The split type food disinfection device disclosed by the invention is shown in fig. 1, and comprises an ozone generation system 1 and an ozone water generation system 2 which are arranged in a split manner, wherein the ozone generation system 1 is connected with the ozone water generation system 2 through an air guide cable 4, the ozone generation system 1 provides ozone and electric power for the ozone water generation system 2, and the ozone water generation system 2 utilizes the ozone generated by the ozone generation system 1 to dissolve the ozone into water to generate high-concentration ozone water for cleaning and disinfecting food.
As shown in fig. 1, the ozone generating system 1 comprises a first shell 11, an ozone generator 12, an air filter 13, an air pump 14 and an electric control part, wherein the ozone generator 12, the air filter 13, the air pump 14 and the electric control part are arranged in the first shell 11, the air filter 13 is arranged on the side wall of the first shell 11 and is used for collecting and filtering air outside the first shell 11, the filtered air is supplied to the ozone generator 12 through an air inlet pipe, the air pump 14 is arranged on an air inlet pipe pipeline between the air filter 13 and the ozone generator 12, the air pump 14 provides power for the air filter 13 to absorb the air outside, and the filtered air can be effectively blown into the ozone generator 12; preferably, a first one-way valve 15 is arranged on a pipeline between the air pump 14 and the ozone generator 12; the inlet end of the ozone generator 12 is connected with the air filter 13, the outlet end of the ozone generator is connected with the air pipe of the air guide cable 4, the electric power and the ozone are supplied to the ozone water generator through the air guide cable 4, and preferably, a second one-way valve 16 is arranged on the pipeline at the outlet end of the ozone generator 12; the electric control is used for controlling the air filter 13, the air pump 14, the ozone generator 12 and the ozone water generation system 2 to work.
As shown in fig. 2, the ozone water generating system 2 comprises a second housing 21, a gas diffusion plate 22, a shielding cover 25, a centrifugal impeller 23, a fixing plate 24, a motor 26 and a linkage device 27 which are arranged in the second housing 21, wherein the second housing 21 is formed by combining an upper housing 211 and a lower housing 212 to form a cavity inside, the fixing plate 24 is arranged in the cavity and respectively matched with the upper housing 211 and the lower housing 212 to form an upper cavity 28 and a lower cavity 29, the lower cavity 29 is of a waterproof sealing structure, and the motor 26 is arranged in the lower cavity 29 and is controlled by an electric control; the isolation cover 25 is arranged in the upper cavity 28 and divides the upper cavity 28 into an upper cavity 281 and a lower cavity 282, the gas diffusion plate 22 is arranged in the lower cavity 282 and divides the lower cavity 282 into a mixing cavity 2821 and a gas dispersion cavity 2822, the centrifugal impeller 23 is arranged in the mixing cavity 2821, the motor 26 is connected with the centrifugal impeller 23 through the linkage device 27, preferably, the linkage device 27 and the fixed plate 24 are sealed through an oil seal structure and/or a sealing ring structure, the waterproof sealing effect of the lower cavity 29 is ensured, and the air pipe of the air guide cable 4 is communicated with the gas dispersion cavity 2822; the second shell 21 is provided with a water inlet 30 and a water outlet 31, the water inlet 30 is communicated with the upper cavity 281, the isolation cover 25 is matched with the shell wall of the upper shell 211 to form a water inlet channel 301, the water outlet 31 is communicated with the mixing cavity 2821, the isolation cover 25 is matched with the gas diffusion plate 22, the fixed plate 24 and the shell wall of the lower shell 212 to form a water outlet channel 311, the center position of the isolation cover 25 is provided with a communication hole 251, water inlet at the center of the centrifugal impeller 23 can be realized through the communication hole 251, preferably, the edge of the isolation cover 25 is provided with an inner circulation hole, the communication between the water inlet channel 301 and the water outlet channel 311 is realized, and meanwhile, part of water in the mixing cavity 2821 can enter the water inlet channel 301 through the inner circulation hole for recirculation in the process of throwing out the water in the mixing cavity 2821 by the centrifugal impeller 23; immersing the ozone water generation system 2 in a container with water, enabling the water to enter an upper cavity 28 of the second shell 21 through a water inlet 30 and fill the upper cavity 28, blowing ozone into a gas dispersion cavity 2822 by the ozone generation system 1, forming bubbles by the ozone through diffusion holes of a gas diffusion plate 22, driving a centrifugal impeller 23 to rotate at a high speed by a motor 26, and driving water flow by the centrifugal impeller 23 to move so as to form bubbles on the water knife cutting gas diffusion plate 22, wherein the bubbles are stripped without becoming large, so that micro-nano bubbles are formed, the contact area of the ozone and the water is improved, and the solubility of the ozone is improved; meanwhile, the centrifugal impeller 23 rotating at high speed drives water flow to circulate in the container, water in the container enters through the water inlet 30 and is mixed with ozone to form ozone water, the generated ozone water is discharged through the water outlet 31, and the water in the container is formed into high-concentration ozone water through continuous circulation, so that the cleaning and the disinfection of food are facilitated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention is simple and small, and the ozone generating system is immersed in the container with water, so that the water in the container can be conveniently converted into ozone water for food disinfection; the air pump sucks the outside air through the air filter and filters, the filtered air is blown into the ozone generator, the ozone generating device generates ozone and blows the gas containing ozone into the gas dispersion cavity, the gas forms bubbles through the diffusion holes of the gas diffusion plate and enters the mixing cavity, meanwhile, the motor drives the centrifugal impeller to rotate at a high speed through the linkage device, the centrifugal impeller rotates at a high speed to drive the water flow to cut the bubbles generated on the gas diffusion plate, so that the bubbles are stripped from the gas diffusion plate without becoming larger, micro-nano bubbles are formed, the contact effect of the gas containing ozone and water is improved, and the solubility of the ozone is improved; furthermore, the centrifugal impeller rotating at high speed drives water flow to move, water in the container is introduced into the upper cavity through the water inlet, enters the mixing cavity through the communication hole on the isolation cover and is mixed with ozone to form ozone water, meanwhile, ozone water generated by the mixing cavity is thrown out through the water outlet to form circulation of water in the container, high-concentration ozone water is formed, and the cleaning and the disinfection of food are facilitated.
