Abstract
The invention provides a thread machining die which comprises a male die and a female die matched with the male die; a cavity is arranged on the female die; the male die is provided with a demolding assembly and a core matched with the cavity, the tail end of the core is provided with a thread forming section stretching into the cavity and internally tangent to form an internal thread, and the demolding assembly is connected with the core to drive the core to rotationally demold. And cooling and solidifying the formed bottle cap subjected to injection molding, then opening the mold, driving the mold core to rotate by the demolding assembly, pushing the bottle cap to move outwards, demolding the bottle cap, and finally forming the bottle cap. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of die equipment, in particular to a thread machining die.
Background
At present, thread machining inside a bottle cap is generally carried out by a motor and a thread machining cutter. When the threads in the bottle cap are machined, the motor drives the thread machining cutter to feed along the axial direction of the bottle cap through the transmission device so as to machine the threads. Due to the inertia of the motor and the transmission device, the thread machining tool cannot be stopped suddenly and easily collides with the bottle cap, so that the bottle cap is damaged, and the machining quality is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a thread processing mold to solve the technical problem of product damage caused by processing threads with a thread processing tool in the prior art.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a thread-working die comprising a male die and a female die cooperating with the male die;

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to fig. 1 to 3 and the detailed description thereof, and it should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a thread processing mold, which can be used for molding an injection molded part and forming an internal thread, wherein the injection molded part is an injection molded product with an internal thread hole, specifically includes a bottle cap and a plastic nut, and can also be used for molding some special-shaped structures, such as a plastic connecting rod with an internal thread, a plastic shell with an internal thread, and the like. Hereinafter, the bottle cap is exemplified.
Specifically, the thread forming die includes a male die 2 and a female die 1 which is fitted to the male die 2. The female die 1 is provided with a cavity 11 for forming a bottle cap, and the cavity 11 is used for forming the external shape of the bottle cap. The male die 2 is provided with a demoulding component 3 and a core 4. The core 4 is matched with the cavity 11 to form the inner shape of the bottle cap by the core 4. More specifically, the core 4 is provided at its distal end with a thread forming section 41 for forming an internal thread of the bottle cap. Stripper assembly 3 is coupled to core 4 to drive core 4 to rotationally strip. When the bottle cap is formed, the cavity 11 on the female die 1 and the core 4 on the male die 2 are matched to form the integral structure of the bottle cap, and meanwhile, the thread forming section 41 on the core 4 extends into the cavity to form the internal thread of the bottle cap in the bottle cap. After the bottle cap is cooled and solidified, the mold is opened, the demolding assembly 3 drives the mold core 4 to rotate, the bottle cap is pushed to move outwards, and therefore the bottle cap is demolded, and finally the bottle cap is formed. In this embodiment, the internal thread of the bottle cap is directly formed by the thread forming section 41 without using a motor, a transmission device and a thread machining tool, so that the internal damage of the bottle cap is avoided, and the forming quality and the yield of the bottle cap are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the stripping assembly 3 comprises a transmission 31 and a power member 32 outputting a rotary motion, a part of the transmission 31 being connected to the power member 32, another part of the transmission 31 being connected to the core 4 to transmit the rotary motion to the core 4. The transmission 31 transmits a rotational movement to the core 4, which rotational movement of the core 4 causes the cap to be unscrewed from the core 4, so that the cap is demoulded.
Specifically, the transmission mechanism 31 includes a rotating shaft 311, a first gear 312, a second gear 313, a third gear 314, and a transmission chain 315, wherein the rotating shaft 311 is disposed alongside the core 4, the first gear 312 is disposed on the core 4, the second gear 313 is disposed on the rotating shaft 311, the second gear 313 is engaged with the first gear 312, the third gear 314 is disposed on the rotating shaft 311, and the third gear 314 is drivingly connected to the power member 32 through the transmission chain 315. The power component 32 drives the third gear 314 to rotate through the transmission chain 315, the third gear 314 drives the rotating shaft 311 to rotate, the rotating shaft 311 drives the second gear 313 to rotate, the second gear 313 drives the first gear 312 to rotate, and finally the first gear 312 drives the mold core 4 to rotate.
The power member 32 may be specifically an electric motor or a pneumatic motor.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the male mold 2 is further provided with a plurality of bearings 5, wherein two bearings 5 are disposed on the core 4 and located at two sides of the first gear 312, and the other two bearings 5 are disposed on the rotating shaft 311 and located at two sides of the second gear 313. In this embodiment, reduce the friction pack manager of core 4 through setting up bearing 5, improve the rotational stability of core 4, avoid core 4 to cause the damage to the bottle lid when rotatory.
For the core 4, the specific shape is a shaft, a first end of the core 4 is provided with a thread forming section 41, and a second end of the core 4 is connected with the two corresponding bearings 5. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the male mold 2 is further provided with a mounting frame 6, the mounting frame 6 includes a fixing plate 61 and a mounting plate 62, the fixing plate 61 is fixed on a side wall of the male mold 2, the mounting plate 62 is fixed on the fixing plate 61, and the power member 32 is fixed on the mounting plate 62. In this embodiment, the power member 32 is mounted by providing the mounting bracket 6, specifically, the mounting bracket 6 is fixedly connected to the male mold 2 by the fixing plate 61, and the power member 32 is mounted by the mounting plate 62, thereby realizing the fixed mounting of the power member 32.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a positioning protrusion 611 is disposed on a side wall of the fixing plate 61 facing the male mold 2, and a positioning groove corresponding to the positioning protrusion 611 is disposed on a side wall of the male mold 2 facing the fixing plate 61. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the thread forming section 41 has an annular groove 411 adapted to the inner shape of the bottle cap, and a thread forming groove 412 adapted to the inner thread of the bottle cap is provided in the annular groove 411.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the core 4 is hollow and tubular, a bushing 7 is provided inside the core 4, and the male mold 2 is further provided with an injection molding pipe, which is inserted into the core 4 and is rotationally fitted with the core 4 through the bushing 7.
