No matter what specification of self-tapping and self-drilling screw is made, the diameter of the knife edge of each screw is larger than the diameter of the bottom of the screw, and in order to solve the problem, the diameter of the knife can be controlled within 0.3mm larger than the diameter of the bottom of the screw, and the volume of the knife which is more than that of the existing self-tapping and self-drilling screw is added on the knife back when the diameter of the knife is reduced. No matter how big the screw is made, the diameter of the knife edge can be made small according to the method. The bigger the cutter is, the bigger the hole is, the smaller the thread is clamped into the profile, and the tension is small.
