Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses a cervical vertebra massager 100, which comprises a wearing bracket 11 and a middle massage head 12. The wearing bracket 11 is configured to have a C-shape with a frontward opening 111 for wearing on the neck of a human body. Middle massage head 12 includes fixing base 12a and massage piece 12b, fixing base 12a connects in the inboard 110 of wearing support 11 and is located the middle part of C font, this massage piece 12b locates fixing base 12a and deviates from the one side of wearing support 11, along the width direction who wears support 11, massage piece 12b is the arc that the middle part is inside-out, both sides are outside curvedly (as shown with thick arc lines in fig. 3, the middle part of massage piece 12b is worn support 11 and is sheltered from, so adopt and add thick arc dotted line and show) for with human cervical vertebra laminating.
The wearing frame 11 is C-shaped, the length direction thereof is along the direction from the beginning to the end of the C-shape, and the width direction of the wearing frame 11 is the direction from the inner side 110 of the wearing frame 11 to the outer side 112 of the wearing frame 11. Specifically, the inner side 110 of the wearing support 11 refers to the side of the wearing support 11 facing the neck of the human body, i.e. the arc-shaped inner side of the C-shape, and the opposite outer side 112 of the wearing support 11 is the side facing away from the neck of the human body, i.e. the side located outside the opening 111.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, for convenience of description, fig. 1 shows the up-down and left-right directions of the cervical vertebra massager 100, the up-down and left-right directions in fig. 1 are both the paper surface directions, the left-right direction in fig. 1 is the longitudinal direction of the wearing frame, and the top-down direction in fig. 1 is the width direction of the wearing frame. Fig. 2 is obtained by projecting from the top to the bottom in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is obtained by projecting from the right to the left in fig. 1.
It is understood that the massage sheet 12b has an arc shape in which the middle portion is inwardly convex and both sides are outwardly curved in the width direction of the wearing frame 11, and the inward direction thereof is referred to as being the same as the inner direction of the wearing frame, and the outward direction thereof is referred to as being the same as the outer direction of the wearing frame.
Because the neck of the human body is not absolutely cylindrical, but is in a shape that the diameter is firstly reduced and then increased from top to bottom, the middle massage head 12 is arranged on the wearing bracket 11, the length direction of the middle massage head 12 is along the width direction of the wearing bracket 11, and the projection of the massage sheet 12b of the middle massage head 12 along the width direction of the wearing bracket 11 is in an arc shape that the middle part is inwards convex and the two sides are outwards bent, so that the neck massage head can effectively adapt to the shape of the cervical vertebra of the human body, has better fitting degree, and effectively improves the massage effect. Meanwhile, the two lateral inward bends can also abdicate muscles of the head, the neck and the shoulders which are positioned at the periphery of the cervical vertebra, so that the situation that the middle massage head 12 is possibly propped when a user raises the head in the process of using the cervical vertebra massage instrument 100 is effectively prevented, the practical comfort of the user is improved, and the blank that the defect that a special massage head is not arranged for the cervical vertebra of the user in the related art is filled.
Further, in a projection along the length direction of the wearing frame 11, the massaging plate 12b has an arc shape (shown by a thick arc line in fig. 2) with a concave middle portion and inward bent side portions. The design using such shapes is based on: because the outer profile surface of human neck is approximate cylinder side, consequently massage piece 12b is outer concave design, can with the outer profile surface looks adaptation of user's neck when the user uses to can laminate user's neck outer profile surface skin better, promote massage effect.
Wherein, the middle part is concave outwards and is concave towards the outer side of the wearing support, and the two sides are bent inwards along the inner side of the wearing support.
Therefore, the shape of the massage sheet 12b of the middle massage head 12 is designed, so that the projection shape of the massage sheet in the length direction of the wearing bracket 11 is the arc shape with the middle part inwards concave and the two sides outwards bent, and the projection shape in the width direction of the wearing bracket is the arc shape with the middle part inwards convex and the two sides outwards bent, thereby effectively matching the shape of the cervical vertebra of a user, ensuring that the massage sheet 12b can be attached to the cervical vertebra skin of the user, and transmitting the massage to the cervical vertebra of the user.
