During disinfection treatment, firstly, pure water is filled into the pure water tank 5, meanwhile, high-concentration disinfectant is filled into the second containing tank 6, secondly, a worker inputs a signal to the control piece 91, the control piece 91 analyzes the signal and feeds the signal back to the electromagnetic valve 92, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a communicated state, and further, the pure water and the high-concentration disinfectant flow into the mixing tank 7 by utilizing the self gravity to be mixed, and the design greatly shortens the manufacturing time of the disinfectant and further greatly improves the working efficiency; after the disinfection solution is mixed for a period of time, the second water pump 8 is started, so that the mixed solution in the mixing box 7 is pumped into the first containing box 1, and the design greatly shortens the adding time of the disinfection solution; when the liquid level of the mixed liquid in the mixing box 7 is basically zero, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the mixing box 7 sends a signal to the control part 91, and the control part 91 analyzes the signal and feeds the signal back to the second water pump 8, so that the second water pump 8 stops working, and the design reduces the possibility of idling of the second water pump 8, thereby prolonging the service life of the second water pump 8; then, the spraying component 2 is utilized to enable the disinfectant in the first containing box 1 to be uniformly sprayed to the periphery of the first containing box 1, and further disinfection treatment is realized; when the liquid level of the disinfectant in the first containing box 1 is basically zero, an ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the first containing box 1 sends a signal to a control part 91, the control part 91 analyzes the signal and feeds the signal back to an electromagnetic valve 92, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a communicated state, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the mixing box 7 monitors the liquid level in the mixing box 7 in real time and feeds the liquid level back to the control part 91; if the pure water tank 5 and the first containing tank 1 still have liquid, the second water pump 8 pumps the mixed liquid in the mixing tank 7 into the first containing tank 1 after a period of time; if no liquid exists in the pure water tank 5 and the first containing tank 1, the first water pump 21 stops working after a period of time, and the design reduces the possibility of idling of the first water pump 21, thereby prolonging the service life of the first water pump 21; the control assembly 9 realizes the control of the whole process of the preparation of the disinfectant, and greatly improves the convenience of operation; because the output ends of the first water inlet pipe 110 and the second water pump 8 are in socket joint connection, the output ends of the first water inlet pipe 110 and the second water pump 8 are in detachable connection, when the mixing box 7 breaks down, workers can separate the output ends of the first water inlet pipe 110 and the second water pump 8, and then the first water inlet pipe 110 is used for filling disinfectant water into the first containing box 1, so that the use diversity is improved; the sealing ring improves the sealing property of the connection between the first water inlet pipe 110 and the output end of the second water pump 8, and reduces the possibility of water leakage; the second level gauge 52 is provided to facilitate the operator's observation of the levels of the liquid in the deionized water tank 5 and the second container tank 6.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a stirring assembly 10 is arranged in the mixing box 7, the stirring assembly 10 comprises a vertical stirring shaft 101, a plurality of stirring blades 102 are uniformly fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the stirring shaft 101 in the mixing box 7, and the stirring blades 102 are arranged in a downward inclination manner along the direction from far away to close to the lower end face of the mixing box 7; the stirring blade 102 is provided with a plurality of drain holes 103 which are uniformly distributed; the upper end of the stirring shaft 101 extends to the outer side of the mixing box 7 and is connected with a driving piece 104, and the driving piece 104 is electrically connected with the control piece 91; in the embodiment of the present application, the driving member 104 is a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to the stirring shaft 101.
