratio is adjusted.
In a preferred embodiment, the gas collecting hood 1 includes a corrugated pipe section 6 at the front side, and the corrugated pipe section 6 is formed with gas filling holes 16 to connect the outside and the gas collecting hood gas path 15. The air supply holes 16 at the corrugated pipe section 6 of the gas collecting hood 1 are used for supplying air when the oil amount is insufficient in the oil gas recovery process or discharging redundant oil gas in the oil gas recovery process. Taking the embodiment as an example, when the gas-liquid ratio is 1.1, when an automobile which is not equipped with the vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery system is refueled, oil gas overflowing from an oil tank is equal to the refueled volume, the return gas quantity is insufficient at the moment, and outside air enters the gas collecting hood 1 through the gas supplementing hole 16, so that the problem that the first valve part 202 of the vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery induction valve 2 is closed due to overlarge vacuum in the gas collecting hood 1 or the automatic control membrane component 12 is triggered to act to jump a gun can be avoided, therefore, in this case, the gas supplementing structure is arranged for the gas collecting hood 1, and the problem that the gun jumps due to the overhigh vacuum degree of the oil tank opening in the process of refueling the automobile which is not equipped with the vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery system can be reduced; when the gas-liquid ratio is 0.8, when an automobile which is not provided with the vehicle-mounted oil gas recovery system is refueled, oil gas overflowing from an oil tank is equal to the refueled volume, the oil gas cannot be completely recovered through a refueling gun, and at the moment, part of the oil gas is discharged to the outside through a gas supplementing hole 16; and when the gas-liquid ratio is 0.3, when the automobile provided with the vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery system is refueled, no oil gas overflows in the oil tank, the air return quantity is insufficient at the moment, the outside air enters the gas collecting hood 1 through the air supplementing hole 16, and the air supplementing hole 16 can prevent the front end of the vacuum pump from being completely blocked, so that the pump is damaged.