In some embodiments, the wearing frame 11 includes a middle frame 1a and two handles 1b, 1c, the two handles 1b, 1c are connected to both ends of the middle frame 1a in the length direction, the middle massage head 12 is disposed on the side of the middle frame 1a facing the neck of the human body, i.e., the middle massage head 12 is disposed on the inner side 110 of the middle frame 1 a. The two handles 1b, 1c are adapted to bear against the shoulders of the user when the neck massager 100 is worn by the user, thereby positioning the intermediate support 1a across the neck of the user.
In some embodiments, the middle support 1a may include a first surface 113 and a second surface 114 opposite to the first surface 113 in the width direction of the wearing support 11, and both sides of the middle massage head 12 in the length direction protrude from the first surface 113 and the second surface 114, respectively. Specifically, both sides of the fixing base 12a and the massage sheet 12b in the length direction protrude out of the first surface 113 and the second surface 114.
Adopt the design that first surface 113 and second surface 114 are stretched out respectively to both sides on the length direction of fixing base 12a and massage piece 12b, when placing cervical vertebra massage appearance 100 or accomodating cervical vertebra massage appearance 100 in the plane, the one end that stretches out first surface 113 or second surface 114 of massage piece 12b contacts with the plane of placing, thereby avoid wearing support 11 and directly place on the plane, be favorable to keeping the surface cleaning who wears support 11 and reduce the surface wear who wears support 11, the life of support 11 is worn in the extension.
As shown in fig. 4, further, in order to effectively support the wearing frame 11 by the middle massage head 12 when the cervical vertebra massager 100 is placed on a plane and prevent the neck massager 100 from shaking when placed, the fixing base 12a may have a supporting surface 120, the supporting surface 120 may be a plane (as shown by the thick line in fig. 4), and the supporting surface 120 may be flush with the upper surface or the lower surface of other positions (such as the handle) of the wearing frame 11, so as to increase the contact area of the neck massager with the plane on which the neck massager is placed, and further improve the stability of the neck massager 100 when placed.
The supporting surface 120 is a side surface of the fixing base 12a extending out of the second surface 114, or a side surface of the fixing base 12a extending out of the first surface 113, or both a side surface of the fixing base 12a extending out of the second surface 114 and a side surface of the fixing base 12a extending out of the first surface 113 are the supporting surfaces 120.
Therefore, no matter the user places the cervical vertebra massager 100 from top to bottom or places the cervical vertebra massager from bottom to top, the supporting surface 120 can be utilized to effectively support the wearing support 11, the situation that the wearing support 11 shakes can be effectively prevented while the wearing support 11 is prevented from being in direct contact with a plane where the wearing support 11 is placed.
Alternatively, the length of the massage sheet 12b may be H, wherein H is greater than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 60 mm. That is, H may be 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, or the like.
It is considered that if the massage piece 12b is too long, although the contact surface area with the user may be increased, when the user normally straightens the neck, the massage piece 12b may abut against the skin or muscle of the neck of the user positioned at the upper and lower portions of the cervical vertebrae, causing pain to the user and restricting the movement of the neck of the user. However, if the massage sheet 12b is too short, the above-mentioned problem of abutting the skin or muscle of the neck of the user can be avoided, but the contact area between the massage sheet 12b and the massage portion of the user cannot be ensured, and the massage requirement of the user cannot be satisfied. Therefore, consider based on the above-mentioned circumstances, this application sets up its length H to above-mentioned numerical value when setting up massage piece 12b, can enough guarantee the laminating area of this massage piece 12b and user cervical vertebra part on the one hand, on the other hand can not support user's neck skin or muscle when user's normal straight neck, has effectively avoided causing the painful and normal condition of activity of restriction user's neck of user, accords with the ergonomic design, and the user wears, uses more comfortablely.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, further, the fixing seat 12a of the middle massage head 12 includes a housing 121 and a supporting plate 122, the massage sheet 12b is connected to the housing 121 and forms an accommodating cavity 121a with the housing 121, and the supporting plate 122 is disposed in the housing 121 and located in the accommodating cavity 121 a. Alternatively, the massage sheet 12b may be connected to the housing 121 by a screw connection, an adhesive connection, or a snap connection. In this embodiment, the massage sheet 12b may be connected to the casing 121 by a snap connection, which may specifically be: a mounting gap 121b is defined between the outer peripheral edge of the supporting plate 122 and the outer peripheral edge of the housing 121, and a flange 123 extends from a side surface of the massage sheet 12b facing the housing 121, and the flange 123 can be clamped in the mounting gap 121 b.
