The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: when the wastewater needs to be deodorized, the first motor 431 is firstly turned on, the first motor 431 firstly drives the first gear 432 to rotate anticlockwise, the anticlockwise first gear 432 drives the toothed plate 433 to slide to the right, then the connecting plate 434 drives the quantitative cartridge 41, the piston rod 415 of the quantitative water cartridge 42 and the piston plate 414 to move to the right, so that the wastewater in the wastewater tank 1 is sucked into the liquid suction barrel 411 of the quantitative water cartridge 42, the deodorant liquid in the liquid medicine barrel 2 is sucked into the liquid suction barrel 411 of the quantitative cartridge 41, when the two liquid suction barrels 411 are full of liquid, the first motor 431 drives the first gear 432 to rotate clockwise, so that the liquid in the two liquid suction barrels 411 is pushed into the mixing cavity 302 to be mixed, and the strokes of the quantitative cartridge 41 and the piston plate 414 of the quantitative water cartridge 42 are consistent, so that the ratio of the wastewater sucked into the quantitative water cartridge 42 and the liquid medicine sucked into the quantitative cartridge 41 is constant, and the aim of accurately controlling the addition of the deodorant liquid medicine is achieved; when the output shaft of the first motor 431 rotates, the two stirring rods 304 can be driven to rotate, when the stirring rods 304 in the first mixing cavity 302 rotate, the stirring blades 305 on the stirring rods 304 can uniformly mix the wastewater and the deodorizing liquid medicine, then the next wave of wastewater and the deodorizing liquid medicine are continuously sent into the first mixing cavity 302 to be uniformly mixed until the wastewater in the first mixing cavity 302 overflows the overflow plate 301, and part of the wastewater which overflows the overflow plate 301 can enter the second mixing cavity 303, and the wastewater and the activated carbon particles 308 are uniformly stirred through the stirring blades 305 to decolor, deodorize and deodorize the wastewater again; when the toothed plate 433 moves to the right until the piston plate 414 is about to reach the rightmost side in the liquid suction barrel 411, at this time, the waste water in the second mixing cavity 303 is uniformly mixed with the activated carbon particles 308, the second rack 437 also reaches the second gear 316 and is meshed with the second gear 316, then the threaded rod 314 is driven to rotate by the second gear 316, the threaded rod 314 drives the baffle 310 to slide upwards through the moving block 313, so as to open the liquid outlet 309, the waste water in the second mixing cavity 303, which is in mixed contact with the activated carbon particles 308, is discharged, when the toothed plate 433 moves to the left again, the baffle 310 is driven to slide downwards, the liquid outlet 309 is closed timely, so that the waste water flowing into the second mixing cavity 303 from the first mixing cavity 302 cannot flow out of the liquid outlet 309 directly, and when the toothed plate 433 moves to the left again, the baffle 310 is driven to slide downwards, and the liquid outlet 309 is closed timely, so that the waste water flowing into the second mixing cavity 303 from the first mixing cavity 302 cannot flow out of the liquid outlet 309 directly.
