本发明公开了一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,包括3D有序多孔填充层,以及附着于所述3D有序多孔填充层外表面以及内部的纤维结构;本发明的优点在于,使用纤维与3D有序多孔填充层相结合,并通过3D有序多孔填充层的充气量多少来控制絮片的整体蓬松性,改善絮片内部热对流与压缩回弹,从而实现其可控热阻与压力。

一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片
技术领域
本发明属于保暖絮片技术领域,尤其是涉及一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片。
背景技术
絮片属于非织造材料的一种,通常是由植物纤维、动物纤维或化学纤维制成的供保暖、隔热或防震用的片型棉状物,用于保暖及隔热。随着科学技术的高度发展,并且由于天然保暖材料资源有限,出现了以涤纶、丙纶和腈纶为主的合成纤维保暖絮料,打破了之前以天然纤维为主的保暖材料的局面,特别是世纪中期出现了以专用纤维及专用设备加工生产的保暖材料。絮片作为服装、寝具保暖的主要辅料,其结构蓬松、质地通常比较柔软。
多年来,被芯、枕芯、衣服等夹层长期使用纤维,包括:天然纤维(棉毛丝麻等),以及化学纤维:(多孔涤纶、腈纶等)为主要材料作为保暖和支撑内芯,需要耗费大量纤维资源,且不同季节需要使用不同的内芯;但是现有的纤维絮片,其使用状态较为单一,不具备絮片的整体蓬松状态、内部热对流的大小、以及压缩回弹力的可控性。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,使用纤维与3D有序多孔填充层相结合,并通过3D有序多孔填充层的充气量多少来控制絮片的整体蓬松性,改善絮片内部热对流与压缩回弹,从而实现其可控热阻与压力。
本发明的技术方案是:一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,包括3D有序多孔填充层,以及附着于所述3D有序多孔填充层外表面以及内部的纤维结构。
作为优选的技术方案,所述3D有序多孔填充层包括多层上下叠加、且一体成型的可充气结构层,且相邻层的可充气结构层之间通过若干个气路连通孔相连接。
作为优选的技术方案,在每层的可充气结构层上设置有若干等间隔规则排布的透气孔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述纤维结构由不规则排布的纤维组成,该纤维附着于所述可充气结构层的外表面,以及穿插于所述可充气结构层上的透气孔内。
作为优选的技术方案,所述可充气结构层选自直径小于50um、且经纬密度大于200根/厘米的化学长丝纤维。
作为优选的技术方案,所述纤维选自天然棉纤维、羊毛、蚕丝或腈纶仿毛纤维中的一种或多种。
作为优选的技术方案,所述3D有序多孔填充层的厚度为5mm~50cm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述3D有序多孔填充层中可充气结构层的层数为1~7层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述可充气结构层内部的充气压力在0~0.15MP范围内。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,使用纤维与3D有序多孔填充层相结合,并通过3D有序多孔填充层的充气量多少来控制絮片的整体蓬松性,改善絮片内部热对流与压缩回弹,从而实现其可控热阻与压力。
2.本发明的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,有效保证不影响原絮片层的透气、透湿性能,即具备很好的可透气、可透湿性。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明而不限于限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
实施例:参照图1至图5所示,一种纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,包括3D有序多孔填充层1,以及附着于所述3D有序多孔填充层1外表面以及内部的纤维结构2;使用纤维结构2与3D有序多孔填充层1相结合,并通过3D有序多孔填充层1的充气量多少来控制絮片的整体蓬松性,改善絮片内部热对流与压缩回弹,从而实现其可控热阻与压力。
在本实施例中,所述3D有序多孔填充层1包括多层上下叠加、且一体成型的可充气结构层11,且相邻层的可充气结构层11之间通过若干个气路连通孔12相连接,本实施例中层与层之间气路相互连通,即可以通过一次进气控制完成整个3D有序多孔填充层1的进气量,同时此处也可以选择相邻可充气结构层11之间相互不连通,即单个可充气结构层11独立进气。
本实施例中,在每层的可充气结构层11上设置有若干等间隔规则排布的透气孔13,通过通气孔的设计,可以有效保证不影响原絮片层的透气、透湿性能,即具备很好的可透气、可透湿性。
在本实施例中的纤维结构2由不规则排布的纤维组成,该纤维附着于所述可充气结构层11的外表面,以及穿插于所述可充气结构层11上的透气孔13内,本实施例中该纤维选自天然棉纤维、羊毛、蚕丝或腈纶仿毛纤维中的一种或多种。
在本实施例中,所述可充气结构层1选自直径小于50um、且经纬密度大于200根/厘米的化学长丝纤维,本实施例中该化学长丝纤维选自涤纶或者锦纶。
在本实施例中,所述3D有序多孔填充层1的厚度为5mm~50cm,所述3D有序多孔填充层1中可充气结构层11的层数为7层;所述可充气结构层11内部的充气压力在0~0.15MP范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述3D有序多孔填充层包括多层上下叠加、且一体成型的可充气结构层,且相邻层的可充气结构层之间通过若干个气路连通孔相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,在每层的可充气结构层上设置有若干等间隔规则排布的透气孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述纤维结构由不规则排布的纤维组成,该纤维附着于所述可充气结构层的外表面,以及穿插于所述可充气结构层上的透气孔内。
5.根据权利要求2所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述可充气结构层选自直径小于50um、且经纬密度大于200根/厘米的化学长丝纤维。
6.根据权利要求4所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述纤维选自天然棉纤维、羊毛、蚕丝或腈纶仿毛纤维中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述3D有序多孔填充层的厚度为5mm~50cm。
8.根据权利要求2所述的纤维与3D有序多孔填充层结合絮片,其特征在于,所述3D有序多孔填充层中可充气结构层的层数为1~7层。