More specifically, the mounting gap 121b may be an annular gap that surrounds a circle along the outer circumference of the support plate 122, and the flange 123 on the massage sheet 12b may be an annular flange. The turned edge 123 is clamped in the annular gap, so that the massage sheet 12b and the shell 121 can be conveniently and quickly connected.
In order to further enhance the connection reliability and tightness between the massage sheet 12b and the housing 121, and avoid the separation of the massage sheet 12b from the housing 121 and the supporting plate 122 during use, one or more notches 122a are formed along the outer periphery of the supporting plate 122, the opening 111 of which is outward, correspondingly, one or more flaps 123a are protruded upward from the flange 123 of the massage sheet 12b, the flaps 123a can be disposed corresponding to the notches 122a, and the flaps 123a can be bent downward from the flange 123 of the massage sheet 12b to be located in the corresponding notches 122 a.
Specifically, the notch 122a may extend from the outer periphery of the supporting plate 122 to the middle of the supporting plate 122, and the notch 122a is located on a side of the supporting plate 122 facing the housing 121.
By adopting the arrangement mode, when the flanging 123 of the massage sheet 12b is clamped in the mounting gap 121b, the folding piece 123a can be bent into the notch 122a on the supporting plate 122, so that the connection between the supporting plate 122 and the shell 121 is utilized, the folding piece 123a can be firmly fixed between the supporting plate 122 and the shell 121, the flanging 123 is effectively prevented from falling out of the mounting gap 121b, and the mounting firmness and reliability of the massage sheet 12b, the shell 121 and the supporting plate 122 are effectively improved.
Alternatively, the number of the notches 122a may be at least two, for example, two, three, four or more, and when the number of the notches 122a is two, the two notches 122a may be disposed on different sides of the outer circumferential edge of the support plate 122. Similarly, the number of the flaps 123a may also be at least two, which may be disposed corresponding to the position of the notch 122 a.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the middle massage head 12 can be a heating massage head, which can perform a hot compress massage function. The middle massage head 12 further comprises a heating component 12c, wherein the heating component 12c can be disposed on the supporting plate 122 and abutted against the massage sheet 12b, so that the heating component 12c can be used for heating the massage sheet 12b, and the heat can be transferred to the cervical vertebrae of the user by using the massage sheet 12b, thereby achieving the effect of hot compress massage. Specifically, the heating component 12c may be a heating wire, a heating tube, a heating sheet, or the like, and the heating component 12c may be fixed on the supporting plate 122 by adhesion and abut against the massage sheet 12b, so as to directly transmit heat to the massage sheet 12 b.
Further, in order to effectively transfer heat and reduce heat loss, the massage sheet 12b may be a heat conducting sheet, i.e., a material thereof may be metal, heat conducting silica gel, or the like.
Further, in order to effectively ensure the contact force between the heating member 12c and the massage sheet 12b, an elastic member 122b may be provided on the supporting plate 122, and the heating member 12c may be provided on the elastic member 122b, so that the elastic member 122b may provide a longitudinal pressing force to the heating member 12c to maintain the contact state between the heating member 12c and the massage sheet 12 b.
Alternatively, the elastic member 122b may be made of silicone, rubber, or foam.
As an alternative embodiment, the elastic member 122b may be a silicone pad, so that, on one hand, the silicone pad has good heat insulation performance, and can reduce the downward heat transmission (i.e. towards the supporting plate 122 and the housing 121) of the heating member 12 c; on the other hand, the silicone pad has good elastic deformation performance, and can firmly press the heating component 12c against the massage sheet 12b, so that the contact between the heating component 12c and the massage sheet 12b is tighter, and the heat transfer is more direct.