When the liquid level in the first containing box 1 is substantially zero, an ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the first containing box 1 feeds back a monitoring signal to the control member 91, the control member 91 analyzes the signal and feeds back the signal to the electromagnetic valve 92, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a communicated state; the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the mixing box 7 monitors the liquid level in the mixing box 7 in real time, after the liquid level in the mixing box 7 reaches a certain position, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the mixing box 7 sends a signal to the control part 91, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a blocking state, meanwhile, the control part 91 sends a signal to the driving part 104, the driving part 104 drives the stirring shaft 101 to rotate, and then the stirring blade 102 is driven to rotate, so that the pure water and the high-concentration disinfectant are quickly and sufficiently mixed, the design is convenient for quickly and sufficiently mixing the pure water and the high-concentration disinfectant, and the manufacturing efficiency of the disinfectant is greatly improved; after a period of time, the second water pump 8 is started, so that the sterilizing water in the mixing box 7 is pumped into the first containing box 1, the design greatly shortens the manufacturing and adding time of the sterilizing water, and further greatly improves the working efficiency; the stirring blades 102 are arranged to facilitate the pure water and the high-concentration disinfectant to be quickly and fully mixed, so that the manufacturing efficiency of the disinfectant is greatly improved; the provided drain holes 103 further increase the speed of fully mixing the pure water and the high-concentration disinfectant.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a concentration sensor 94 is fixed on the outer side surface of the trolley 3, and a warning lamp 95 is fixed on the upper end surface of the pure water tank 5, wherein the concentration sensor 94 is electrically connected with the control member 91, and the warning lamp 95 is electrically connected with the control member 91.
The concentration sensor 94 monitors the concentration of the disinfectant in the air in real time and feeds back a signal to the control part 91 in real time, and the control part 91 analyzes the signal after acquiring the signal and feeds back the signal to the alarm lamp 95; when the concentration of the disinfecting liquid in the air is lower than the standard value range, the alarm lamp 95 is yellow, and when the concentration of the disinfecting liquid in the air is in the standard value range, the alarm lamp 95 is green; when the concentration of the disinfecting liquid in the air is higher than the standard value range, the alarm lamp 95 is red; the alarm lamp 95 is fixed on the upper end face of the pure water tank 5 so as to be convenient for the staff to observe.
The present application also provides a method of disinfection comprising the steps of:
s1, early preparation: pure water is filled into the pure water tank 5 through the second water inlet pipe 51, and high-concentration disinfectant is filled into the second containing tank 6;
s2, preparation for starting: the worker opens the opening and closing door 41 and sits in the sitting position 31;
s3, preparing disinfectant fluid: a worker inputs a signal to the control member 91, and the control member 91 analyzes the signal and feeds the signal back to the solenoid valve 92, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a communicated state; after the liquid level in the mixing box 7 reaches a certain position, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the upper end surface of the mixing box 7 sends a signal to the control part 91, so that the first communicating pipe 71 and the second communicating pipe 72 are in a blocking state, and meanwhile, the control part 91 sends a signal to the driving part 104, so that the driving part 104 drives the stirring shaft 101 to rotate, and further drives the stirring blade 102 to rotate;
s4, filling: after stirring for a period of time, the second water pump 8 is started, the disinfection water in the mixing box 7 is pumped into the first containing box 1, and meanwhile, the driving piece 104 stops rotating;
s5, starting movement: after a period of time, after the liquid level in the first containing box 1 reaches a certain position, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 93 arranged on the first containing box 1 feeds back a signal to the control member 91, so that the second water pump 8 stops running; simultaneously starting the bearing trolley 3 to realize movement;
s6, spraying treatment: after the trolley 3 starts to move, the first water pump 21 is started, and the disinfection water in the first containing box 1 is pumped into the water distribution pipe 22 and is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 23.

A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the upper end surface of the first containing box (1) and the upper end surface of the mixing box (7) are both provided with ultrasonic liquid level meters (93); a first communicating pipe (71) is connected between the pure water tank (5) and the mixing tank (7), and a second communicating pipe (72) is connected between the second containing tank (6) and the mixing tank (7); the first communicating pipe (71) and the second communicating pipe (72) are both provided with electromagnetic valves (92); the bearing trolley (3) is provided with a control piece (91); the ultrasonic liquid level meter (93) is electrically connected with the control part (91), and the electromagnetic valve (92) is electrically connected with the control part (91).
