Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mud scraping device for an inclined plate sedimentation tank in this embodiment includes a mud scraping member and two driving members provided at both ends of the mud scraping member. In order to clearly describe the sludge scraping device, the inclined plate sedimentation tank in fig. 1 will be described first. The inclined plate sedimentation tank comprises an inclined shell 1, a water inlet 2 is formed in one side of the lower portion of the shell 1, a sewage discharge outlet 3 is formed in the bottom of the shell 1, a water outlet groove 4 and a water outlet 5 are formed in the top of the shell 1, and a plurality of inclined plates 6 which are arranged in parallel are arranged in the shell 1. The inclined plates 6 divide the interior of the housing 1 into a series of shallow sediment layers in which the treated and settled sludge moves and separates from each other. When the inclined plate 6 is used for a long time, certain floating mud on the inclined plate needs to be cleaned. Therefore, the mud scraping device of the invention is arranged in the inclined plate sedimentation tank.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to clearly show more structures, only the mud scraping member 7 on a part of the swash plate 6 is shown in fig. 1, the left side in the figure shows the connection relationship between the mud scraping member 7 and the swash plate 6, and the right side in the figure shows only the structure of the swash plate 6. The mud scraping device comprises a mud scraping part 7 and two driving parts 8. Wherein the mud scraping component 7 comprises scraping plates 71 and connecting plates 72 which are arranged at two sides of each inclined plate 6 in the inclined plate sedimentation tank. In this embodiment, the number of the scrapers 71 is one more than the number of the swash plates 6. The connecting plate 72 is arranged at one end of the scrapers 71 and connects a plurality of the scrapers 71 together to form a comb-shaped structure, and when in use, each scraper 71 and the connecting plate 72 move synchronously.
Specifically, the surface of the scraper 71 is perpendicular to the inclined plate 6, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, brushes 73 are disposed on both sides of the scraper 71, the brushes 73 are in contact with the surface of the inclined plate 6, and the brushes 73 can clean up floating mud on the surface of the inclined plate 6 when the scraper 71 moves. The arrangement of the brush 73 can avoid abrasion of the scraper 71, prolong the service life of the mud scraping device, and improve the effect of cleaning floating mud by the brush 73. The brushes 73 arranged on the two sides of the scraper 71 can not only clean the accumulated floating mud on the upper surface of the inclined plate 6, but also clean the floating mud adsorbed on the lower surface of the inclined plate 6. The plate surface of the scraper 71 is vertical to the inclined plate 6, so that the floating mud cleaning work can be efficiently finished when the scraper 71 moves leftwards or rightwards on the inclined plate 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the scraper 71 can reciprocate in the left-right direction in the figure, sweep the sludge on the sloping plate 6 away from the surface, and then discharge the sludge out of the sedimentation tank with the water flow. In other embodiments, the brushes 73 may not be provided, and both sides of the scraper 71 may directly abut against the sloping plate 6, which may also have the effect of cleaning the floating mud. In another embodiment, the brush 73 may be replaced by a rubber plate, which not only can achieve flexible connection between the scraper 71 and the inclined plate 6, but also can clean floating mud.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving unit 8 includes a first chain 81, a second chain 82, and a motor 83. A plurality of gears 9 are hinged on the inner wall of the casing 1, the gears 9 can rotate around their own axes for supporting the first chain 81 and the second chain 82. The motor 83 is also fixedly disposed on the housing 1, and is in transmission connection with the first chain 81, and can drive the first chain 81 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
The first chain 81 and the motor 83 are disposed at the upper end of the inclined plate 6, wherein the lower side (i.e., the side close to the inclined plate 6) of the first chain 81 is referred to as a first side and is disposed parallel to the movement locus of the scraper 7. In this embodiment, the movement of the scraper 7 is performed along the upper end surface of the swash plate 6, and thus, the lower side of the first chain 81 is parallel to the upper end surface of the swash plate 6. In addition, the end of the upper end of the scraper 7 is fixedly connected to the first chain 81 and can move horizontally with the first chain 81, i.e. along the upper end surface of the inclined plate 6. Specifically, the scraper 71 and the connecting plate 72 may be made of metal, and the ends of the first chain 81 and the connecting plate 72 may be welded together by a metal connecting rod 74, so as to move the scraper 7.
The lower side (i.e. the side close to the bottom of the scraper) of the second chain 82 is referred to as the second side and is arranged parallel to the movement path of the scraper 7. In this embodiment, the lower side of the second chain 82 is parallel to the lower end surface of the swash plate 6. In addition, the end of the lower end of the mud scraping component 7 is fixedly connected with the second chain 82 and can horizontally move along with the second chain 82. Specifically, the lower side of the second chain 82 is welded to the bottom of the scraper 71 located at the outermost end by a metal connecting rod, thereby moving the scraper member 7.
In this embodiment, the first chain 81 and the second chain 82 are arranged in the housing 1 according to a rectangular configuration, and gears 9 are sleeved at four corners thereof. The lower side of the first chain 81 and the upper side of the second chain 82 share two gears 9, so that when the motor 83 drives the first chain 81 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, the second chain 82 also rotates along with the first chain 81 in the same direction. It should be noted that when the first chain 81 rotates clockwise, the lower side of the first chain 81, i.e. the side fixedly connected to the mud scraping member 7, moves to the left in fig. 3, the upper side of the second chain 82 moves to the right, and the lower side of the second chain 82 moves to the left, so that the upper and lower ends of the mud scraping member 7 move to the left under the driving of the first chain 81 and the second chain 82. When the mud scraping component 7 moves to the left end of the inclined plate 6, the rotation direction of the motor 83 can be changed, and the first chain 81 and the second chain 82 rotate counterclockwise, so that the mud scraping component 7 can be driven to move to the right side. The horizontal reciprocating motion of the mud scraping component 7 can be realized by controlling the rotation direction of the motor 83, so that the floating mud on the inclined plate 6 can be cleaned. In other embodiments, the layout of the first chain 81 and the second chain 82 may be changed, for example, according to a triangular structure, only by ensuring that the first chain 81 and the second chain 82 have one side parallel to the movement track of the scraper 7.
In addition, in this embodiment, the motor 83 is connected to the first chain 81, and in other embodiments, the motor may be connected to the second chain 82 in a transmission manner, which may also produce the above-mentioned effect of driving the mud scraping member 7 to move.
In this embodiment, the driving parts 8 are two in total and are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the shell 1 at the two sides of the mud scraping part 7, and when the mud scraping device is used, the two driving parts 8 run simultaneously and can drive the mud scraping part 7 to horizontally reciprocate on the inclined plate 6, so that the mud floating on the inclined plate 6 is cleaned.
In the above, the upper and lower ends of both sides of the mud scraping member 7 are respectively provided with the connecting rods 74 to realize the connection with the driving member 8, that is, four connecting points are provided between the driving member 8 and the mud scraping member 7, so that the mud scraping member 7 can be smoothly moved horizontally. In other embodiments, the driving member 8 may be provided with only one chain, which has one side parallel to the moving track of the mud scraping member 7, and the side is fixedly connected to the middle of the two sides of the mud scraping member 7, and can also drive the mud scraping member 7 to horizontally reciprocate.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