As another alternative, the elastic member 122b may also be made of foam, so that the foam can be always compressed to ensure the effective surface between the heating member 12c and the massage sheet 12b is attached, thereby facilitating the heat transfer from the heating member 12c to the massage sheet 12 b. In addition, the foam has good heat insulation performance, can effectively insulate heat, reduces heat loss and improves the heat utilization rate. The foam can also effectively insulate heat, and reduce the downward heat transfer (i.e. towards the direction of the supporting disk 122 and the shell 121), thereby effectively avoiding the overall overheating of the middle massage head 12.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the elastic member 122b may be made of other materials with elastic effect, such as sponge, pearl wool, etc.
Alternatively, the elastic member 122b may be configured in an H-shape, a Z-shape or an N-shape, so that the routing design of the heating member 12c may be facilitated. Specifically, when the elastic member 122b is configured in an H-shape or an N-shape, notches may be formed on the upper and lower sides for allowing the heating member 12c to route. When the elastic member 122b is configured in a Z shape, notches may be formed on the left and right sides for routing the heating member 12 c.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the elastic component 122b may not be limited to the above structure, for example, it may be S-shaped, W-shaped, etc., and may be specifically disposed according to a designed routing position, which is not specifically limited by this embodiment.
In addition, also for the convenience of routing the heating component 12c, the shape of the heating component 12c may match the shape of the elastic component 122b, that is, when the elastic component 122b is configured in an H-shape, a Z-shape, or an N-shape, the heating component 12c is also configured in an H-shape, a Z-shape, or an N-shape.
Further, the center massage head 12 may further include an expanding sheet 12d, the expanding sheet 12d being provided with a medicine and/or a fragrance, the expanding sheet 12d being detachably coupled to the massage sheet 12b, so that the massage sheet 12b can transfer heat to the expanding sheet 12d to heat the medicine and/or the fragrance.
Wherein, the extension piece 12d is a piece which can be installed on the massage piece 12b for contacting with the cervical vertebrae of the user. By adopting the design of the expansion sheet 12d, the massage sheet 12b with different physiotherapy functions can be replaced according to different use requirements of users.
As an alternative embodiment, only a medicine may be disposed on the expansion sheet 12d, and the medicine may be a medicine with a physiotherapy function according to different user requirements, such as some Chinese herbal medicine powder (e.g. wormwood, cassia seed, etc.), an ointment, or a patch-type medicine.
Alternatively, the medicament may take the form of a medicament pack, i.e., a pack formed by grinding one or more herbs into powder and packaging the powder in a bag. When the medicine is set on the expansion sheet 12d, the medicine pack may be set inside the expansion sheet 12 d.
Alternatively, the drug may be a paste drug, and the paste drug may be directly applied to the extension 12 d.
Optionally, the drug may also be a patch drug, and when a patch drug is used, the drug may be directly stuck to the extension 12 d.
As another alternative embodiment, a fragrance may be provided on the expansion sheet 12 d. Wherein the aromatherapy agent can be selected from aromatherapy agent, aromatherapy patch or aromatherapy bag.
Optionally, the aromatherapy agent may be an aromatherapy agent. When the expanding sheet 12d is provided, a cavity may be formed inside the expanding sheet 12d, and then the fragrance agent may be provided in the cavity of the expanding sheet 12 d.
Optionally, the aroma patch can be selected, and can be arranged on the expansion sheet 12 d.
Optionally, the aroma can also be aroma pack, and when setting, the aroma pack can be arranged in the expansion sheet 12 d.
As still another alternative embodiment, the expanding sheet 12d may be provided with a medicine and an aroma at the same time.
Adopt and set up the mode of medicine and/or champignon at expansion piece 12d, when expansion piece 12d installs in massage piece 12b, on the one hand, replaced traditional medicine and/or champignon need directly with paste establish, lay or paint the mode at user's skin, solved medicine and remain and fall the scheduling problem from user's skin easily when user's skin, perspiring. On the other hand, the expansion piece 12d is heated by the heat which can be transmitted by the massage piece 12b to the heating part 12c, so that the medicine and/or the aromatherapy on the expansion piece 12d can be heated, the volatilization of the medicine and/or the aromatherapy is accelerated, and the medicine treatment and aromatherapy effects are improved.
