The lathe bed is a main body of the milling machine; the machine cover is a closed milling machine shell cover and is provided with a machine cover door; the base bears the whole weight of the milling machine and accommodates cooling lubricating liquid; the main shaft box is positioned at the upper part of the lathe bed; the main shaft is used for fastening the milling cutter mandrel and driving the surface milling cutter to rotate; the face milling cutter 18 is a rotary round cutter for milling the plane of a workpiece and is arranged on a milling cutter mandrel; the driving motor is a motor which drives the transmission system and drives the main shaft to rotate; the transmission system is a variable speed redirecting system for driving the main shaft to rotate by the power of the transmission motor; the lifting table is used for supporting the workbench; the longitudinal workbench is used for installing a group milling bidirectional pneumatic clamp 17 and can automatically feed; the transverse workbench is positioned between the lifting platform and the longitudinal workbench; the PLC program control system 19 can program to automatically clamp or unclamp three workpieces (the rail bracket 16 of the press-filter machine) at a time and automatically mill a plane on the workpieces; the group milling bidirectional pneumatic clamp 17 is a milling machine clamp 17 for bidirectional pneumatic compaction of multiple workpieces, and comprises a clamp frame 1, a clamp base 2, a vertical cylinder 3 and a horizontal cylinder 4, and is arranged on a longitudinal workbench.
The workpiece, namely a rail bracket 16 of the press filter machine, comprises bracket angle irons 14 and bracket hangers 13, and the double bracket hangers 13 are vertically welded on one side of the bracket angle irons 14; and then a special plane milling machine and a group milling bidirectional pneumatic clamp 17 thereof are used for bi-directionally compacting the bracket angle iron, and then a bracket welding line 15 of the welding surface of the double bracket hanging lugs 13 (namely the installation contact surface of the rail bracket 16) is milled to be flat, so that the flatness of the installation contact surface of the rail bracket 16 reaches the standard, and the rail bracket 16 which is close to a Z shape (the middle line is a vertical line) is formed.
The working process of the special plane milling machine comprises the following steps: (1) clamping a workpiece: the milling plane (support mounting contact surface) of the three rail brackets 16 faces upwards, the horizontal planes of the bracket angle steels 14 are alternately arranged on the base compression beam 10 (vertical compression beam), the vertical planes of the bracket angle steels 14 are tightly attached to the frame compression rod 5 (horizontal compression rod), and under the control of the PLC program control system 19, the vertical cylinder 3 and the horizontal cylinder 4 respectively clamp the rail brackets 16 to be milled in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the hood door is closed; (2) group milling plane: under the control of a PLC program control system 19, a plane milling cutter 18 of a special plane milling machine automatically mills and levels milling planes 20 (support mounting contact surfaces) of three turning rail supports 16 according to a program; (3) loosening the workpiece: under the control of the PLC program control system 19, the vertical cylinder 3 and the horizontal cylinder 4 respectively automatically loosen the turning rail bracket 16 for finishing milling in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the hood door is opened, and the workpiece is taken out.
The special plane milling machine has the advantages that the existing manual clamp for milling the plane of the single turning rail bracket is improved to be the milling machine clamp 17 for bidirectionally and pneumatically compacting multiple workpieces, three groups of vertical air cylinders 3 and horizontal air cylinders 4 are utilized to bidirectionally and automatically compress three turning rail brackets 16 with special shapes respectively, so that the turning rail brackets 16 cannot displace when milling the plane, and the planeness quality of the installation contact surface of the turning rail brackets 16 is effectively ensured; the automation level and the production efficiency are improved, and the market demand of mass and high-efficiency production of the rail brackets 16 is met.
Claims (2)
1. A milling machine fixture for bidirectionally and pneumatically compacting multiple workpieces, namely a special group milling fixture for horizontally and vertically bidirectionally and automatically compacting Z-shaped turning rail brackets of multiple filter presses, is characterized in that: the clamp comprises a clamp frame, a clamp base, a vertical cylinder and a horizontal cylinder; the clamp frame comprises a frame compression rod, a frame main body, a horizontal cylinder seat, a compression rod double-side wing and a compression rod connecting plate; the frame pressing rod is solid round steel for horizontally pressing the rail bracket; the frame main body is a rectangular frame, is formed by welding square tubes, and has the length more than three times that of the rail bracket; the horizontal cylinder seat is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the horizontal cylinder; the two side wings of the compression bar and the compression bar connecting plate are respectively provided with a vertical cylinder piston rod connecting hole; the three horizontal cylinder seats are alternately and horizontally welded in the front frame edge of the frame main body, the frame pressing rod is welded on the rear frame edge of the frame main body, the two side wings of the pressing rod are respectively welded at two ends of the frame pressing rod, and the pressing rod connecting plate is horizontally and centrally welded outside the rear frame edge of the frame main body to form a clamp frame; the fixture frame can be horizontally provided with three horizontal cylinders, and piston rods of six vertical cylinders can be vertically connected in front, back, left and right; the clamp base is corresponding to the specification of the clamp frame and comprises a base compression beam, a vertical cylinder seat I and a vertical cylinder seat II, wherein the base compression beam is a square steel tube compression beam; the vertical cylinder seat I is a single vertical cylinder rectangular steel plate seat and is provided with four vertical cylinder mounting holes; the vertical cylinder seat II is a double-vertical cylinder rectangular steel plate seat, and two ends of the vertical cylinder seat II are respectively provided with four vertical cylinder mounting holes; the double vertical cylinder seats I are respectively welded on the base compression beam, and the positions of the double vertical cylinder seats I correspond to the double wings of the compression bar; three vertical cylinder seats II are welded below the base compression beam at intervals to form a clamp base; six vertical cylinders can be vertically arranged on the clamp base; the vertical cylinder and the horizontal cylinder are CO2A63-40DZ-XC4 type cylinders; the interconnection relationship is: six vertical cylinders are fixedly arranged on a vertical cylinder seat I and a vertical cylinder seat II of the clamp base, and piston rods of the six vertical cylinders are respectively connected with corresponding positions of the clamp frame, so that the clamp frame and the clamp base are connected into a whole, and the piston rods of the vertical cylinders can extend and retract to enable the clamp frame to lift and automatically compress three milling track supports in the vertical direction; the three horizontal cylinders are horizontally arranged on horizontal cylinder seats of the clamp frame respectively, and the piston rods of the horizontal cylinders can stretch out and draw back to automatically compress three milling track supports in the horizontal direction.
2. A special plane milling machine, namely a special plane group milling machine for installing contact surfaces of Z-shaped turning rail brackets of a filter press, comprises a machine body, a base, a main shaft box, a main shaft, a plane milling cutter, a driving motor, a transmission system, a lifting table, a longitudinal workbench, a transverse workbench, a PLC program control system and a group milling bidirectional pneumatic clamp; the method is characterized in that: the group milling bidirectional pneumatic clamp is a milling machine clamp for bidirectionally pneumatically compacting multiple workpieces according to claim 1; the plane milling machine has the functions of automatically clamping or loosening three workpieces at a time, namely, a rail bracket of a press filter machine and automatically milling a plane on the workpieces.