As can be seen from the above, the massage sheet 12b is used for matching the cervical vertebrae position of the user, and therefore, in the length direction of the middle support 1a, the massage sheet 12b is in an arc shape with the middle portion being concave inward and the two sides being bent outward, and meanwhile, in the width direction of the middle support 1a, the massage sheet 12b is in an arc shape with the middle portion being convex outward and the two sides being bent inward, so that in order to expand the cervical vertebrae position of the user, the expansion sheet 12d should be in the same shape as the massage sheet 12b, that is, in the length direction of the middle support 1a, the expansion sheet 12d is in an arc shape with the middle portion being concave inward and the two sides being bent outward, and meanwhile, in the width direction of the middle support 1a, the expansion sheet 12d is in an arc shape with the middle portion being convex outward and the two sides being bent inward.
Alternatively, the detachable connection of the expansion piece 12d and the massage piece 12b may include one or more of a snap connection, a nesting connection, a connection by peelable glue, or a magnetic connection.
Specifically, the massage sheet 12b has a first surface 124, and the first surface 124 is a surface of the massage sheet 12b facing away from the fixing base 12 a.
As an alternative embodiment, the expansion sheet 12d may be attached to the first surface 124 of the massage sheet 12b by using a peelable adhesive. That is, one surface of the expanding sheet 12d is attached to the first surface 124 of the massage sheet 12b by an adhesive.
As another alternative, the expansion piece 12d may be magnetically attracted to the massage piece 12 b. Specifically, a first magnetic attraction piece 125 with a first polarity may be disposed on the expansion piece 12d, and then a second magnetic attraction piece 126 with a second polarity is correspondingly disposed on the massage piece 12b, so that the magnetic attraction forces of the first magnetic attraction piece 125 and the second magnetic attraction piece 126 are utilized to detachably connect the expansion piece 12d and the massage piece 12 b.
In a specific arrangement, in order to save space, the second magnetic attraction member 126 may be disposed in the accommodating cavity 121a, and specifically may be disposed at two sides of the elastic component 122b, so that as soon as the expansion piece 12d is close to the massage piece 12b, the expansion piece 12d is attracted to the massage piece 12b due to the magnetic attraction forces of the first magnetic attraction member 125 and the second magnetic attraction member 126.
As yet another alternative, the expansion piece 12d may be connected with the massage piece 12b by a snap-fit manner. Specifically, the first surface 124 of the massage sheet 12b may be provided with an installation groove 127, and the expansion sheet 12d is clamped in the installation groove 127, so as to connect the expansion sheet 12d and the massage sheet 12 b.
Specifically, the first surface 124 of the massage sheet 12b may be recessed to form a mounting groove 127 adapted to the shape of the expansion piece 12d, so that the expansion piece 12d may be mounted in the mounting groove 127.
In this way, since the extension pieces 12d are installed in the installation grooves 127 formed by recessing the massage pieces 12b, the extension pieces 12d do not increase the entire thickness of the center massage head 12, so that the center massage head 12 can be kept slim.
As still another alternative, the expansion piece 12d may be directly fitted over the first face 124 of the massage piece 12 b. Specifically, a nesting edge may extend from the outer periphery of the expansion piece 12d, the nesting edge and the expansion piece 12d themselves form a receiving slot (not shown) with an opening 111, the opening 111 of the receiving slot is aligned with the massage piece 12b, and the massage piece 12b is just clamped in the receiving slot, that is, the expansion piece 12d is sleeved on the first surface 124 of the massage piece 12b through the nesting edge. More specifically, the nesting edge may be made of a resilient material, such as silicone, rubber, etc., for ease of installation and replacement.
The design that the expansion piece 12d is directly embedded in the massage piece 12b is adopted, on one hand, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, on the other hand, when the middle massage head 12 is used, the expansion piece 12d can be ensured to have enough contact area with the part to be massaged of a user, and the massage effect is ensured.
In this embodiment, preferably, the expansion piece 12d is installed in the installation groove 127 of the massage piece 12b, and meanwhile, the connection reliability of the expansion piece 12d and the massage piece 12b is effectively ensured by the magnetic connection manner of the first magnetic attraction piece 125 and the second magnetic attraction piece 126, so as to avoid the situation that the expansion piece 12d falls off in the massage process.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the middle bracket 1a may optionally include an elastic bracket 11a and a plastic bracket 11b, wherein the elastic bracket 11a and the plastic bracket 11b are both configured in a C shape, and the plastic bracket 11b may be coupled with the elastic bracket 11a to form a hollow space therebetween for accommodating a circuit board and other functional devices. The center massage head 12 may be fixed to the inner side 110 of the elastic support 11 a. That is, the inner side 110 of the elastic support 11a forms the inner side 110 of the wearing support 11, and the outer side 112 of the plastic support 11b forms the outer side 112 of the wearing support 11.
Optionally, the elastic support 11a may be made of rubber, silicone, or the like.
Further, when the center massage head 12 is mounted on the elastic bracket 11a, the connection can be achieved by the elastic connection post 110a provided on the elastic bracket 11 a. Specifically, an elastic connection column 110a is convexly disposed on the inner side 110 of the elastic support 11a facing the direction of the C-shaped opening 111, and the elastic connection column 110a may be made of a silicone material. The elastic connection column 110a may be formed in a hollow column shape, and the fixing base 12a of the center massage head 12 may be fixed to the elastic connection column 110a to achieve the fixing of the center massage head 12 on the inner side 110 of the elastic bracket 11 a. Specifically, the clamping member 1101 may be disposed in the hollow portion of the elastic connection column 110a, and a convex fixing portion 1211 may be disposed on the housing 121 of the fixing base 12a corresponding to the clamping member 1101, wherein the fixing portion 1211 may extend into the hollow portion of the elastic connection column 110a to be fixedly connected to the clamping member 1101.
Further, the inner wall surface and/or the outer wall surface of the elastic connection column 110a may be inwardly recessed to form an annular recess 1102, so that the thickness of the inner wall of the elastic connection column 110a is reduced, and thus, the deformability of the elastic connection column 110a can be improved. When the user wears the cervical vertebra massage instrument 100, the middle massage head 12 abuts against the cervical vertebra of the user, the pressing force is transmitted to the elastic connecting column 110a under the action of the pressing force of the cervical vertebra of the user, so that the elastic connecting column 110a can elastically deform to realize the floating of the middle massage head 12, the attaching capacity of the middle massage head 12 is further improved, the middle massage head 12 is always firmly attached to the cervical vertebra of the user, and the attaching degree is high. In addition, since the support on which the elastic connection column 110a is located is the elastic support 11a, it can also be elastically deformed to further improve the ability of the center massage head 12 to follow the shape deformation of the user's cervical vertebrae.
In an alternative embodiment, one or more annular recesses 1102 may be provided in the inner wall surface of the elastomeric connecting column 110a to reduce the thickness and increase the elastic deformability of the elastomeric connecting column 110 a.
In another alternative embodiment, one or more annular recesses 1102 may be formed in the outer wall surface of the flexible connecting column 110a to reduce the thickness of the flexible connecting column 110a and increase its elastic deformability.
In yet another alternative embodiment, both the inner and outer wall surfaces of the elastomeric connecting column 110a are provided with one or more annular recesses 1102. It is understood that the annular recess 1102 formed on the inner wall surface of the elastic connection column 110a and the annular recess 1102 formed on the outer wall surface of the elastic connection column 110a may be disposed oppositely or alternatively, and in order to ensure the structural strength of the elastic connection column 110a itself and satisfy the bearing strength of the elastic connection column 110a capable of bearing the center massage head 12, the annular recess 1102 formed on the inner wall surface of the elastic connection column 110a and the annular recess 1102 formed on the outer wall surface of the elastic connection column 110a may be disposed alternatively.
Further, when the annular recess 1102 is formed on the elastic connecting column 110a, it is satisfied that the thinnest thickness of the elastic connecting column 110a after the annular recess 1102 is formed is not less than 0.5 mm. If the thinnest thickness of the elastic connecting column 110a after forming the annular recess 1102 is less than 0.5mm, the thickness of the portion is very small and the elastic deformability is small, which cannot effectively provide the deformability of the middle massage head 12 to float. In addition, because the annular recess 1102 formed on the elastic connection column 110a is mainly formed integrally when the elastic connection column 110a is formed, the flowability during the silicone molding is poor, and a certain distance is required to ensure that the elastic connection column 110a does not have the situation of local material shortage, therefore, based on the above consideration, the thinnest thickness of the elastic connection column 110a after the annular recess 1102 is formed should be not less than 0.5 mm. Alternatively, the thinnest thickness of the resilient connecting post 110a after forming the annular recess 1102 can be 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, and the like.
Further, the flexible connection post 110a may have a shape of a table with a width gradually increasing from the end connected to the fixed base 12a to the end near the inner side 110 of the flexible support 11 a. The elastic connection column 110a is designed in a table shape, so that the structural strength of the connection part between the elastic connection column 110a and the elastic support 11a can be increased, and the connection part between the elastic connection column 110a and the elastic support 11a is still not easy to generate fatigue damage after the cervical vertebra massage instrument 100 is used for a long time.
According to the cervical vertebra massage instrument 100 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the middle massage head 12 is arranged on the wearing bracket 11, and the massage sheets 12b of the middle massage head 12 are in the shape of an arc with the middle part protruding inwards and the two sides bending outwards along the width direction of the wearing bracket 11, so that the cervical vertebra massage instrument can be effectively adapted to the shape of the cervical vertebra of a human body, has a better fitting degree, and can effectively improve the massage effect.
In addition, the middle massage head 12 is a heating massage head, a heating part 12c is arranged in the middle massage head, an expansion piece 12d is detachably arranged on the massage piece 12b, and medicines and/or aromatic fumigants on the expansion piece 12d can be heated by the heating part 12c to accelerate volatilization, so that the massage and relieving effect can be effectively improved.
Example two
Fig. 14 to 15 are schematic structural views of a cervical vertebra massager disclosed in the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the cervical vertebra massager 200 disclosed in the second embodiment of the present invention and the cervical vertebra massager 100 disclosed in the first embodiment of the present invention is:
the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 200 of the present invention may further include a first massage head 21 and a second massage head 22, wherein the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 are both disposed at the inner side 110 of the wearing bracket 11 and are respectively located at both sides of the middle massage head 12. Specifically, in the actual arrangement, the first massage head 21, the middle massage head 12, and the third massage head are arranged in order from left to right along the length direction of the wearing bracket 11. Like this, when the user wore and uses cervical vertebra massage appearance 200, first massage head 21 can massage the muscle of user left side neck, and middle massage head 12 can aim at user's cervical vertebra massage, and second massage head 22 then can massage the muscle of user right side neck to realize that a cervical vertebra massage appearance 200 massages different neck positions simultaneously, satisfy the user to the massage demand of different neck positions, improve user and use experience.
Furthermore, the first massage head 21, the middle massage head 12 and the second massage head 22 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the arc-shaped direction of the C-shape, the extending length direction of the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 is the length direction along the wearing bracket 11, and the length direction of the middle massage head 12 is the width direction along the wearing bracket 11.
By adopting the mode, under the condition that the size of the wearing bracket 11 is fixed, on one hand, the sum of the massage surface areas of the three massage heads is larger, the massage area is increased, and the massage effect is improved; on the other hand, the situation that the massage heads are crowded or interfered can be effectively avoided.
Further, the center massage head 12 may be disposed at the center of the C-shape, and the center of the center massage head 12 coincides with the center of the C-shape, and the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 may be symmetrically disposed about the center of the C-shape, so that the distance from the first massage head 21 to the center massage head 12 is equal to the distance from the second massage head 22 to the center massage head 12. Like this, can make the weight of the left and right sides of cervical vertebra massage appearance 200 keep balance to the center can be located this cervical vertebra massage appearance 200's axis, thereby appears unbalance and the condition that partial one side caused wearing firm easily pine easily and take off inadequately when avoiding the user to wear, and then avoids appearing wearing uncomfortable and feel, effectively ensures user's the reliability of wearing travelling comfort and use.
Alternatively, the distance from the first massage head 21 to the middle massage head 12 is H1, and the distance from the second massage head 22 to the middle massage head 12 is H2, then 2mm ≦ H1 ≦ H2 ≦ 10mm, preferably 5 ≦ H1 ≦ H2 ≦ 8 mm. That is, H1, H2 may be 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, or the like.
Wherein, the distance refers to the distance from the first massage head 21 to the middle massage head 12 and the distance from the second massage head 22 to the middle massage head 12 along the length direction of the wearing bracket 11.
The distances H1, H2 are in this range based on: in consideration of the fact that the wearing bracket 11 has a certain size, the massage device can not only ensure that the positions of the three massage heads can be matched with different neck positions of a user to realize massage, but also can not touch each other to avoid interference. Therefore, by adopting the above range, not only can the three massage heads not touch each other in the wearing process be ensured, but also the distance between the three massage heads is not too large, thereby avoiding the situation that the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 positioned at the left and right sides are likely to be aligned with the arteries at the two sides of the neck of the human body, and effectively ensuring the use safety of the cervical vertebra massage instrument 200.
Further, the first massage head 21 has a first massage surface 210, the middle massage head 12 has a middle massage surface 1200, and the second massage head 22 has a second massage surface 220, and in the projection in the length direction of the wearing support, the first massage surface 210, the middle massage surface 1200 and the second massage surface 220 are projected to be approximately located on the same arc 300 (shown by a bold arc in fig. 15), and the arc 300 is approximately coincident with the outer contour line of the neck of the human body. Wherein the first massage face 210, the middle massage face 1200 and the second massage face 220 are faces for contacting with the neck of the user. The arc 300 may be a circular arc, the center of which may coincide with the center of the C-shape.
Adopt such mode of setting, when wearing, can ensure that the massage face of first massage head 21, middle massage head 12 and second massage head 22 can both contact and laminate completely with user's neck, avoid appearing because of wherein the massage face of a certain massage head is inseparable with user's neck laminating or not lead to the massage condition that stinging or effective massage appear with user's neck laminating, promote massage effect, and then promote user's use and experience.
In some embodiments, considering that the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 are used to massage the left and right neck of the user, respectively, i.e., the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 are both used to massage the neck muscles of the user, and the middle massage head 12 is used to massage the cervical vertebrae, therefore, the first massage head 21 and/or the second massage head 22 may be a pulse massage head, and the middle massage head 12 may be a heating massage head. Alternatively, in a practical design, the first massage head 21 may be a pulsing massage head and the second massage head 22 may likewise be a heating massage head, or the first massage head 21 may be a heating massage head and the second massage head 22a pulsing massage head. Alternatively, the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 are both pulse electrode heads.
Considering that the first and second massage heads 21 and 22 are used to massage the left and right necks of the user, respectively, i.e., the first and second massage heads 21 and 22 are used to massage the neck muscles of the user, and the middle massage head 12 is used to massage the cervical vertebrae, the first and second massage heads 21 and 22 may be provided as impulse massage heads, and the middle massage head 12 may be a heating type massage head. Adopt this kind of mode, on the one hand, first massage head 21 and second massage head 22 adopt pulse electrotherapy massage just can attach the muscle to user's neck cervical vertebra both sides, tired position is alleviated for needs electrotherapy to this position, and middle massage head 12 then just can heat vertebra (being the cervical vertebra), this is based on human cervical vertebra mostly is the bone, adopt the stimulation of pulse electrotherapy to cause stinging and uncomfortable feeling easily, consequently middle massage head 12 sets up to heating type massage head, just can carry out the hot compress to the vertebra, reach the effect of releiving. In addition, the lengths of the massage pieces of the first massage head 21 and the second massage head 22 extend in the length direction of the wearing frame 11 to cover the muscles in the circumferential direction of the neck in a large range, while the length of the massage piece of the middle massage head 12 positioned in the middle portion extends in the width direction of the wearing frame, and the middle massage head 12 is disposed on the middle frame 1a in such a manner as to vertically face the side of the neck of the user, so that heating can be performed in the extending direction of the spine of the human body (extending from the head to the neck), with better effect and safety. In addition, different massage heads adopt different massage functions, still can make the user use a massage appearance can obtain different massage modes, and the cooperation that multiple different massage modes correspond different positions is used still can obtain better massage effect, promotes user and uses experience.
